Ordered a dress for my sister's wedding. Was a bit nervous, but had no reason to be. Dress came with the correct measurements (I paid extra for custom measurements to make sure it properly fit), the color was as advertised. Dress made it to my house a day before it was supposed to! I know they say you should be wary of ordering stuff online, but I will be doing business with this site again!
The 1st time I went on your website I thought your products were unique. I am a performer and it's sometimes hard to find stage clothes that fit in size and style. The 2 shirts and the zodiac bracelet were just what I was looking for.
Bought a red gothic steampunk coat for 100 € and bust size was 8 cm less than the measure they wrote on their website, making the M size 2 cm lower than the S size... Ruining my plans for a costume party. Absolutely a bad experience.

The dress i ordered is for my wedding, so it is very important to me. The dress is beautiful and even prettier up close than the picture. The size i ordered was a good fit and true to actual sizing. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I am not sure if i am supposed to rate the company (Light in the Box) as well as the product i received, but i will go ahead. At first there was a problem with ordering, but once i contacted customer service they fixed the problem, got me my dress, and even refunded some of the cost. I would definitely order from them again.
These are excellent for the price. The shipping is pretty intimidating, but considering the complete cost per item, it's a decent buy. Love the softness of the sweaters. I would advise people pay attention to the size chart for every item, and if you don't want a fitted garment, size up one size. Overall a good place to buy and I would buy again. Colors were true on the pictures to what I received.
My experience (total deals around 800$) with LightInTheBox results to me that it is a guaranteed online store. It contains items with reliable description that decides the quality of the item, in addition to the good prices. Also, their after sales customer support is great.
I bought different items, like Wedding Dress, Lingeries, Electronic devices and equipment. When I raise a claim, I find real care for customer service even after sales. Last one, I complained due to delay in shipment delivery, I took back my money immediately, with a little extra amount as a coupon.
Even if I receive the item then find it is unlike what was described, I can return it and get refund, this is what a customer like me needs from such markets.
In short, I trust this site, and when ever I order through this site, I feel comfortable that I took a right decision.
I ordered large pants. But when they are arrived, they were medium to small! They are so tight, if I wore them I couldn't sit down! I tried to submit a refund through their web page. Typically, the button doesn't work! They tried the same "lodge a refund through our site" claim after I lodged a dispute through PayPal. I just got off the phone to PayPal, who are chasing them up for a refund.
Lesson learned. They caught me out, never again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have been shopping at LITB for over a year and have found their products extremely impressive for the price. The only problem I've had is trying to contact them and get a reply. When you add items to your cart, it is impossible to edit your cart before checkout. So make sure that you want it before adding it. However, the merchandise itself makes most of the hassles worth it.
I ordered a lit faucet from the company. I installed it after a little trouble adapting it to my system. After a week of use, it started leaking in a couple of points and before I could find a way to repair it, the lighting system shorted out. I asked for their assistance repairing it and their only response was "sorry, the company won't let us do that outside of the SEVEN (7) day return policy, would you like $50 gift certificate to buy more things from us."
I bought some nail art stamping image plates from light in the box, and they were great! The purchase was quick and easy, they contacted me by email to help me keep track on the purchase, the items were great quality and they were friendly and nice. Postage was pretty long but I expect that when buying from so far away. I'll continue to buy from them in the future.
When I ordered a men's pant of size 33, i received the size 36, which is too big. In order to return back I will have to pay more to return the item than its value. Next I ordered 4 polo, all "M" size, out of all 4, one was extra small, which can only fit a child. I was offered $19.31 credit and being a good customer, I was offered a reward of $39.58 to use against my next purchase, which never happened. I fill out the survey and was offered $10.00 and this was taken away. All that just for few dollars, and nothing but lies. I have kept all their e-mails to prove it.

I ordered a dress in clover for one of my bridesmaids. The dress arrived in a timely fashion and I must say I was surprised! The dress is beautiful, well made, good quality and the color is amazing not to dark nor to light. I can't wait to see all of the other bridesmaids dresses which were also ordered from lightinthebox. They all got the same color clover but all different dresses. I will keep you posted on all the other dresses as they arrive and how they all look together on my wedding day 8/3/14. I purchased one sweater that I am very happy with; however, a shirt I purchased for my husband is extremely small. I ordered a medium and followed the directions to the T on the sizing information but this shirt is still is still two is too small. There is conflicting sizing information on the website so hence my confusion. I am still waiting for a third order and they are telling me it will not be until sometime in November when I receive this top even though I ordered it not acceptable. (ordered in August). I might or might not order from them again based on these experiences. They have offered to refund the money for the top I have not received but to date no such luck. I keep my review updated as I go along but I have not seen a credit come through yet despite multiple request. All I am saying is. I will see
Like everyone else, I was scammed by this company. The jumpsuit I ordered was shinny, bad quality material and looked nothing like the pictures. The return policy is so convoluted and prevents customers from returning items if they are not satisfied with. They will claim that all your purchases are 'custom made' and as such you cannot return them, and that they are doing you a favour by accepting the item back. In the end the only option I had was to keep the item and get 30% refunded, I only got $70 back from $180 spent. The other option they pretended I had was to ship the item back to a warehouse in China via tracked mail, and that would have cost me $250. Needless to say, I will never ever buy anything from this place ever again.

Terrific customer service. I originally order two 3 sitter recliner leather like sofa covers, then had a change of mind. Not knowing what the actual color or fit would be, I contacted LightinTheBox, to change the order to one, this was done with no problem. They also sent the order USPS Priority Mail and sent updated information by email from when item was shipped until it actually arrived at its destination.
In LighInTheBox site found nice goods and reading reviews left impression that can make order by myself.
Regarding received goods am very satisfied- they look like in pictures and good quality/prices but am not satisfied with shipping when choose slowest saving possibility- never received goods on 20 business days, always have to open tickets - so if You need something fast, choose quick shipping options, otherwise delays are normal result.
I ordered my wedding dress from this site several weeks ago. It was shipped from China and then on the day it was supposed to be delivered I received an email from them. It said their were delivery issues and the package wasn't signed for so it was sent back. I called the shipping company after checking my tracking on lightinthebox.com and seeing that it never left China. The shipping company confirmed this and also stated that the package was requested to be sent back to the warehouse by light in the box. Now they have given me 2 options. I can have it re shipped for expedited 2-3 day shipping by paying for shipping... AGAIN! Or I can get a full refund minus shipping. FRAUD! I sent a message to customer service but I seriously doubt I will hear anything back. Completely unprofessional, fraudulent, and down right dishonest. I will never order anything from a site like this again.

I have purchased over the last several months a lot of clothes; such as, tops, jackets, jeans, slacks because of the weight I have lost and everything that I have purchased has fit me very nicely.
From the time I purchase the item to the time I receive the item is unbelievable; meaning it could take less than two weeks.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
