This company claims to take returns being unsatisfied. I have been attempting to return two items in less than 3 days of receipt due to miss sizing (conveniently there is no sizing in the items).They are claiming the items are made to order when they are not made to order items and will not allow you to return them
I believe all of the positive feedback here is Fake or generated. A month ago I posted my refund issue here in Sitejabber and got a feedback from LightinTheBox that they will refund me within a week. But as always they bluffed me again. They are all fraud and cheater. I suggest you all don't waste your money there.
Will complain to the Cyberspace Administration of China(CAC). LightinThebox should need to be shut down.

Don't order! Nothing is as it looks on the pictures! It's all low quality copies poorly made and most likely under horrible conditions to the people making it. Bad fabrics, not what you see in the pictures which is obviously taken from another site. Everything is made with low quality materials and nothing like the pictures and then you have to pay customs on top! So regeret my order and now they wont refund all the items! Completely hoax and fake. No integrity - don't trust them!

I found this site since I am buying for a 15. The clothes are beautiful but the return policy is not the best. Because the site doesn't have a warehouse in the United States the return is expensive and if the person is to keep the clothes it's not a full refund as well, the con is that the partial refund can't go back to PayPal or the card used.
I ordered a dress almost 3wks ago, have sent them two messages regarding non delivery and have not heard a word from them. There has been absolutely no contact from them at all. I'm not at all happy with their service and if they don't respond by the end of this week, I will be phoning my bank to try and recover my money back from them!

My experience was great I accidentally ordered another veil and I sent a message to customer service and got my refund. Also I've been ordering from light in the box and I am never dissapointed with their products. Love them
This is the second time I ordered shoes, June and December, with their USA sizes but was sent smaller sizes, I am highly disappointed and disheartened, and worst of all is no one to talk to, made the return and refund so hard with their chat persons and customer services, will never ever buy from them again.,have unsubscribed them. Ordered bridesmaid dresses and paid for expediated delivery. Took ages to arrive and came after the wedding! Have tried to return them and written many tickets or get ignored. £200 of dresses and they have offered me £50 credit to spend on their site. Awful, Awful, Awful. I will be contacting trading standards. They need to change the way they operate as so many people saying the same thing and I will not stop hassling them till I get a full refund!

My husband and I ordered three packages so far to Turkey and USA. All of the packages came without any problem and without any damage. They even came earlier than the time space that it was showing on our orders details.
Products have perfect quality and condition out of nearly 15 products, I had only one product issue. Even I reported to clean up it by myself on product, the costumer service suggest me 3 solutions to pick. They answered the day after I submitted the ticket and we resolved the problem in 2 days!
It was fun to shop on the user-friendly website! I will do more orders soon for sure, even I pick some products for gifting in new-year, that is how much I like the quality of them.

I wrote a review on my bad experience with this company. I received no help through there customer service. But after leaving a review I was contacted with in hours. They said sorry for what had happened and gave me a full refund which I respected them for doing. But I was disappointed when given the option by them to have my full refund but if I changed my review to a 4-5 star review I could keep my order as a gift. As you can see unlike most reviews I can read I chose not to do that because as a costumer I believe every one should know the truth about who they are buying off. Hope this helps

I really love Your store but I can not afford a $12 service charge on every purchase other have quit buying form you for that reason.I can go to any online site and they only charge normally $3.50 or $5.50m for shoes or other larger items.Not $12.

Easy to use and good quality products. The site is easy to order, and refunds are available, All ages and sexes. Are catered for, especially love the children's clothes. Postage is more or less to any country, and not over the top like many other companies.I have no hesitation in recommending Light in the box to anyone.
This is just fraud from a company that first refused to answer my emails then only did a delay on trying to waste enough of my time so they could get away with stealing the customers money. This product was falsely advertised. Then they refused to return my money. They have no customer service. And I have spent 2.5 months trying to receive a refund and to return their product. They are the worst company I have ever purchase a product from.

I already wrote a review concerning this item. It was the following: "True to the size. I am European size 36 and it fits me very well. The colour is a little bit lighter than the one on the picture but still nice burgundy. The material it thinner than expected and the dress is cut at the waist, which is not obvious from the picture."
I will never buy anything from your company again since your return policy is erroneous. You failed to say that if you return something you have to mail in cack to China in 7 days to get a return. I bought a sweater for $49 and it will cost me $30 postage to send it back. In addition, it is impossible to communicate with anyone to find the address to send it to. I plan on telling all my friends and family what a sham this company is. Too bad because you go have some nice clothes. You shot yourself in the foot.

This is one of those companies we all laugh about. You order what seems to be exactly what you're looking for, only to receive something that has no resemblance to the item you ordered. Hilarious! You contact the company to organise a return and a refund, guess what, you have to return the item to China! They know this would probably cost more than the item itself and is likely to get 'lost in transit', so nobody ever bothers. It's a scam. Please please don't order from these types of companies, if the price seems too good to be true, it is! They sell everything, but deliver nothing... a lesson learned!

I ordered a sequence dress, and was sent a cheap thin material dress that had a print of sequence on it. When asked if I could return the item. I was getting the run around and only offered a percentage of my purchase back or a %55 off my next purchase and was told that it was in my best interest not to return the item in order to save me money.
The dress doesn't look anything like the dress that was advertised.
I highly recommend that you save your time and money and do not shop here.
When I started ordering from Lightinthebox, then I was a bit pessimistic about it. Now I`m customer for almost 3 years and every time I get something I feel that those are really good things with excellent quality. Prices are really good and postal expences are small. Really recommend it!

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
