Resolution of issue by customer services. At the end I got the item I wanted at reasonable price. I bought a bicycle jersey. Good product.
Initially I did not get the item despite the tracking says that I have received it. It took a while to wait to see if it was just delayed. Later the customer servece recognized my frustration and decided to send a item again which didn't take much time. Happy with the result at the end.
I ordered on 14th of June, still waiting for it. I raised many tickets but all they say is keep waiting. Useless website. They are making money this way, they will not deliver your order and keep your money. I asked for refund still customer care person is asking me to wait for 2 more months. Shameful. I HATE THIS WEBSITE. I would have read reviews before ordering, silly me.

I thought the product image was not a true representation of the product I received. I explained this to Customer Service and provided images to make my case. My LightInTheBox account was credited with the full amount within 48 hours thereof and I opted to initiate a withdrawal (back to the original Credit Card) which takes 3 - 4 business days. I purchased a dress a larger size than i would buy at the store based on there chart. When I received the dress it is the size of a child that maybe 8 years old. I'm only 4'11' tall and average at 100lbs. So I did a return slip and they said it has to be sent to china because of the pandemic they were forced to close there where houses in the U.S. So to receive a refund on the $40 dress it will cost my $60 to return to china with tracking and using there carrier. There customer service rep was horrible and sent a letter saying basically keep it and they will give me a 10% refund on my card. What a scam! Buyer beware of the return policy and what it will cost if you have to return anything.

I will never ever purchase clothing from this company again! Do not explain terms at all. I ordered a medium size and I was told I could not return because it was custom made! Will not return the cost but will give you a 40% Coupon to purchase again or 20% refund. I chose the 20% but then said offer expired!

Ordered an item for £87 from their website with an additional £20.00 plus an additional £4 for insurance.
The order was placed on 4th September with delivery expected within 1week.
Payment was confirmed on the website and taken from my debit card yet no email confirmation has been received.
Order not showing on my account either.
I emailed Lightinthebox and received an auto-reply suggesting i'd logged into the wrong account and offering troubleshooting tips to resolve, which incidently takes you around the loop with no resolve.
I raised a ticket afterwards through the account that I ordered the item on and still no reply from the company.
If I could have rated it a zero star belive me I would have.
I am a total of £111.19 out of pocket and now not sure if I can get that back.

This is the most amazing website I have ever seen. There are so many products I haven't been able to afford before finding this website, and now I can afford them because they are at such a great value through Light in the Box!
I placed my order around December 21,2015. LightInTheBox shows order status updates: December 21,2105 pending, December 25,2015 payment received, December 25,2015 order shipped. I contacted them via email customer service and was told they would respond to me via my email address. I haven't heard anything from them nor have I received my order. It should be a law against what it appear they are doing. Taking people money... not fulfilling the orders and not responding when there are questions concerning orders not received. I plan to take this to another level. This site should not be available for placing orders. We need to see what can be done to have this site blocked /removed so no one else will be a victim of losing their money by placing an order.
Do not buy anything from this company, when you contact them to return something. They offer you a 50% refund and to keep the product instead.
If you dont want this, they string you along for days until you finally find out you have to send the product back to Poland.
If you decide that you cant be bothered anymore they refuse the 50% refund

The shipping and duty costs were more than I had anticipated. The one out of stock item did not break down the costs, so it is hard to determine if the refund was adequate or even correct. I was satisfied with the delivery length and how I was apprised of the process.
I ordered a dress for an event - I PURPOSELY ordered two sizes larger than my regular size because the item was coming from China - even though by their stock measurements, my regular size should have fit me. I wasn't taking any chances, figured I could have it altered by my regular tailor. Dress arrives, it doesn't fit. Too small. I contact customer service for a refund and am told this was a "made to order" dress and was not eligible for a full refund (minus the shipping costs). I was told I could keep the dress (which why, it doesn't fit) - and either get 40% towards another purchase or a refund equal to 30% of the dress price. How is a stock size a "made to order" dress? They took my money, sent a dress that did not match their sizing guide and now they get to keep my money and I get to keep a dress that doesn't fit? How is that not a scam? I will NEVER do business with this company again. Legitimately a scam company.

This dress is absolutely stunning! I received so many compliments at my friend's wedding. I felt like a princess in this gown. I didn't have time to tailor it so it was a little long on my short frame, but it was fine with high heels. Getting stepped on was worth it!
They say when offers are too good to be true they usually are. In my experience the unbelievable prices on some items are in fact true. The shirts and shorts I ordered are of excellent quality and as described. I will buy from here again.
Absolutely perfect, very easy to assemble, and the quality is fantastic - very pleased with the items and can't wait for my guests to see them! They're a tiny bit smaller than I thought they would be, but that is my fault for not checking measurements! They're still perfect for my favours, and I am so so pleased with them. Definitely worth the money!
When I ordered my product, it was to be delivered on a certain day. I needed it for a wedding. Of course it arrived a week too late. They said I could not exchange or get a refund because it was a custom order. There was nothing custom about it. Do not order from the company. They will rip you off.

I filed a complaint on this site and Light in the Box Customer Service reached out to me and is working to resolve my issue. I am very pleased with the customer service agent Megha who has been willing to bring my complaint to resolution. I really appreciate the help they are giving me and look forward to resolution soon.
Trust me when I say the merchandise is horrible and the dresses faintly resemble what they show on the website. And forget about returning your merchandise. It has to be shipped back at your expense to China. My total purchase was $99 of which $15 was for shipping and another $4 for insurance which I did not ask for. My refund would be $78.00 and shipping is $48! TOTAL COMPLETE RIP OFF.
Light in the Box does not allow customers to contact them. In my case they took my money and provided no product. When I went through their long process of signing in to check why they sent no product, the email information that the company gave me to check the order did not work. Do not order from this company.

My order never came! Its been almost 3 months! And nothing! Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
