I ordered four items, 2 medium dresses and 2 large bathing suits. I got one dress and one bathing suit delivered first. Neither fit properly with the dress being too big and the bathing suit too small. I wanted to return both for a refund but after a few requests the best they would offer was a credit of 16.61. These two items cost 33.20 plus shipping. The other dress and bathing suit came and fit perfectly so this implies their clothes were not sized properly. Since I am out half the money I paid for these 2 items this makes the two items that fit very expensive. Due to this refund policy (or lack of) I will not order again.
I ordered a pair of red low heel shoes size 8, when I got them they were too small and fit my sister size 7 foot. So I ordered another pair of RED shoes, size bigger, they send me a black pair. I was disappointed. So after a few emails back and forth, them kept their word and the money for both pair of shoes was put back to my PayPal account. Thank You Light in the box.
I ordered a novelty mug that took over 30 days to arrive and it was in pieces. The return policy online suggested that I take pictures with the delivery person handing it to me to 'prove' that it had arrived that way, it seemed like such a hassle, I was hoping there was an easier way to get in contact for assistance and actual customer service.

When my bike was finally delivered, a month late (bearing in mind they advertise a 3 to four day delivery) I had to pay an additional import tax of £108.00. Three weeks later I receive another dumping tax of £156.00. So the bike that was supposed to cost me £218.00 has intact cost me £482.00. What a rip off. There is no way that I would have purchased the bike if I had known there would be an additional import tax charge of over more than 100% of the bike.

I ordered a laptop case on August 9th and have received no further information on it. The website says 6-8 days shipping but maybe it meant months? My package is still "processing" and I am very unhappy, very. If I ever do get my package that will be the last time I order from them.

I ordered an octopus tripod which took way too long to arrive. In the picture it looked much bigger and was too small for my camera when I got it. I contacted customer service to return it and they basically said it was my fault and if I returned it I would have to pay the shipping fees so I'm better off keeping it. They were so rude and not helpful at all.
Customer service is non-existent. I have been trying to return a damaged item since January 28th.
Their guarantee page doesn't actually guarantee anything - it talks about their QA.
No phone number to call anyone. No one replies in a timely fashion to request through their site.

My son (in canada) ordered a smart wristband bp monitor for me. It was to be shipped here in the philippines. After the site received my son's payment, there was a verification process done to ensure security of the transaction. We were asked to send details of a billing statement in my name to ensure (again) that i am truly the recipient of the item. A few days later, the transaction status posted a positive one only to find out in the end that it was cancelled because the payment was made in canada and the recipient is from another country! What a foolish idea to cancel a transaction?

I was looking for some sportswear for my biking trip this Easter. I stumbled on this site where I saw a lot of great products for a fraction of the price I would pay here. Although they are based in China, they offered a DHL express service within 3-5 days. At first I was a little worried, but within 2 days after my purchase I received a DHL trackingnumber and to my surprise it arrived at my doorstep 3 days later. Great quality! This is my best internet purchase ever! No complaints from my side. Great experience.
I kept being enticed by the beautiful clothing in the photos and kept ordering w the same result... i piece of $#*!... two pieces of cloth sewn together in two min... no measurements as specified on site... shipped from a sponser named jane not from light in the box as u can see in the pic below... no tags on clothes... no invoice in pkg therefor no way to return your product... they jerk u around on site as well to prevent returns... ive given so much for so

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
