I have been a customer of LightInTheBox for over one year. In that time, I have purchased a variety of clothes, summer dresses both long and short, jumpsuits, summer trousers, and long and short sleeved t-shirts. I am a UK size 8 and I order "small" which have always fitted me. I find the quality very good and the prices are very competitive. Each item is packed individually with tissue paper so they arrive less wrinkled and need little or no ironing. Delivery is always prompt. I will continue to shop with LightInTheBox for the foreseeable future. I consider myself a satisfied customer.
The shirt is not even remotely close to how it looks in the picture. The picture shows it longer and with sparkles on the wine glass and it calls it a t shirt. The material, the size and the description are terrible. I will never ever order again from light in the box
Before I ordered the mother of the bride dresses, I called to confirm the return & refund policy. Unsure of the sizes, I was told - sure no problem. Order two and return the one that does not work. Upon receiving the order, that was not the case. They refused to provide return instructions. Failed to respond to inquiries. I opened a dispute with my CC company. They provided instructions which I followed to the letter. It cost me 80 US dollars to ship back to China using their instructions. Their email clearly stated your refund will be issued upon QC of the items. Three months later, nothing. Now they are back to "we do not return items." These are dishonest business people. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered a custom size dress, which came three inches too small, and white shoes, which upon arrival were pink. I understand I had to eat the cost of the dress, but they refused return on the shoes, saying the order was correct. Hmmm. Packing slip reads WHITE. Shoes are pink. I sent a photo to them of the pink shoes... Maybe they can't differentiate colors? They offered me a coupon for future use at half the price I paid for the shoes. All items will be donated to a local thrift shop.

I ordered a dress from these people. Sized it to their size chart. Received a dress, much smaller. Did measurements and photographed as requested when I asked for a refund. Dress was demonstrably smaller. I did eventually get a full refund, but it took some finagling. Not a terrible company once you get to a supervisor. Be cautious with clothing sizes.

I have tried contacting these folks through email and they are unconcerned and does not seem to show no interest in making sure you receive your order. They think it's a joke. Very poor and selfish customer service. I will report them and I certainly do everything to get my money back. To anyone who have or feel the way I do, do not let these folk take your money. Pursue this none creditable so call Lightintheboxwaus/Lightinthebox. Don't let them get by with keeping your money. Your bank should be able or an attorney should be able to go after them.

I was very pleased with every step of the process. They allow you to put in your own measurements and have a detailed guide to show you how to measure. The dress fit perfectly and was extremely well made. I will definitely be buying more from LITB!
The product is muybueno like service. The purchase was quick with various payment methods and very safe. The shipment was carried out in 24 hours, properly packaged, with tracking option. The customer service is efficient. Excellent shop, they have everything from clothes to technology, I recommend it.
I have now ordered from Lightin the Box. I was uncertain at first until I received several items. They were on time and products have been very good quality. If you want a successful purchase be sure to watch the sizing chart and you won't be disappointed.
Please do not waste your money. I ordered a dress thinking it would fit but it did not fit so well. It really was too tight. When I tried to get a refund they offered me 3 options without refunding me for my purchase. They wouldn't even give me a return label to send back to the manufacturer. I ordered a tablet on Nov 30th. Paid extra to have it arrive within 6-8 business days. Has not arrived. Ive been trying to track my order and the only info it has given is that its "in transit" well having it not arrive on time i sent a message. They have a site that tracks your order but nobody can tell me who is delivering my package. The tracking site just says contact them, well if i knew who "them" were i would! Tried to contact lightinthebox and i get an automated message that says to go thru the run around. Do that and it still does nothing. I look at the tracking site and 9 business days after they received my stuff it was just being sent to "the country of destination". I told lightinthebox i want my money back i paid extra for shipping. Nothing.
THis company is clever and dishonest. They make it impossible to get off their mailing list, despite claims that you can get off. They also have some method of working around email programs that would delete or screen their mail. CLever, yes. Honest, NO, emphatically NO. I will do my best to find some way to upend this and make them experience comparable annoyance.

I cancelled an order because the time scale was too tight and asked for my money back. I was promised my money back within four days and indeed I received it with no hassle or argument at all.
I will deal with this company again it was just I needed the outfit for my daughter's wedding and was afraid it would not come in time.
Stupidly bought a projector. Got landed with a bill of £40.00 from UPS. Projector is totally useless. Cannot project an image 2 feet. Unit is very cheap and its ended up costing me almost the same price as a decent epson projector from currys.
Lesson learned. Stick with quality brands.
Light in the box. Haha package from UPS just contained $#*!e in the box.
Not as I expected. Material very thin. Not long enough, would suit a person of 4ft 6ins.
Also sleeves much too tight. If this is a size xxx I don't know what a L would be.

I ordered a silver colored shawl that I wanted to attend a wedding. I paid for expedited shipping. The shawl came after the wedding three weeks later. Very misleading. In the middle of the back of the silver shawl, there is ruby colored thread, makes it look like there's a stain on the shawl (must have run out of silver thread and they certainly didn't care). I would never make another purchase with them. If I could give them a zero star I would.

Körpergröße weight with me 1.75 ca. 70 kg Order was in the size L and fits great, it's really comfortable to wear. The material is soft and elastic sodas it adapts well to the body. Colors and processing are great, because of poor, belly and füssen are elastic rubber bands sewn sodas fit great.
Also this I would buy again and highly recommend it.
Order several items of which were never received. USPS has lost the package while enroute however customer service doesn't appear to want to rectify the problem. This is the same address used on previous deliveries from lightinthebox.com and so the address has been verified. If they will not assure that the product purchased is received then what good is purchasing product from the company.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
