I purchased 4 items of clothing from this site on 12/20/21. I received the items on 12/30/21. Pretty decent shipping speed from China to the US. That's the only good part. Box came stuffed, squeezed with my 4 items. Upon trying them on I quickly regretted buying any of the items I received. I'm 6'2 200 lbs and fit. These items did not fit well at all. Baggy arms but the photo on their site showed a more slim fit cut for the shirt I received. Pants had the same problem. Jackets were ok, but cheesy "fashion" patches on the jacket. Everything fit, felt, and looked cheaply made. So time to return it right? Oh, that's going to be a process. You have 7 days to reach out to them and get a return authorization. Had to stuff the items back into the box they provided for shipping. Next, they do not accept FedEx or UPS for return shipping, only USPS. Hmmm, why? Go to USPS, $85 to ship $135 worth of clothing back. Why did I proceed with the return? Because I was that done with this order, I'm going to get something back from this nightmare experience. $50 is better than nothing. So I shipped it all out in a timely matter, provided them the tracking number on 1/8/22. It's 2/12/22 now, item has been held in customs in Hangzhou China since 2/8/22 even though it already cleared Shanghai Customs on 2/7/22. This is the game this company plays. They make it extremely difficult so you won't return the product and they pocket your money for very cheap products they sell. Even if you do follow everything in their complicated return process, you get to deal with Chinese customs next. That's why overall, stay away from this company. That $40 jacket or $13 shirt will not look as good as it does in their pictures of the product from their website. And you really have no reasonable way to return any of it. Nice little setup this place has and that's the only reason they are in business in my opinion.

I've been client for over 4 years and I'm happy with the prices, delivery periods and customer service when needed
I had the misfortune to choose to buy from them, i waited 1 month to receive the goods paid a lot of money for the courier services. I purchase one pair of shoes which were ordered according to my size, of course, that is the European number 37 and for them Medium. I received the Large size which is for shoes it is stated on their package 39 -41. For the last 10days i communicate with them and ask to return the shoes, in the beginning they tried to persuade me to keep the shoes because they are far away and it will take 1 month to get my refund. I refused and then they asked me to send them pictures of the item which i did. Today they came back with a counter offer to keep them and have a discount as follows:
Keep the product for 80% bonus-voucher of the item's price
Or
• keep the product for a 50% refund of the item's price.
They don't mention nowhere to return the good for a 100% refund as they advertise in order to convince us to buy from them.
It is a totally mockery they are Chinese what can someone expect more, I am warning you that you go for troubles if you decide to purchase from them.

If I had an order number I would put it in but they didn't furnish me with one. There was no confirmation email, no returns slip or returns information on the bag. Admittedly the item was sent to me but it was not the same as the photograph, it wasn't the same colourwise, and the item did not fit.

Why is it taking so long to get my pants, and I did put my order number in the spot, some reviews I read are not satisfactory either
I purchased a dress online from Lightinthebox.com when I received it, it looked more like a costume rather than an elegant gown which is what they categorized it as. There isn't any phone numbers to talk with a live person; only email. I have an attached copy of the return policy prior to me contacting Lightinthebox.com which they state it's fit to measure even though I never sent in my measurements; what they consider specially made is nothing more than your standard size selection: Small (S), Medium (M), Large (L), etc. After I sent the email, I went back on line and, sure enough, they changed their policy. All this happened within hours. I am going to a formal event and do not want to wear a costume. I requested a full refund due to fraudulent charges conducted on their side with the return policy. After posting a negative review, the company decided to reach out to "act" as if I never brought this complaint up when I put in a customer service ticket in the same day I received the package. I received an email from them requesting pictures of all items. I complied and sent the pictures to them, and they responded back telling me that I could only receive 40% back on the entire purchase instead of a full refund. This violates the return policy that they are advertising which is you receive a full refund on items returned within 7 days of purchase that is in brand new condition. This company is a fraud and I would strongly advise that you do NOT ever buy from here. I will continue to bring awareness to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Federal Trade Commission which handles fraudulent acts such as this!

I am very disappointed so far with this company. The dresses look immaculate however they are virtually impossible to get ahold of after your order has been placed. When I chose the color of the dress they gave a processing time frame of 2-4 days and expedited shipping for 3-5 days. After my payment has been processed and they give a date for shipment it is for July 22nd! I have had no way to verbally to talk a person to ask why the processing time is not what was given at the time that I placed the order? I understand and appreciate that the dress is tailor made, but it seems like I will not get my dress in time for my event. Even if they are not able to meet the 2-4 days as stated when I chose the color of the dress. I would like to get talk to someone about getting the dress overnighted or 2 days air. How can I get the issues resolved when I have to try to contact them through a link to ask a question about "customs"? Just be careful when placing a order. Now I am out of money and a dress in time for my event by the end of the month.

Items reached in good status, well packed and in time to Cali city, Colombia. The order was set on 15 Dec., it was accepted on 19 Dec. And it got to my address on 15 Jan. It took a month. It went through customs without any hassle, no extra charges.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
