This Is the first time I use this website and it was for international shipping. The status after one month or 2 months appeared UNDERLIVERED! After that I send alot on tickets and Emails cause I can't reach them the have only one Number and its in China and no one is answering. After that the status appeared DELIVERED. And it delivered to the wrong customer. I PUT A LOCATION. I PUT A NAME. AND TELEPHONE NUMBER. And they didn't care about anything any information. And my money has been deducted already..

I have daily orders from their website. I only rcvd one item till now,(they cloths are amazing and great like on the pic on their website.
But the bad thing on their website (just one thing)
They can not do as they promise (all my orders are delayed and they always change my delivery date)
DO NOT TELL ME GO TO MY ORDER AND CLICK ON ASK... DUTIES. I DID AND I OPENED THE TICKET BUT NO REPLY AND IF REPLY THEY DIDNT DO AS THEY PROMISED.

I ordered some shirts which turned out to be really cheap and faded. I returned them 4 months ago and have still not received a refund

Lightinthebox is the best place to shop online. They are reliable no need to be worried of loosing your money, if you are not setisfy with your porchas. I have been buying from here and am realy realy happy with thier service.
If you need good company here you go try lightinthebox with patience and you will always be happy with them. Just you need to be hornest costomer for them and everything will be fine for you and them as well. The good thing is they axcept return and refund you or they can refound you without retuning the product.
Delivery cost is too high for my opinion, products are O. K. For every piece you have to pay extra delivery regrdless you have just one order, this is a disantvage.
I was dubious about using light in a box even though a friend had recommended them to me. We are getting married in September and so are looking to save costs. Well I was not disappointed! I placed me Order on 3rd February expedited delivery - I also paid the insurance tax and customs insurance so my total order was £83.00 for a veil, tiara and 5 x tie, cufflink, handkerchief and tie pin sets - For this money I wasn't expecting much but figured it wasn't too much too lose if they turned out to be terrible quality... I could not be happier! My delivery arrived this morning and the quality is amazing! - I did have an issue with customs tax - DHL sent me an invoice for £26.00 for this - I opened a ticket with Light in the box and they immediately came back asking for a copy ( picture) of the invoice - I sent this and within 24 hours I had a message to say they were refunding me the full £26.00 as I had taken the insurance. So all in all I am over the moon and will be returning to light in the box to order extra items!

Started buying shirts from You last year at this time. Bought a couple as gifts and revamped my closet with ALOT of ur shirts. Get ALOT of comments in LIKING the shirts. I too like them
I would never advise anyone who actully wants their purchase to buy from this awful company.
My mother and I ordered two head pieces for a wedding, and even payed the full wack of £12.? For it to be delivered in 3-4 working days. Well over a week and the morning of the wedding- STILL NOTHING
Also sent TWO tickets in panick asking about it and never recieved a reply
For the sake of a extra few poinds I would goto more reliable websites to ensure you get what you pay for abd actually arrive after paying a lot extra to ensure this.

Plus the order tracking service was very accurate and the free shipping was good
I had ordered clothing from them, and they sent me a tracking number. It told me it was delivered a week before but it wasn't. When I emailed their support, they told me to "kindly be patient its on its way" and linked me the tracking number that said it had arrived (it didn't)
Trying to explain this simple problem to them was impossible. It would take them a day or two at a time to respond. I don't think they even read my messages. I got the same old "kindly be patient its coming" messages.
The 5th time I asked for a refund or for it to be re-sent, I asked for a supervisor/manager and I got an email from the same address claiming to be. But this time they told me to "provide proof that it never arrived." WHAT? How can I prove that I don't have something? I asked my mailman and he just laughed and said that was ridiculous. They refused to refund my money because I couldn't prove that I never received the item. I deleted my account after trying 9 times to get someone to help me. Never ever ever again. I don't care if they even bother replying here (company) as it's not worth the frustration of dealing with them to possibly by some miracle get a refund of the money I lost. I tried for weeks..

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
