Initially a little confusing but when I figured it out, I found it sexy & I'm glad I ordered a small even though I accidentally stretched it out. I was super stoked to discover I can wear this one of multiple ways. Who knew a swimsuit could be so versatile!
It took a while for certain things to get shipped but overall it went by very quickly. I got a notice that it would be delivered that day and it did which is great. Everything is as said and the quality is good. One of my sweaters the picture is starting to fade tho which is sad.

I have been buying product to this site for quite a qhile now and it has been a great experience. I recently purchased a cosplay accessory its a black butler ring I've seen the pictures they have and it looks promising. And it is, the shipping was fast, usually that kind of cosplay ring the would material is a plastic but not this one. Its a really metal, the design are well done. Couldnt ask for more.
When I ordered my painting from your company, I paid $47.00 plus postage. I just received this today December 5,2016 and your price was lowered to $24.00. I would appreciate a credit if I open and keep what I received. I remember reading canvas was on plywood, now it says painting only. Need som clarification on this.
The lightinthebox has very great service and very helpful. The prices are very reasonable and they have great sales on a lot of things. The only problem is your order takes a while to get and when ordering clothing items order one (1) size larger than needed for the USA.
I bought a mother of the bride dress. It came and it was too short, even though I had given the right measurements. I sent it back with all the paperwork in April 2016. It is now June 2016 and they keep replying that they haven't got it. So I spent £100 on a made to measure dress, plus £29 extra I had to pay on the door to cover import duty to the UK, and I have nothing.
I tried to order two items and both times they sent me the wrong product, size and the quality was not as good as shown or expected. I gave them the benefit of the doubt twice. I tried to return the product and called but never got a response. The customer service process was not very responsive. I would not recommend shopping or ordering anything from this site.

Very sneaky company. They charge you up front for the shipping fees and then they won't deliver the package unless you pay more duty and taxes to make it across the Canadian border. When i emailed them, then they send me a reimbursement. But it meant i had to take time off and wait for the delivery company to drop off the package because i had to sign and pay for it. When I tried to cancel it, they extorted me by saying i was better to accept the reimbursement and this effort because otherwise they'd hit me with another shipping charge to send it back. Very disappointed! Will never order from them again.

Never again will I deal with LightinTheBox. Their sizing is completely wrong. Ordered two pair of cargo pants, size 10, Couldn't even get them on they were so small. Been trying to find out how to return them, but website is on a feedback loop, never giving the information I need AND I have to pay to return them. Awful customer service with a don't care policy. Never again.

I ordered wedding favours from this company. They arrived and how disappointing. What I ordered were 36 delicate little tins, champagne ribbon and champagne vintage flowers. What I got was bent tins, yellow ribbon and all the tins had squashed flowers( not the same colour as advertised)Goodbye $90AUD. I can't believe the quality of the product, it is extremely poor none of the lids fit the tins and the ribbon and flowers on top look cheap & gaudy!. Really disappointed with the product, it's companies like this that give internet buying a bad name. Ive sent in a request to return the goods but from all the reviews I read (should have done it before I wasted my money) I don't expect much of a response.

I ordered some shoes as a gift to my brother. They are nice shoes and he liked them, except the size was still too small. I could only get size 11.5, he wears a 12.5 to 13 size. So this was the only issue.
Initially I was very nervous about buying from a company advertised on the Internet so cautiously only purchased a couple of items. I used PayPal to give me more confidence and safety with my money. Then waited for the items to arrive. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency with which my order was handled. Light in the box produced an in-depth account of the progress of my order which I liked and my parcel arrived on time. The items were of good quality fabric and the price was very reasonable. Since placing that order I have purchased many more and can honestly say that I have received the same impeccable service.
I ordered a dress for a winter ball I'm going to attend and it was great quality! I'm so glad I took the chance even though the dress had no reviews. You just can't find the verity of dresses they have at light in the box at any store, or at least where I live. High quality, and they updated me on the delivery the entire time! Verry happy!

It is hard to find quality Christian tees and other Christian goods, Light in the Box has what you need! I found a beautiful wall hanging for my office and have also purchased Christian tees for my wife and my self. Great sale prices through the app and reasonable shipping costs too! I have to throttle my wallet so I do not go overboard at Light in the Box!
I ordered several watch bands for my son not realizing that the order was being delivered from China. I have to say the experience was very smooth. The tracking for my order was excellent so I always knew where it was and it arrived in a surprisingly short time. Plus the price was unbeatable. I would recommend this website.
Make sure you understand their return policies and cancellation policies. Understand that it may cost you $50 to cancel a$100 order. Understand that just because an item says it ships in twenty-four hours does not mean that your particular size or color can ship in twenty-four hours. Understand that receiving your item may take a month and a half. If you understand all of these things and are ok with them then use Light In The Box. I will not use them again.

I first was attracted to Light In The Box by an e-mail special event. The prices werre extremely good and the products offered seemed to match. While most on-line shopping experiences turn out to be disastrous and have warnings all over the internet, this one did not seem to fit in that category. I went ahead and placed an order and was comfortably surprised. The items I ordered were of a decent quality and met my expectations more that adequately.
One sweater in particular pleased me so much that I ordered a second in (I thought) a different colour, turned out I hit the wrong button so to speak and now have two the same. I keep hoping to find it advertised to be able to order it again in the different colour, but no luck.
The clothing I ordered, for Christmas gifts, was ideal; quality and style and size all worked well and the recipients were well pleased.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
