Do not order from here EVER! The worst site for online shopping. I can understand that it happen not to receive an item, but the way it was handled was awful. They sent me same message to wait for 2 months and then again to wait another 20 days. So they don't care, they just want to get rid of you. Of course, I won't see my money or package anymore. Do not order from here, it's the best advise I can give to somebody.
I have received my order but think it took too long to arrive.
Also not satisfied with two pair of shoes I ordered.
One pair had a strap too short and I could not tie it.
And the other pair I could not zip the right shoe in the back cause too tight.
I will not order anymore yet because I am on vacation now in the US for the winter and will be going back home soon..
The product I ordered was faulty. It took ages to get through to them to take my complaint seriously (the ticket arrangement is very impersonal) - it is almost impossible to speak direct, but eventually after many weeks of frustration I did finally receive an email from a human person and they refunded the full amount. It was hard work, but I did agree I would upgrade my rating for them from a 1 star. Thank you to the helpful lady who took the time to email me and took my complaint seriously.

Do not use these people - they rip you off! I ordered and then within 2 mins used the cancel button. Because of their laziness, they did not cancel the order even though they have responded to say they that it had been dispatched which i would say is an absolute lie. What is worse the defensiveness and lack of customer service during this process has been terrible with still no solution except for just closing my ticket. I am now left with a costume I do not want and arrive 10 days after the event which is why within 2 mins when they finally advised of how long the order would take, I cancelled. Do not use this company. It got worse. I then got a rude response to say do not use auto email box as a response to my online review of which I used their review function online. This company has some serious customer service issues.

Horrible customer service, only try to pacify you with extra discount on next order, do not follow their own shipping and delivery policies, slow delivery. Poor cheaply made clothes that are not sized correctly. If you want to return, the charge you shipping again and make you jump thru hoops to get an address to send to and you must do it within 7 days. Do not communicate thru customer service just auto messages. Better off ordering from Shein

I ordered 3 shirts for summer and I'm really happy with the products. All lightweight materials and true to size. I asked for the shipment 2 days early because one of the shirts is an Easter themed shirt and it was scheduled for delivery a day after Easter. I made the request and received the order a week before Easter! Yay!
Ordered a t-shirt... never received... customer service giving some random tracking number. Local mail denying the tracking number. Its a headache... lost money. Time... and there is a language barrier... not recommended.!

This customer ordered 100 Masks back in April. Was authorized and agreed to pay an express fee for express
Mail. (1) The merchandise arrived about a month late and (2) The masks are 'terribly manufactured'. Made in China. And totally inferior. So far almost every single mask has the string holding the mask to your face --come apart. They are glued to the mask with an inferior glue-- (not sawn on), and with the slightest tug or adjustment the string breaks... The masks are unusable. A total waste of money. Caveat Emptor.

I was not pleased with the quality of the cargo pants. They are more about fashion (though poor at that) than function. The zipper is just for looks. There are only two "cargo" pockets. The fabric is way too light. The bottom part of the leg has these rings hanging on fabric that have no function. When I tried to return them, there was no easy way to find the return or exhange section. I had to chat three times and still am told I have to wait 24 hours after a return ticket is initiated to access the return address! There are no instructions on the return ticket when it's initiated. I will have to log into my account 24 hours later. I won't be ordering from this company again.

I ordered gloves on 19 November and paid immediately. These were shipped on 26-27 November. I complained twice and was told to wait until 24 December. The delivery time is 20 business days from shipping so the product should have arrived by 24 December. It is 24 December but my gloves are still not received in time for being a Christmas gift. Was ordering a bridesmaids dress. Used their measuring chart and measured myself. Went a size up just incase. Ordered colour burgundy. When it arrived the lace on the top portion (chiffon on bottom) was red not burgundy. Tried it on and the skirt was incredibly long, way too long for a regular size 10 dress and I'm 5'8. And the top half would not zip up, it was somehow too small. Sent messages to customer service to exchange for another size in hopes I just got a bad make and was told too bad they are made to order we will give you 20% off your next order or send it back to get tailored, which isn't promising since they screwed up the first time making it. They won't exchange or refund. They will not fix their mistake as the fit is all wrong, they don't make according to their size chart, color was wrong/off and skirt was way too long for accurate sizing. Very disappointed and will never ever shop there again.

The customer service does not care what problem you had with your order or the billing. There is no phone number posted and when you email them, they send you some generic message showing they did not read your email. If you email them again, they simply just go back and forth saying they found no problem and will not refund.
I cannot do business with a company who operates this way. If you shop at places like ebay, amazon or legitimate online stores, you at least receive any refund that is due for negligence on the companys part.

I placed an order, but then read some reviews about their return policies and shipping times. I am mediately cancel the order. There's no customer support so every message sent to them took a day or so for them to respond. After 24 hours they only refer find between 20 and 50% of your money. I was nervous about it and filed a complaint with PayPal right away. Light in the box also re-populated my shopping cart with the same items with a 20% discount citing they would refund 20% of the money but still send me the items? Had I not caught this and filed a complaint with PayPal I surely would've lost my money. I'm glad I read the reviews. All the negative reviews that I've read seem completely accurate for this company's business practices. I deleted the app immediately lesson learned.

Clothing is extremely poor quality...comparable to dollar store quality.
Also a ridiculous import /duty/tax is charged and your items are withheld by DHL importers until you pay this. I had to pay $43.63 duty after paying for shipping and clothes.
After contacting LightInTheBox customer service, I got a full refund for the duty and partial refund for the clothing so I must give them credit for that.
At least if you are not satisfied, you get your money back very quickly.

I have found my shopping experience with LightInTheBox to be very satisfying. They have a great selection of things. They have some very attractive pricing on various goods. They process and get things shipped out in a timely manner. The only thing I would say is a small setback is the shipping options (there are only 2) and the shipping costs are a bit higher than I would expect. I might be wrong, I know shipping has increased in cost like everything else but my shipping fees have cut into the savings on th products pretty good.
I bought a dress for £50 from them and it was horrendous quality. So much so I didnt even bother trying it on. They advised for return it needed to be sent tracked to a specific address in China. I followed the instructions and now the item has been at the customs office in China for 3 months. They have been provided with the tracking number which they requested upon the return being processed and despite me sending numerous emails, they just keep saying they'll process the return when the item is delivered. It seems that will never occur as customs dont appear to have any reason to still have it after 3 months and yet it's still there.
£20 return for postage. Thats me £70 out of pocket. Avoid this site!

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
