These shirts are made of very poor quality and Customer Service just decided what I needed to receive and what I did not! The sizes of their products are way too short and small and fit only US children and teenagers not mature women! They sell this garbage and refuse to take it back on their account as I already paid for their shipping and demand the customer to pay both ways! I did not asked for getting this garbage shipped I asked for the advertized product not the children's version! Beware of this dishonest outfit!
I previously sent a message regarding this particular order. I did receive the order, but there was a 4 pcs set of clamps ordered, but only one clamp came. When it says 4 pcs in the description I would expect to receive all 4 clamps. I enjoy shopping on your sight and have purchased many things. I would like to have the confidence that I will receive what I order and pay for.
I have purchased several items from lightinthebox. All items were exactly as described and real value for money, the postage was free and the items arrived within the estimated delivery time. I will definitely make future purchases from this company.
I received an email from LightInTheBox asking if they reimbursed me would I remove my review from Sitejabber. I told them absolutely not. I want people to know what and who they are buying from before spending their hard earned money on ANYTHING from them. I even read where one website was asked to stop taking reviews because of the many negative reviews. It could have been Consumer Affairs, but I am not quite sure. And the reason I say it may be them, I complied a review with pictures regarding this same incident, I could never get the review to post. I was constantly told the site could not be found. Although when going to their website to begin the review, I was able to access it.

I ordered 2 very nice looking (on paper) hats. I received them in the mailbox. They were crunched up and places inside a clear bag. One hat had glue on it and the other one had a bow that had a velcro patch to be fastened to the hat. I had a feeling the quality would not be great, but even the packaging has me spellbound. I have dealt with a similar ordeal with another company out of China. I also had another order for 6 pairs of shoes and 4 more hats. I know there is no sense in expecting to return these items in that it will cost way more to return than even the hassle. NO MORE CHINA MANUFACTURED ITEMS IN MY FUTURE. Needless to say, I want to spread the word as much as possible. My cart will be emptied of the waiting order and I will again chalk this up to the old adage, "if it looks good and made in China", buyer beware

The delivery was absolutely 'on the button!'

I wore the 'Innocent until proven guilty' T-shirt for TWO hours, including one hour's driving: the 'pilling' down the back was dreadful!
I am not sure how to remove it but as it is, the T-shirt looks unfit for wear.
What should I do next? Any ideas out there?

My product (a cotton t-shirt dress) was as good as it appeared on the photos. The dress is comfortable to wear and laundered well. It arrive in less time than advertised and is excellent value for money.
I am happy with the products I've received so far … they seem to match their description and are of good quality. The only thing that I'm not satisfied with is the lengthly shipping times. To be a big competitor you must get your products to the consumer much quicker if you expect to compete with the likes of Amazon.

Very good website to order stuff from. I have yet to be disappointed from anything I have bought on this site and most things have free shipping. Be willing to wait for your order though as it takes around 20 days shipping. Concidering its coming from overseas I dont think thats actually too bad of a wait time myself.

This is my first time purchasing on this website. I was struggling because the dress is a non-refundable item. Also, my daughter's competition will be held in 3 weeks. I didn't know that they could arrive on time and fast. Luckly, the dress is pretty. It took 2 weeks to arrive. Only one thing is the dress run little bit small. But I'll purchase it again.

Sometimes the quality of the material is not too good.
You just deal with it. Also I ordered a jacket but the one that came wasn't have buttons on the sleeve as in the picture and the fabric was very poor, different from the picture.
I personally wouldn't shop here, although I only have ordered one item from here. I expect the rest of the items to be the same, cheap.
The item wasn't baggy as shown on model.
The item isn't the same material and is see threw which leads to it not being thick material as shown in photo. Just very poorly made and I paid like 50$ after taxes and shipping.
You can't get a 100% refund, it's either you get 10% or 30% if the product amount back. If they offer you a 100% refund is still isn't, because you have to pay to ship it back.
The customer service is nice and first but don't know how to deal kindly with a frustrated customer, because they end up being rude back at you threw email. I don't suggest anyone shop here it's a waste of your money and time.
You can't even leave a review on their website, because they probably know there products are trash.

The company made it incredibly easy to order this shirt, on sale, in the right size and color. The total price was good and it was delivered within days. They really came through for me and Christmas.
One pair of shoes, didn't fit, open the bag and an overwhelming stink of chemicals. Tried to return. They require you to pay shipping back to China, three times the cost of the item. Anyone want some cheap, crappy shoes?

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
