Again I ordered a bigger size of 2 sweatshirts the next size up. Because the 1st time I ordered a XL and it was too small. So when I received them again now they are too big. So I am going to keep the shirts and try 2 shrink them. Other than that I was Happy with this order.
I love the clothes steamer/iron. It works very well on clothes. I had a new jacket delivered with a lot of creases and was afraid that a normal iron would cause shine marks on it. This steamer removed all the creases perfectly without any shine marks on the jacket. The mini air conditioning unit is simply a small fan.
I've contacted customer service by email because that's the only way. To report a lost Package. Customer service has failed to refund me the $107 dollars and or send me it a new package. Very disappointed in this customer service. Wouldn't recommend to but from this site and will be putting a complaint in with the Better Business bureau!
Happy customer! It's a versatile dress i can wear anytime Day/ Night. The fabric is elegant and Strong. I like the size ( not too long, not too short) It's fit well on me!

I can only advise LIght in the box. In find clothes and sport clothes that you cannot find anywhere else (at least in Belgium) at reasonable price. I have never been deceived neither by the quality nor the colours. Delivery is rather rapid.
Absolutely love the bracelet. My teenage daughter wasn't real impressed when I ordered it. But thank goodness I ordered more than one. She wears hers every day. Both of us constantly receive compliments on the bracelet. Already ordered more for Christmas gifts.
I am satisfied with the service except it says LightInTheBox can be reached 24 hours a day but chat box is only open from 10:00 P.M.-10:00A.M. Which is too late, and no phone number is available, otherwise I am satisfied with products.
Light in the Box has a lot of interesting, practical and well-priced products. I have been ordering from them for over three months and I like all the clothes because of the fit & styles. The deliveries were fast and products arrived safely.

This company will never return your money even when you have return the product because it was poor quality. I believe the Better Business Bureau should put them out of business in the United States. I have a nice experience with LightInTheBox. I have ordered some stuffs on this website. And i can say that i had a nice online "adventure". At the end, i can say that i´m totally satisfied with your services, super kind, super quick. Even there are something not at the level of the quality i have seen on the website. Honestly, i have bought only some for the first try, and see if they are good, i will buy something with high prices. Because i didn´t really trust the online shops so much. So that I bought the cheap items for beginning. But i was a little disappointed about the quality. But anyhow, i have received my items very fast, so i trust that i will receive what i ordered. So far my shirts are great. Sleeves being a bit long but then again im short. The fabric is comfortable. The designs are pretty cool. I like em all. Watches are a bit big but can be shortened overall i still like them.
I had my doubts with sites like LightInTheBox, but I was pleasantly surprised.
I did not receive emails with updates, however, on their website they had a tracking feature, which showed me where my package was at all times. Furthermore, I did not have to pay the toll fee when the package arrived to my home country, which was nice.
Overall, I would definitely recommend LightInTheBox if you need something cheap, but still decent quality.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
