Order placed on 2/13. It's now 2/26 and order still is "processing." Items were supposed to ship within 6 days at latest. Customer service says items probably won't ship til March. Don't waste your time with LightInTheBox.com.
Update 2/27… the items finally were given a tracking number today. And of course… the items are shipping from China and states arriving in 3 weeks! The product information page said the items would ship in 4-7 business days. 4-7 business days? This is ridiculous. So I ordered on 2/13/21 and the eta is 3/20/21!?! I just wish they would have been honest on the product information pages for these items. Don't state that the items will process in a few days and deliver a week after. I expected 2 weeks max. Instead it's going to be 5 weeks. That is unacceptable. Never again. There's a reason that the majority of these reviews are 1 star. And I would guess that the 1 star reviews are the real reviews…
It's been 3 weeks since I placed an order. The app claims it was shipped, even though when you track through USPS.com, it still is showing that they have not even received the package still! I googled the site to see that it was a legit company to my serious shock due to the fact that so many reviews claim really fast shipping. Considering it's been over 3 weeks and I still haven't received my order shreds that narrative apart. The Post Office tells me they haven't even received the package yet, while the app claims it was shipped 12 days ago! Unless its coming from China, which it states its not as it is coming from NY, it should never take 2 weeks plus to ship anything through the Post Office inside the US. I'm still not sure at this point if I will ever receive my order. Horrible processing & shipping procedures in place at LightInTheBox

Ordered my products over 2 weeks now and finally the shipment came out of China into Miami and still has a delivery date of 5 days away. Which is 2 days past my vacation so guess what. My package is worthless! Lies on website says 5-8 days, too bad I didn't realize it was China $#*!

I ordered a pair of childrens shoes and a pink dress. The shoes were the wrong size and dress was a pair of trousers instead. I've tried contacting customer service for a full refund and was told they don't issue returns labels and I'd need to pay the postage.
I paid £50 for the two items plus an additional £7 for insurance (which there is no mention of on the order.

I ordered 3 sweat shirts and 2 shirts, all in different sized. The 2 x sweatshirt I couldn't get over my head even though I'm a medium in US sizes. All shirts were extremely small and I could not give them as gifts.
When I tried to return them for larger sizes, I was told it would be too expensive to return and I should just live with them. Absolutely no customer service at all.

This was my first time ever ordering from Lightinthebox, and I was pleasantly surprised... I ordered several necklaces, earrings, and rings, all for what averaged out to be around $2 per item or less, with free shipping included. My order came faster than I had thought it would, and I was very pleased with the quality of most of the jewelry that I ordered. They are things that I will wear, as well as give for gifts!
I bought quite a few dresses at LightInTheBox lately. Some items quality in general is so poor and disappointing.
The return policy is a scam as need post back to China. The postage is rather expensive, I asked a postal address in Australia, never received a reply. Customer service is dreadful, they use automated generic emails.

A good site for those who want to shop online. It has somewhat expensive items and at the time of payment there is some confusion in the various passages but overall it looks good without bringing anything innovative. There would be a way to compare items. I didn't like the exchange policy very much. We have to pay the shipment of what is wrong and this makes the item get even more expensive without having advantage in buying online.
Shirts are faded and don't match the advertised products online. The hat I ordered came smashed in a plastic bag with deep creases, and they suggested I use a steamer to fix it. When I asked for a refund, they only offered 15%!

Don't buy in this website, this company it's a rip off. I order six irons. It took a one month. When finally I get it, inside the package it was two empty bags and the four irons, I ordered size Small. Size small looks like XL, the material was the most disgusting thing I ever seen in my life. No return label, no way send any massage or contact. I waste $150.00. Thank you for ripping people like that.

While waiting for my order to arrive I tried to contact customer service but was never able to do so. Their website does not open properly. Now that I received my order, very late, I may say, I wrote them about exchanging for a different size. They want me to pay out of pocket to send back to China which is more than 1/2 of the value of the merchandise. They are encouraging me to keep the merchandise (which does not fit) and as a "reward" they offer a 10% or 20% refund of the merchandise value. I cannot believe how any business can betray their customers in such manner. They claim they had to close their overseas warehouses, yet the package came from California and not China. Please do buy from these people. They will not do anything to accommodate your needs. None of these options are agreeable to me. I guess I must go on a diet so that the clothes will eventually fit me one of these days!

I have never made a bad review but for this I had to. The products are total junk. Two of them came broken. Try contacting them they have no number listed. They want you to create a ticket and tell you someone will get back to you. It's been four days no reply. I plan an informing a lot of people do not waste your money buying from them. I ordered 2 gowns from this site. Apparently I did not read carefully. I ordered 2 sizes since I wasn't sure which size would fit. These were straight sizes… not custom measurements. Between not fitting and the smell I contacted customer service via email this took a lot of time, filling out information, attaching picture of gown, explaining issues. I did this as soon as I received the dresses as there is a short window of time? 7 days from delivery to your home and delivery must be confirmed before returns can be made) Since I got two identical dresses I was " out the money" which was $359.00
The gowns had a distinct order to them Read the fine print before spending your hard earned money with this company. I could not locate a phone number to speak to a live person either. Buyer beware. This was a dress for my son's wedding.

Truly awful customer service. Clothing is difficult to buy online and good service depends on the frictionless return and size change of items. Light in the box have one reply to a return request giving you three options to choose from. After selecting your option nothing happens and when you ask for support they repeat the three options again. Truly infuriating process really awful customer service. I am still yet to get assistance for this ticket.

I am so very upset with this company. Clothes are terrible and of very poor quality. Hard to get return info so I can return items. Took forever to get it. Order on March 3 got them March 24.

I ordered a dress with a jacket for my son's wedding and followed their size chart. Dress came, not as expected, especially for $200. My options were return to China at my cost- only if return acceptable to them, keep it for a 20% credit or keep it for a10% refund. None of these options are reasonable. Keep in mind our sizing might run small when compared to your habitual North American size. I hate this site for they are deceitful & burglars. After paying the amount of about £200 as price & postage I received something like a kitchen cloth instead of the beautiful night dress they advertise. They left me desperate the day of my son's wedding. Anybody help me sue them to refund my money?
By the way this is the second time I'm writing a review but received no response yet.
Ordered 2 dresses both were made of very poor quality material so decided to return for a refund. After several emails from them trying to offer me vouchers instead of a refund I confirmed I wanted to return them only to be advised that I would have to pay for a non refundable tracked postage to either China or Asia. Total rip off company selling poorly made goods with no customer service.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment.
