The product I am not satisfied with came broken. Suspecting it was sent as a defective product because we didn't find proof of broken pieces in the package. At first I was furious about it and wanted to give 2 stars, however customer service saved it. And the rest of the products in the order was quite all right, especially the sweater and the tapestry with Halloween theme was surprisingly good. Shipment speed was fast and arrived early, which made me happy. To be fair, I will give 4 stars. Hope this site will improve and ensure that something similar won't happen in the future.
I had to return over half of my order (after waiting 3 weeks) because the quality was either so cheap and poor and/or the sizing was fit for a small child. When I tried to return, I got a run around of offers for "quick return" options that all involved keeping the poor products for only a portion of the price I paid. Obviously this did not interest me! The final solution was to allow me to do a return, but for the fee of paying shipping a second time. So, I get to pay more money now just to get my refund, for an order I am needing to return because their products are absolutely nothing like the pictures they falsely advertise. Save your money and shop at a real store or a trusted, professional, online source!

Lured in by the excellent prices, I accumulated $116.00+ worth of merch in my cart. When I logged into PayPal, it showed a total of $198 and some change. Upon review of the order, I saw USPS shipping charges of $70.00+. I changed it to DHL, which was still a lot, but less than USPS, and also deleted the $4.99 shipping insurance. Even with those changes, I could not get their total to match my math. It was probably still a good deal, but the subterfuge made me angry, so I bought nothing. I don't trust companies that assume customers are stupid and won't pay attention to details.

I have purchased many items for friends family and self and have not been disappointed. Many unique items especially lights and housewares and swimwear. People have positive comments about my unique boots so I tell them all about Light in the box and how to download the app with no expectations about extra points or rewards. Shipping is terrible but it's coming from across the world so can't expect miracles. One shirt was definitely not like the picture and the other stuff was OK. Not sure I will buy again but won't say never.
This was received very well packaged and in excellent condition. It looks stunning on our Living room wall, the three canvasses look good together but also create an attention grabbing look. The vibrant colours are striking and although abstract is really effective with real dimension. It looks much better in reality than in the pictures on the website. The service was second to none. Will definitely recommend and shall use Light in the box again.
Bought curtains and they are just junk, cheap material and poorly finished. There was also a charge of £21 on delivery which was not made clear at any point of the transaction. I have asked to return them but they will only refund £13 due to being made to order. Avoid this seller as the whole process is really just a con. I ended up paying just under £100 for a what are just rags.

I ordered some shoes from here and I think they must of forgot to put a sole on them, they are absolutely awful. Now been on on my orders so I can send them back and get a refund and there is nothing about my order on there, no way of contacting them either. I feel ripped off and these were suppose to be for my daughters wedding. My advice do not order from this company

Male models make shirts look unbelievable. Upon arrival of my golf polo shirt, soon realized cheap was not talking about the cost but the craftsmanship of the shirt. Very poor quality clothing and sizing guides. Horrendous customer service. Returning items (when you've managed to navigate your way through their complicated return system) to this company is expensive and difficult. Making a return on items that do not fit costs up to £30 to return to Asia. Avoid buying any clothing from them unless you like throwing your money away.

First time order on this site took some navigating and difficult moments with technology.
The app is a much easier experience than shopping with a tablet on the site. Best advice from me is to have an idea of what you're looking for first, then browse. So many choices made my decisions difficult and sizing not as accurate.
Purchased on 10-4 costumes for Halloween and paid for expedited shipping. Counted 14 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping. Arrived AFTER 10/31. I never even opened the package since there was no point. I requested a refund but they keep giving me the run swings saying their warehouse is in China and the cost to ship it back will be half or more than half of the product. Their offer is 10% refund to keep product or 20% reward for their site?! Heck no! Going to dispute with PayPal since they stopped responding and it's been pushed past their 7 days upon receiving which is a tactic they use to avoid refunding.

My experience with light in the box was a satisfactory one, smooth order and delivery with tracking and all. Only thing is my order of about 20 articles came like in pairs and even singletons which made it quite annoying picking up but aside that everything was normal. Their product are suprisingly of good quality tho. Good job
I ordered ( after consulting the web site size guide) a size larger than my usual size. The item they sent me was so small I can't even get it over my head/ shoulders. Never mind the crappy crunchy-feeling fabric. Customer service did reply promptly but their only solution was that I must send it to China ( even tho shipped to me from Chatham) and I'm must pay for tracking. That will cost as much as the item did! Oh- or I can keep the crappy tunic and get 25% off my next purchase. Ha! There will never be a next purchase.

Terrible - I ordered a dress that was supposed to be ready to wear (i. E. not made to measure). Eventually they came back and said it would be dispatched 1 month after I had paid - too late for my event. When I tried to cancel they claimed that all there dresses were made on demand and charged me 50% of the total bill to to cancel. Don't trust them with your money.
One of the best online shops which is providing products on discounted price and also giving lots of option to choose from, delivery was very fast and free. I will buy more products from them in the future, they are a great company!
I paid for a men's cycling top, payment was via PayPal. They wrote to me weeks later to see the product was finally being shipped, it is now a month after that, no sign of it. And no one at the company seems to be able or willing to respond to me. This is a scam. And what's worse, is they keep advertising on Instagram which is where I saw the products in the first place. I'm sure other people are going to lose out too.

Although hard to get the size right as I have large calf's so usually need a size bigger for the side zippers. Love the mixture of colours on the boots and get lots of compliments on them. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment.
