I purchased $251 worth of merchandised on multiple items and returned shoes of poor quality and leatherette. You think that was the end of it, right? Wrong - I got the bill $25 for customs (DHL) even though I sent it to an address in the US.
After several correspondence the LITB service rep wrote "We are willing to provide you a USD25.70 rewards which values FULL tax fee or process refund of 50% of the tax fee, which will be USD12.85. Could you please tell us which solution you prefer? I chose refund at a lower value just to move past it. Guess what - I did not get a refund. I got rewards (hardly) at a lower rate which means you get the "rewards " if you shop twice the amount! What a scam. I wrote back - "You said either rewards at $25.70 or refund at $12.85. I chose refund (even if smaller amount just to close the issue) but you lie. Giving me rewards (lower amount at that) and still keeping me hooked into your system by putting more money in. Ive had it with you. You lie.
Beware folks, do not deal with this company. Its not worth the headache.
Definitely YES, i was worried about quality of my dress but was kindly surprised, dress is worth more money than i paid, great quality, definitely recommend this shop to everyone!
An update to my review:
Even though I stand by what I previously said, I would like to comment on the customer service received. The company immediately contacted me after my review, apologized for my bad experience and offered to return 70% of my purchase price.
I was quite impressed at the timeliness of their response. At least in this respect, it is an excellent company to work with. I cannot comment on other products - they mentioned that they source products from different companies - your experience in the quality of the product may differ from mine. It is my hope that they will no longer continue to source the dresses/skirt (see below) from the company they currently have.
I thought these dresses looked lovely in the picture (see attached). Sadly, the real life version is quite different. I bought 3 dresses and 1 skirt - size M - none fit - not even close: this dress (in 3 different colors - Women's Casual Dress Linen Dress Midi Dress White Black Yellow Wine Brown Long Sleeve Pure Color Button Fall Winter V Neck Stylish Casual Loose 2022 M)

Unfortunately I don't have a picture of what arrived as I gave it away but there are pictures of the products ordered. I would have probably needed an XL size (I am 5'8", 144lbs). More more importantly, the quality of the clothes is REALLY CHEAP. I guess you get what you pay for. Don't waste your money!

I have ordered two tapestries. One was fine, the other was all wrong with the color. I ordered the one that is a copy of a medieval tapestry with a unicorn and a maid in costume. It is a very fameous tapestry over the whole world. I was thrilled (really) to see such a thing available to the mere phesants of the world. When i got it, instead of the maroon color that is on the picture on their website, it was a harsh color that was yellow orange. I ordered it to place in a room, where maroon was essential. I kept it because i thought it would work out elsewhere. I remember there was a qualified statement about color but i took a change. This is the second note so i know no one there has taken a look at maybe having their printers checking color accuracy so the whole purchase is very rewarding for anyone who buys one. Maybe someone could check to see if anyone saw my review sent maybe two weeks before this review. Thanks for checking and maybe checking to see that what is advertised on their website would be greatly improved.
I ordered two dog collars 1/3/16. Their tracking system says it was delivered. IT WAS NOT. I have sent two emails to the company and sent in a request on their website but no reply a month later. They took my money but did not deliver. BUYER BEWARE. BBB is my next email to stop them from doing business. See the other complaints on-line when you query this business.
I wrote to the BBB and they transferred me to their West Coast office. Here is their reply: "I have received your complaint and found this business (LITB) is headquartered in China, we cannot process a complaint outside the US. I wanted to touch base with you and give you a resource where you can still file a complaint. We encourage you to file with Econsumer at www.econsumer.gov, for they are a government agency that can advise you on your complaint."
Somehow, somewhere, someone was watching my post about going to the BBB about LITB. I wrote to the BBB on 2/7/16. My daughter texted me and she received the order on 2/8/16. Was that luck, a coincidence, planned, etc.? I don't know but I have my order. Maybe it would take a lot of us angry customers to file a complaint with the BBB to get this company to do the right thing by the customer.
Ordered 3 items from them and was told order was received, but I have yet to receive one item. Will not purchase anything else from this website.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
