I ordered some time ago a few things and it said the other day that everything was sent. When I checked the tracking number so went the package can not be traced, called UPS and they had not received reached more than the electronic shipment. Now I sit here and have paid, tried to contact LightInTheBox several days but get no response.
This is absolutely the worst company I have had to do, I only raise a note of caution. Beware,
I ordered two lamps, total cost 77 EUR. Since 6 months no answer where my order is, no info about the tracking number, no help at all. Only offer I received is to return 60% of the goods cost (without expensive delivery costs), which is less then half of what I have paid. Awful experience, awful customer support.

Hi everyone, I would highly recommend buying from someone other than Light in the Box. I ordered a playstation controller nearly a month ago and it has still yet to come. I even paid to increase shipping speed. In my attempts to track the order I was always brought to a error page and unable to find any customer service help. I believe this is all just a scam.

I have bought lots of things from Light In The Box, some happy buys, some not so happy. But this one really disappoints. Two metal art wall hangings, ordered about 4 weeks ago, finally arrived. So badly packaged that, in their handling from China, bent and bashed, the items were damaged - not a lot but enough. The metal flower shapes were bent forward so that when I bent them back into place, the gold paint cracked. A couple of pearl type beads were dislodged from the flower shapes, and had to be re-glued. The bubble wrap used to very lightly pack the pieces was dirty and minimal. Each one should have been protected with heavy cardboard... the outer packaging was squashed - no wonder the pieces were damaged. Very expensive items (for what they were) and incredibly slow, expensive shipping. I won't be recommending Light in The Box in future.
I ordered a watch on December 14 which had an estimated delivery time of 8-10 days. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It has been 19 days and the watch has not arrived. The tracking number that was sent is fake - it does not work. I reached out to customer service last week and received no reply even though the website promises a response within 1 day.
Received my order. Clothes I ordered were of poor fabric quality. I requested a return and after several back and forth emails I received an okay to return. I was told it would cost $40.00. The post office said it was going to cost $100.00. They do not offer return labels. Now I am out over $200.00 for some junk. Never again what a rip off. Back to MADE IN AMERICA!

I bought a dress from this company about 3 months ago. When it arrived, it was of poor quality and looked nothing like the picture. I didn't realise at the time that it had come from China. I tried to get a refund on my purchase, and they kept fobbing me off with credit notes. It took me 5 or 6 emails back and forth for them to acknowledge my request for a refund. I then had to send it back to China which cost me a further £18 postage and packaging, this was over a month ago. I have finally received my refund, as credit note which I now have to withdraw from the site and will take a further 3-4 working days.
When I took by parcel to the Post Office they said, 'I was the 4 person in that day with a similar story'.
What an awful company.

On the whole, I rate my experience very good, except that i did not receive the last 3 t-shirts which I suspect somebody else is wearing now, courtesy of me. Oh well, you win sometimes, you lose sometimes. But on the other hand, they just might turn up unexpectedly. Who knows?

I ordered $70.00 worth of items a month ago. After notifications of their pending arrival about a week ago they never came. Instead I got a notification that the items had "been delivered," which isn't true. They were said to be delivered to a "post office box" I've never heard of. I managed to find a "confirmation" button that allows you the option to say you haven't seen the package. Hitting it I was then told I'd get my package by the end of the end of November. One day left so far nothing.

I have always liked the products that I have received from this site, even though it seems the shipping and processing fees are a bit excessive. In fact, they are almost as costly as the product itself.
Do not buy from this company they are totally awful and lie about the whole process of receiving your order in the given time. If my order ever does get delivered it will be 2 months late. They're shipping process is totally useless and there is no option for a refund. Most frustrating and useless shopping experience ever - don't do it.
Phone I ordered arrived in allotted time and came with charger, earphones, protective case and several screen covers. The phone is amazing at such a good cost. The display is very clear, it is easy to use and has good camera. Far superior to my previous Samsung Pocket phone which cost twice as much. Don't be put off by the unknown brand name this is a super phone thank you very much Light in the Box, great service
I ordered a 3D bed set from this site and in the picture it showed an image perfectly centered in the middle of each pillow case. The pillow cases i received were not like this at all one didnt have any image at all and the other had half a cut-off image like they just grabbed scrap material and sewed it together despite how the pattern looked. I'm very disappointed as i was planning on purchasing many sets.

I have ordered several times from them. Items ordered (toys, gadgets, etc.) are generally just fine, but most recently, I ordered clothing.
The sizing is fine, but the quality and material is just enough off that they aren't quite as pictured but they're close enough it's not a scam. They also only shipped half the items in my order and then I had to go through a lengthy and annoying review/return process that took at least 3 weeks to get the other half of my order.
Tl; dr: don't order clothing from this company.

Absolutely a scam. Product advertised as a Cotton shirt not a cheap and nasty Polyester received. Impossible to contact as their systems to returns/complain do not work.
Avoid at at cost.

I've made several purchases from light in the box in the last year. I am satisfied with most items however, there have been a few glitches for example, a coat that I purchased from you had a fake outside pocket, but the ad showed gloves in the pocket of this particular jacket which was misleading, I've spent at least $1500 buying mostly clothes from you, but I can only give you about a three out of five rating
I have purchased several items from this store, but as a person of 'size' I have difficulty finding tops that are long enough (32") with at least 3/4 sleeves. It is frustrating to find a beautiful top and see it is not in my size.
The clothes orders are true to size. You do need to review the sizing guidelines for each item before ordering. The linen items were a little wrinkled; but it is linen. Considering the price, I don't mind using the iron. How does the product look? Taken into account the pricing, the quality is good. I would order from this place again.

I ordered some personalized items for my wedding on 2/14 and still have not received my package. Last I looked the package made it thru customs in CA (I live in CA) then went to Illinois? Makes no sense. I emailed customer service and they won't help me for 3 more days, so I'm still waiting. Very frustrating

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
