It has been a very positive experience. The items have been good quality and delivery has been prompt. Refunds for unavailable items (only 2 of the numerous items ordered) were also provided in a timely manner. I am very satisfied and will be making future purchases.
UPDATE: customer service contacted me and offered a full refund, so I now have my money back and am looking for similar lights which are waterproof and safer to use from other suppliers now. In the end they sorted out my issue, but I wouldn't buy electricals from them.
The quality of the lights is really poor. The plugs are not compliant with uk standards (no fuses and the earth is sleeved which is illegal). The wiring is poorly done and when chaining the lights together one of the connectors does not work. There is no way these are waterproof. These lights are a deathtrap. To complain and arrange a return you have to install their app, then they just email you back asking for more and more videos and photos and offer a discount, then everything goes silent.

I do love my dress! And I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day. Actually the dress was expected to come a little bit earlier, but when I contacted to service- answer came immediately.

Sweat pants are nice. Just a bit short so I'd order 1 size larger. Shoes are really nice but because the toe is a little more pointed than round it makes them a bit to short. So I'd order next size larger for more comfy fit.
I ordered on 12-14-2022 I am still waiting for my order it is 01-18-2023. There is no responce from customer service and no real way to complain to them. These were Christmas presents to my children. They currently advertise all orders ship within 24 hours. Is anybody else waiting?

Very disappointed and won't be ordering again. I am a small woman and I ordered the jacket in a large to ensure it would fit. My 9 year old granddaughter is wearing it. I had to give it all away. I am retired on a pension and cannot afford to keep doing that.

I ordered the purse for my wife and she loves it. It's stylish, lots of pockets, reasonable cost, but the purse is too small for everyday use. She said she can definitely use it when on a trip since everything in her everyday purse doesn't go with her. A good deal!

I found this site thru Facebook and decided to give it a try. I was very satisfied with the graphics on the shirts. The shirts are a good fit and I like the feel of them. The only issue I had was one of the shirts was the wrong design (a tiger rather than a panther), but still quality work. The order was delivered on time and was tracked at each step, so I was always aware of where my shipment was. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for shirts. They also have wide variety of other products and I plan to check these out as well to see if they have the same level of quality.
I had a package delivered to Spain but the delivery company said there was a problem with the standard of the address so they returned the item back to China. After weeks of being told a replacement was om the way (which was a lie), a manager finally got on board and ordered me a replacement item - which came within a week. She was very helpful.
Second time I have bought an item of clothing from this company and the size is not as advertised and does not fit. Sleeves on both items are 4 inches too small and the bust size is two inches smaller than advertised. The procedure to return an item is the most complicated and unhelpful I have ever seen. The items both took about 4 weeks to arrive, this is the longest wait I have ever had for an item on Internet shopping. Buyer beware!

The delivery was so quick. I ordered a long robe with a zipper, which is hard to find these days. It was exactly what I wanted, love the color, and it's so thick. So happy & now I will be cozy and warm for the winter.

Ordered cargo shorts for my husband. Standard size for USA. When ordering from a search, it does not tell you it is coming from China. Sizes are way off. Customer service is horrible. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
