I ordered three pairs of yoga socks, one bright pink pair finally arrived. The two black pairs I ordered have not. Written to company several times with no response. Now about 5/6 weeks. Do not recommend this company at all.

I cannot recommend Light in the Box at all.
Their delivery times are the longest I have experienced for any online retailer: 20 working days (though promised between 10 and 20). When product arrived, it was not as advertised.
Two months after receiving the order, my bank tells me an online retailer has compromised my details. As Light In The Box is one of only three online retailers I have shopped from in the last several months, I asked their customer service team to remove my details as a precaution. I asked this of them nearly three weeks ago and they have yet to do so.
Their customer service is extremely slow to respond and impolite. I will certainly not be using this retailer ever again.

Ordered 2 shirts for myself and 2 for gifts as they looked great on the site. Beware, pictures can be misleading on quality and sizing. I received today and would send back if shipping wasn't so incredibly high! Am extremely disappointed that while I thought they would be decent quality, they are made out of very thin material that I believe will last till the first wash only! Would never buy from here again!

No one from lightinthebox is responding to any of my emails.

My dissatisfaction, not only with you, but with any seller who adopts the same logistics (stores for exchange items and/ or withdrawal far and not specified in clear) lies in the fact that orders (even those with "free shipping") are shipped from collection points and / or warehouses around the world so as to shorten the delivery time (with convenient shipping costs, for the seller); while the return, for exchange and/ or withdrawal, can only take place in the only main store of each of you!
This, in fact, forces consumers to desist from their own right and avoids logging complications. In addition to not constituting, in any case, an economic loss for you.
From an ethical point of view, however, it is so unfair as to produce the no longer turn to you for other purchases.
The big e-commerce sites charge slightly higher prices; but, at least, they allow you to change an article and / or withdraw from a purchase much more easily than sites like yours!

I've been shopping on this website for months now, and I haven't had any problems so far. They've got a super caring staff, and whenever I have a doubt or a complaint about a product, they get in touch as fast as they can, offering help and/or a refund. I've never seen a company like this. I'd definitely come back to buy more items and I highly recommend it!
Received my order of 4 3XL tee shirts. The shirts were labeled 3XL but were large or maybe XL at best. Plus were not as pictured on order site. ABSOLUTELY no way to contact this company's customer service department, I guess because they don't have one. Tried to follow their app to obtain a return shipping label which was not possible to do. LightintheBox doesn't deserve even a half star. I have read a number of other reviews with the same experience. Steer away from doing business with this company.

I have purchased from Light in The Box for a number of years. I choose carefully and have been most satisfied with the products. The sizing is still very confusing. If I choose US size, it does not work with the measurements. Some things come too big, others too small. But, I keep trying. Shipments are made quickly. Returns are more complicated.
The pictures on the website are rarely representative of the items you actually receive. I've ordered 5 dresses from this website and only 1 looks like the picture description really. The others are bad rip offs. I'm currently trying to get a refund for a particularly bad item that was quite expensive. My advice would be to use a more reputable provider. Don't waste your money on this website.

While the products are nice, the shipping costs double the prices by the time you're order is on it's way. Not recommended. I could have purchases the exact same items straight from Amazon for the price of the items with very little shipping. I will never buy from them again. The website does not have a contact email address and the tracking number is a phone number. I paid over $50 for shipping from the web store and the rest was charged while my order was in transit. A total of $145. For shipping and customs through DHL. That's just about double the price of my order. I can't help feeling that I got fooled. It won't happen again.

I noticed a missing part on my order and advised them a month ago. They still continue to ask me to wait 2-3 days.
They don't follow-up. They just wait your next message.
Totally unreliable and unprofessional.
The only solution they offered me during the month is to return the product (a 3D printer kit costing $245) at my own expense even worst, they don't reimburse the initial delivery fee which is more than $100!
So they want me to accept to pay $200 for nothing. And reading other reviews I could even not been reimbursed of $245, costing me $445.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment.
