I was very unhappy when I received the wedding bouquet for my bridesmaid.It had very few flowers in it and was cheaply made and smaller than I thought. It took a long time to arrive and I'm afraid if I send it back I won't get another in time, so I'm just going to try to make it look better by adding more flowers.
This order was just what I expected, every item was very nice regarding fabric and colors. The hiking boots I got where the best part of the order, with nice color and very comfortable.
Order arrived all together and it didn't take that long, I thought it was going to arrive ar least a week after ir did. All and all, a good experience.
I have been shopping with them for years and had no problem until I decided to ask about an item confusing price difference, there is no way you can contact them if your question is not about order lateness, problem with payment or damaged item, if you try asking anything outside this list you have very few chances if not any to contact them.

I have bought several products. I have purchased charging cables to outdoor solar lights. I find great value in everything I have purchased so far. It is always worth looking for something that you can use or need.
This is the worst online store I have ever shopped. I ordered a pair of shoes with expedited delivery cost. It came after a month whereas it said it will reach in 4-14 days. They charged for the expedited delivery.
There was COD of $18.00 when I received it. The quality was no where close to the picture they showed on the site. The leather is cheap so is the sole. I can get 2 of these shoes here in the same price what I spent.
They sent the shoes in bubble wrapped and the toe of one the shoe was damaged as it was not boxed.
I asked them to return, they sent me mail to ship it back to China and did not say that will refund the shipping cost or the COD amount.
It is a rip off, its better to order things from Amazon, where atleast we can return. Or order from Aliexpress who are much more professional.

Worst possible company to do business with. Untrustworthy. Order placed in July still not received. Parcel apparently lost in post! Untraceable parcel in fact! Parcel resent still not received. Now told undeliverable and I need to start searching post office unknown to find half the order. Apparently other half still on route! Parcel to no where! What a disappointment! Hardly gives me confidence as to the content when and if it finally arrives! What a disaster! Rather give your money to a worthy charity than use this mail order company! I wonder how far I will progress in getting my refund!
Excellence from start to finish. I've ordered T-shirts, Linen shirts. The quality of the products have been excellent and the prices are so cheap. I had one order sent to my UK address and another to my Spanish home. I was kept informed about every stage of the order and the whereabouts of my order.

I placed a few orders on this website, most of them were jewelry. Prices were great for the items which look very nice and more expensive than I paid for.
Delivery was free, though it took some time, but it's OK.

Delivery was slow, much slower than expected. Alot of the sizing was inaccurate and some of the material was very thin and felt cheap. A few of the products were great. I had many items that could not work and I am giving away. Refund offers on those items quite disappointing. I will give it one more try but if I am disappointed in these items I will be deleting the app.

They false advertise like crazy, as the images on the website are nothing like the products they send. They also refuse to comply with complaints and request for refunds on account of false advertising. They also don't warn you when purchasing of extra fees you'll be charged upon delivery.

Great products, I don't like spending much on anything. I thought it was a miracle when I saw earbuds for $2.99. I ordered a ton of shirts from here and completely revamped my style in a very positive way.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
