******* UPDATE ******** I would like to change my review, the customer support responded to this review and was pro-active into solving my issue. They refund me an additionnal amount which in the end made me happy. I am satisfied with there after sale support.
Worst experience ever. The quality of the overall clothes are very bad, the prints are very fuzy. When I tried to return 8 out 10 that I recevied. There 2 options either you send by regular mail at your charge (cheapest option, that means no tracking) and they don't provide a return address sticker. Or we give you 30% back and you keep the $#*!ty clothes. I figure that returning without proof a delivery a package in china...my chance of getting a full refund was very poor. So they offer me 40% refund if I keep the stuff, which I accepted but I will never ever buy from them.
So I was very fortunate to get a very timely response from a supervisor and they will be refunding my order. I am still unclear as to how I missed the "made to order" as I ordered right from their size chart and not from custom measurements, but I was very pleased to have the customer service that I expected. I will try this site again, making sure I have no time restrictions and understanding more about their ordering process. Thank you Lightin the Box for being a responsible online retailer.
They try to tell you that the order was custom made, even when you order off their size chart, this way they don't have to return your money. I should have listened to all of the negative comments. According to their shipping guideline I was supposed to receive the product by the very date the update indicated was the day they were going to ship. Realizing I would not receive it in time, I canceled the order before it even left the warehouse. I contacted my bank and I will provide the documentation off their website regarding their policy. It might take a while, but I am sure my bank will recover the fees. I am also going to find a way to file a complaint about this company through Great Britain and the US. NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS OR THE AGGRAVATION.
I order this sept. 30 2016 and i choose Express Expedited and it was stated upon checkout that it will take 1-4 business days for processing and shipping time will take 3-4 business days. It was shipped out Oct. 10 2016 and no tracking number. I choose express shipping coz i want the item to be delivered at my doorstep due to have no time for picking up the item thru post office, i cant even contact customer service already maybe this is the last time for me to shop here not a good place to shop

The is is my first time buying anything from a website that has a vast collection of merchandise from large number of sellers. The servicentire was great, delivery date is in accordance of the estimation. Clothing might be a bit off from pictures on the site but quality is good. Just looks a little different that's all. They have multiple emails promotions are sent under and unsubscribing doesn't work so you have to individually block ech email to stop the spam. You can't track orders on external apps or the website so you have to download their app to know when your package is going to arrive. The "estimated delivery date" kept moving back and I was worried about if there was something actually coming. The order did arrive within 2 weeks but the material is cheap and smells weird. Doesn't look bad but I doubt it'll last more than a couple washes. Wouldn't order from the site again. Low prices but you're getting spam and trash.

I ordered Starfire cloth material front seats.
I received them after some days inside a plastic envelope. They seemed very light as cover, anyway I decided to try assembling them on my car seats.
The result was bad because my car has contoured seats. The cover remains taut and raised in the center of the seat back!
Sorry, but these covers are suitable only for car with flat seat backs!
I canot use them!
Unfortunately I don't know if I may send them back without exspenses! I live in Italy!

To buy a product, I had to register with them and a part of that is giving your email address. Before purchasing the product, I decided to check more reviews. There were numerous complaints about wrong sizes being sent... So, I didn't purchase the product. After that I started getting emails. I unsubscribed at least five times and I still got an email.

Good experience but not always. Clothes' material mistakes and some times difficult to know how it looks through images, most of all polyester clothes. Customer service has helped very efficiently.
3 of my products needed to be returned. Because of the cost and details of trying to return these I decided to keep them and receive the return discount instead. The measurements according to their website were accurate on some things and not on the others, so you must be careful what size you order. I like the things that do fit.
I bought a pair of shorts from them and the size and appearance was totally misrepresented. I have been trying to return the item, though their website makes it impossible to do so. It just keeps rerouting me in circles, with no resolve. I had an online chat with two individuals who said they would generate a return ticket and to check my account in 24 hours. Nothing happened with either one! This company is selling sub par Chinese merchandise and is a total rip off. I am contesting the payment with my credit card company, DO NOT DEALL with these people.

The communication with the customer service was useless as my payment couldnt be confirmed for 20 days. The shipping was fine, but it took 20 days to confirm the payment done via wire transfer. I couldnt track it online regardless of the tracking numbers provided by Lightinthebox.

The items they send are nothing like the picture they just take your money and do not refund they are terrible wish I had never seen this site. Their reviews are terrible I could not find one decent review only what they post themselves. They steal your money and don't care. One person received lights that were condemned by trading standards this could have hurt someone. This customer did not get his money back. They are just scamming people.

I used the return address provided me to send item to China. Item was held in
China several months then returned to me with no such address. So I lost money--$114 for the cost of the painting plus $28 shipping. Know their return policy before you buy.

I place an order 6 weeks ago ( it said 10-15 days for delivery) what a bunch of Kiera. And I am still waiting for it! Rubbish customer service! When I contacted them they offered to pay 50% of the shipping which is not acceptable. I am so annoyed, so angry, so frustrated. It was for a wedding, I spent £200 on their website and the stuff is worth nothing to me now! As the event is on my head and I cannot wait any more and ended up spending another £350 to buy the things again.

Package delivered in a timely fashion. The Quality of the merchandise was beyond what I expected especially at the price I paid for it. The merchandise Quality is just awesome and looks better than the picture of it on site I'm quite please and will order again.
I really like the jewellery from Light in the box, in the sale it is very very cheep, you do have to wait a while is you op for free delivery but when you only pay less then £2 for a necklace or earrings I don't mind

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
