I ordered two cycling jerseys and consulted their sizing guide. It took a long time to get the jerseys and when I did, the sizing was way off. Too small on all accounts. When I attempted a return it was near impossible unless you are willing to pay the return postage to china. Not real happy with the end result.
Prices are excellent, merchandise as expected, shipped quickly. Only complaint is I want a telephone number and a person to talk too about orders. Waiting 24 hours for an email response is my only complaint. I will still order from them as the merchandise is excellent, and well priced!
I was pleasantly surprised with the fantastic communication as well as the quality of the dresses I ordered. They fit according to their individual sizing charts and the material is very nice. The dresses also shipped and arrived much faster than I originally expected which was an added bonus.
I have made 4-5 separate purchases and all arrived within two weeks. The quality of the T-shirts i ordered were equal to anything I would get from Target or DXL or Academy. The sizing is true to their size chart. And being 6'5" install, size is important to me.
lightinthebox.com is excellent online shopping website. As a shopper you can find a variety of products and many ways of shipping methods. Placing order process is very easy and more convenience, also the payment process is more secure by using PayPal.
I will never buy anything again from this store. I ordered four things and found that two of them didn't suit me because of their inappropriate size. I could not find the phone number of the merchant, the merchant does not respond to the email and neither does he respond to a bad review. So I have two things to throw away. Next time, I'd rather buy something from a store that I can communicate with.
All other orders were great, I just found that the "linen shirt" was nothing like the look of the photo (I know it's on an athletic model but the material looks nothing like the picture). For the cost I'm still happy with my purchase and everything else was great.
I ordered a couple of iPhone cases. They took ages to arrive and when they did one of them had scratches all over and had clearly been used. It felt very cheap and plastic too.
I will not be using them again. A really poor service all in all!

Bought a shirt from them using their sizing chart. The shirt was two sizes too small. They do not tell you they do not have return shipping and they want you to pay to return it to China not their shipping center in Fairfield NJ. The return shipping cost more to the consumer than the cost of the shirt and they know this so most people just have to be out the cost like me. So my only option was to donate the shirt to the goodwill.

I never write reviews on companies that I purchase merchandise from because most of the time I am quite satisfied with the product I purchased or found it very easy to return the item if did not fit or was not what I expected. However, in rating this company, I really would rather not even give them a 1 Star... I tried to return an item because it did not fit (and I used their size chart), it ran very small and took over a month to receive my order. Their return policy is very complicated, cumbersome and not costumer friendly. Never again!

They do not actually offer returns. They made me ship my order back to China, and I had to pay for my own shipping costs, which was $40. Then they wouldn't refund me the entire order price, only a portion of it. In the end it wasn't financially worth going through the refund process at all.

This is my third order from LightInTheBox. On all three occasions, the package has been delivered on time! I am grateful for prompt delivery. Thank you. I have had no reason to return anything. Everything on all three orders has been as described. I will be continuing to order.
I ordered a black sparkly top for a party, and it arrived in double-quick time. I am so pleased, it's lovely and a perfect fit. I do enjoy shopping with Lightinthebox, and they are very helpful if there is a problem.
I received the ordered light band in time. It lights absolutely beautifully, just like I had hoped for. Actually, it looks like the whip from "Wonder Woman" when it is active!
Only slight problem is that there is a dark spot in the band, where the LED seems to have burned out or it has a contact problem.
I ordered a cycling jersey. I checked the size guide to order the correct fit. I received it, and the size was way too small. I requested to return the item. I knew I would have to pay for return shipping when I originally ordered it. The return approval advised me that I would have to ship it to China (no return within the USA), and I would probably find the cost prohibitive. Most likely cost as much as I originally spent ($29). I was offered a reward of 20% of the price, or an refund of 10% of the price. This is a scam and rip-off. Do not buy from LightInTheBox

Ordered l dress few months ago, it was great. I ordered 3 more and they were terrible, done with this company. Dresses were an XL and looked like they were petite. The pictures on their website are nothing like what you receive, very, very cheap. Done with this place.

There are significant delays in the delivery of the products once ordered. In addition, the initial order if broken down into smaller orders with delays on receiving. General sizing is acceptable with size charts
So I ordered two things from this site, here are my two reviews of each product:
1. It's at least the actual thing that's in the picture unlike the other thing I bought off this site. Fabric feels a bit thin. A whole bunch of little pieces of fabricI think were on it when delivered and a smudge of something on the collar that I don't really know what it is. I was happy that it at least shipped something, I was kinda worried that this whole site was fake. But it's real. The site also doesn't allow you to pick a picture for you review, you have to take it in the moment and it kinda just accept and doesn't accept the picture at random, which is why I didn't put very good pictures in.
2. Very clearly not the jacket in the picture. Fabric feels cheap. Not very surprised to be honest. I was happy that it at least shipped something, I was kinda worried that this whole site was fake. I probably won't wear it very much but I'm gonna keep it anyway.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
