I'm still new to this site but I did recently order 3 blouses. They were more snug than the normal size range. Thinner in material than I expected too. But nice patterns and I will still be trying them out again. I would say to order a size bigger than your normal size.
I should have known better not to use this company and listened to my intuition. I needed a dress for my dad's wedding and I thought I ordered in plenty of time. Looks as though that is not the case even though it's well over a month. Then I sent an email to ask what the hold up was and they said that it takes a couple weeks for processing and that it would be mailed out soon, but it wouldn't be there on time for the wedding. So then I cancelled, and they stated that they can only refund me the $23.00 shipping charge which was outrageous to begin with. I'm so not impressed with this company. Save your money and go somewhere stateside. This place is the worst!
Light In The Box has been fantastic in helping me prepare for my upcoming wedding. Prompt service and gorgeous designs have made it really easy to get my wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses, jewellery and even a beautiful cake topper. I would definitely recommend Light In The Box to others.
I have ordered many items from Light in the box, including my wedding dress! My sister also ordered her senior prom dress from there and I have friends who order from the site regularly. We have all been very pleased with the items we buy from there. Granted, the quality is not always EXACTLY as pictured but more often than not it is pretty decent quality for the little money you pay for it. I have also had to contact the customer service team and I never had a problem getting in contact and having my issue resolved. I am not negating the fact that some of you may have had experiences different than my own but if you take time to look at the hundreds of reviews and pictures of the merchandise that the site allows you to view before ordering, you'll have a greater idea of what to expect.
I ordered a medium dress (normal size I wear) based on the chart they provide. It was way too small. When I tried to return, I was told it was "made to order" so I could not return. Hilarious! How can they make to order if they do not ask for measurements? Do not buy from this company. They operate like a scam!
The shipping dates said December when I placed the order. I am going to Mexico Dec 31st. After I paid, the shipping dates changed to Jan 2,2023 and then changed again to Jan 4,2023. So first, I won't have the clothes for my trips Second, the delivery will be made when I'm not home to get it. Very poor customer service. No way to contact them,

Ordered items, using a slightly bigger size than usually wear, none of which worked and were too small. Took a while to locate where returns could be made. Was basically told it had been too long (it hadn'tsince order arrived and could be returned. Finally received an email and given vague and told I could return strange address overseas, etc. I won't be ordering anything further from this company - at all.

I past 4 months we bough several stuff from LighInTheBox (more then 10 orders for more than 2.000$). The goods we bought and ask customer service for commercial invoice, as no invoice was enclosed to parcel. We raised several tickets with no effect. All ticket closed with note "Kindly wait a couple of days, and we will contact you again..." since 14 Feb nothing, on another ticket since 25 Feb nothing and tickets are closed with status resolved. We bought goods and expected to have invoice issued for us, for our company to prove payment.

I purchases 3 ladies tees on Jan. 15 and received them on Feb. 3rd. The moment I opened the package I was disappointed in the fabric quality, fit, and make of the items all extremely low quality. I instantly started the return process which was a nightmare. Tried to "raise a ticket" but the website didn't allow me to download a photo and without the photo the submit button didn't work. I some how found a customer service email address detailed an email attached a photo sent that but it came back failed. Finally I'm disputing this on my credit card the goods lack Country of Origin, Fiber Content & Care Instruction Labels all in violation of US Customs and FTC Regulations. The goods are illegally imported from China, this company should be shut down from importing into the US. Perhaps I will contact the FTC and Better Business Bureau because they are a rip off. Buyer beware!
I placed an order (1/10/2020) for 4-7 business day delivery but when I checked status of my order it said estimated shipping date over a month after I placed order (2/20/20), which it didn't tell me before checkout. However, they did refund all my money even though it had been over 24 hours after I had purchased (their policy states order has to be canceled within 24 hours of placing order to get full refund).

Do not waste your money ordering from Light in the Box The clothing is cheaply made and looks nothing like pictured. There is no way to return or talk/chat with anyone. If you feel like giving money away donate to your favorite charity but don't give it to them. HUGE SCAM

Two pairs pants were too small at the waist, sweaters too short and too tight in the waist... The bracelet was perfect. Unfortunatly, by now, too many things should be exchanged and returned.I can't afford to lose my money like this…

Worst customer service ever! Placed an order & realized immediately I put in the wrong address & canceled said order, it still processed & shipped! There is no phone # to contact them, you have to submit a "ticket" & each response took 24 hours+! I battled with them that this was their error because I canceled immediately & finally got them to agree to a full refund & a prepaid label to send the item back. I sent the item back, which they received over a week ago & I'm still waiting for my refund. Apparently they credit my Light In the Box account (which took them 8 days) & then I have to make a "withdrawal" to get my credit card refunded! They tell me this will take another 3-4 business days! I have never dealt with such a difficult company & I most certainly will not deal with this one ever again!

I purchased two-bathroom water faucets for my home and found they could not be connected because there was not adequate room for the additional hose feature for rinsing the sink after use, that attached beneath the sink. They would not accept a return. The package was in the original condition, but their returns policy is not to accept returns for these types of products. This is a Singapore based company that is not up to the standards of American return policies. I would not do business with the company again because of their aggressive unfriendly return policy for the consumer.

The fabric is of a good material. My daughter loves it so do I. My only disappointment is that it's small for her even though she just turned 3 and I chose the one of 3 to 4 years. So I suggest that you size a little bit up if you have a chubby daughter.

Super slow delivery, with the expensive shipment 13 that should take 4 to 5 days it took nine before they shipped and additional 12 days before it arrived. And since they wrote the value including shipment cost on the package it was additionally 14 in tax. And one of the three items of was the wrong type.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
