I have been very happy with nearly all the items I have purchased over the last few years and on the odd occasion I was not, Lightinthebox happily rectified. I have put a lot of people on to Lightinthebox as they are amazed at the prices and quality of many of the items I have bought. Everything always arrives in good time and well packaged. One very happy customer!
I find the dresses fit larger than anticipated, a small I'd more a medium. The length of time it took for me to receive my orders were quite lengthy but I absolutely love the quality and the price as well as the selection; particularly the ethnic dresses. I'd say a job well done! I would only like to see improvement on the timeliness of the orders!
I bought some items 3 days ago. At expedited shipping price (3-4 days). But now the status says it will be shipped in 14 days. So technically it will arrive at the usual standard time. I'm already disappointed before I even get the products.
Absolutely non existent customer service... I have been trying to place an order for two weeks and it still won't go through... After reading other reviews, perhaps I should be grateful... Absolutely nobody seems to be trying to resolve the problem. Very disappointing because the hats I wanted were for a Derby Party Fundraiser and now it is too late to expect Light in the Box to get them to us in time and it is too late to seek another source.

Ordered a phone case for LG G6 and one arrived for LG G4. Emailed customer service numerous times only to receive very poor responses. They maintain I chose the wrong model case, even after I stated I had not and gave them an example of their website allowing me to add a phone case to the cart without selecting any model. After this email they responded to say their returns policy does not allow me to return / exchange as the phone case is from the accessory items section and this is exempt from return policy. Was looking online for a new TV box. Came across the Xiaomi mi box, lightinthebox was the cheapest place I could find it around 50euro. Placed the order with insurance incase it would be taken in customs.
Shipping was around a month which is normal from China. Good thing I paid for the insurance, had to pay and extra 21 euro. Made a ticket with lightinthebox and got my money back.

They would not allow me to return two dresses that I bought that didn't fit me. And because they were glitzy dresses they classified it as a costume and they do not take returns for costumes. This was NOT meant as a costume but they don't care. They have my money and I have two dresses that don't fit. Jokes on me.

I purchased a gown from Light In The Box to wear to a military ball, and I love it! I did have to have some minor alterations done when I received it, but that may have been faulty measuring on my part. In any case, you really can't beat the price for a custom made gown!
I had a pop up from this company and found an item I thought my wife would like. I checked for the same item on Amazon and it was almost half the cost and no shipping cost (shipping was $23 with Light in the Box!). Highly recommend comparison shopping

I waited for almost 2 months for 2 dresses that I ordered for a wedding. I had to end up getting something else at a different store.

I can't believe Light in the Box got decent reviews I think they are bogus! The pants ordered are not the same design as pictured on the website. The bottom of the pants is not even close to the online photo! How is it that I get charged the ridiculous shipping fee and it has a USA shipping address? I love the products Lightinthebox offers. However only two of the four items I purchased were correct. I purchased a long sleeve black shirt but received a long sleeve grey shirt my mail. I ordered a large short sleeve shirt but received a small shirt in the mail. I love the shirt but it's too small. The other two large short sleeve shirts were awesome and as advertised. I see a lot more merchandise I would love to purchase but I am not confident I will receive the correct order via mail. This should have easily been a 5 star rating.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
