There was plenty of items to select from. I was leary about sizing charts from previous experiences with other sites but this one was spot on. I enjoyed the customer reviews. They prices are awesome. Shipping took a little while but that's okay as I had plenty of time to receive it for my upcoming trip. I'll be shopping with you again.
Bought two sizes in a dress for my daughter. The 9-10 was bigger and more comfortable than the 11-12. When I confirmed I received the package you can write how happy you were with the product and I wrote that the larger dress was smaller than average. The only way to return is from the orders page but the status button for returns is mysteriously not showing up on the dress that I said was too small, yet it's there for the dress I said fit perfectly. No way to contact customer service on the website or app. So disappointing. I'll never bother ordering from here again.
Do not order from this company. I just ordered 4 pieces of swimwear which had a total cost of 120 dollars. Then they added shipping costs which was brought the total over 186 dollars. Now I received a call from DHL a local shipping service saying I owe over 50 dollars more for customs fees! Would you call this a deal? I don't and am scared to even look at the quality of the product or if it's true to Size. I feel completely taken advantage of. Lightinthebox business practices are not transparent to say the least. Brutal.

This dress was perfect in the fit and feel of the fabric. It's loose and comfy. The service from this company rivals any other online order program such as Amazon, Walmart, major retail outlets in fact I would say their customer service out performs some of them. Easy to deal with and arrives within a timely manner….given the fact it ships from overseas, it's not out of expectation to be 10-14 business days. Well done on the quality of the workmanship of the clothing. I will continue to use this company for future purchasing.

I have purchased many items from this business, the garments have been of outstanding quality, although they run smaller than American sizes, just go up a few sizes or do a custom order, you won't be disappointed. Beautiful garments.

This product doesn't look like on the photo. Doesn't fit and overall looks terrible. I wanted to return it immediately but realized that it was almost impossible.
At the help center, they said I need to ship it back to China and I need to be responsible for shipment which costs more than this product!

I ordered an AC adaptor, and it never arrived, tracking just stopped working, and there was no way to contact Light in the Box (the dispute procedure was completely missing). The site is almost criminal... avoid at all costs.
They have asked me to submit a ticket, but the ticket process must be well hidden as I cannot find it. There is no help area for "did not receive item" anywhere in there FAQ, and no email for customer service.

Order came in approx 2 1/2 weeks.
All clothing was there and they were the items I ordered. One items Size Chart incorrect so way too big. One item had two black spots on the sweater front so unusable. A couple of the "Large" sizes were just barely a large. Several were extra surprisingly wonderful!
Great online shop. I am using it a long time and very happy with it. All items are good quality and customer support always ready to assist in any question. Only packaging disappoints me, all items come only in carton box, no bubbles or something to prevent item damaging, when i order headbands or laces for my wife, they always came with some damage (but last time customer support gives me coupon as a compensation for use in next order). Also sometimes shipping takes too long, but it happens pretty rare.
Lightinthebox is not a company to buy from. I bought 2 shirts from them. Their products are not as described on the website, but of poor quality. They make it impossible to return products for a refund.

1 bought 3 items, shoes, moisture-wicking pants "on sale", and shirt "on sale".
Took a month to ship out.
Pants were ordinary, cheap material, not as described.
Shoes were uncomfortable and soul split from rest of shoe within 48 hrs. Company offered 30% rebate on shoes, which was in store credit.

I've had problems with this company. In one order I was supposed to be refunded a certain amount but only half of it was refunded. Another order never arrived and the response from customer service was that it 'was probably at my neighbor's.' They gave me this response twice. Then they said it was probably lost at customs. I could not get them to refund the money with any guarantee. Before closing the claim to any satisfaction, they just sent a message saying,
'Thanks for shopping with us.' I am owed $112 but can't get an answer from them. I will not purchase from them again.

My mother of the bride dress arrived after 4 weeks of waiting and aside from the measurements not being accurate -the dress smells horrible. I can't imagine what caused this but o little rally have it in a bag in my garage waiting on a resolution before I dispute. There is no excuse for this odor and my money should be refunded in full!
UPDATE: I did receive a response and refund less shipping. I'm giving them another chance and have ordered another dress. Hopefully, this one will hit the mark.

I placed an order on April 15th from this company in China and never received it but they took the money out of my account the same day. I did not get an email confirmation or order number. I sent screen shots of the date and charges as per their customer service email request. After I sent it I got the same canned email response asking for the same information I just gave them. They are also saying there was no order. It's been two months. They are giving me the run around.

I purchased 2 shirts from this company which turned out not to be as pictured on the internet. They were cheap and inferior. I didn't wear either and didn't even take one out of the package. I wanted to return them but they make you jump through hoops with so many restrictions and rules that it is almost impossible. Additionally, it is up to the customer to pay for the return all the way to CHINA from the US. This is such a shoddy way of doing business. Save yourself disappointment and grief. I can't stress enough do not order from them their warehouse is in China and they obviously make their cheap imitation clothes there! I bought what I thought was a really nice winter jacket and after waiting weeks on end when it finally came I could feel through the packaging and tell it was going to be disappointing the materials are cheap and the jacket was a cheaply made imitation of the real thing I will not even say anymore just look at the pics I posted... the 3rd pic is what the jacket should like... I also added the email they sent me offering me half my money back to keep it you do the math!

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
