I ordered 2 dresses 3 weeks in advance of when I needed it, which I figured was enough time to make standard sizes and ship - it was not. I had to wait a week for the order to even start processing and then when they finally posted an estimated SHIP date - not even an arrival date - it was 3 weeks out.
No where on the dress page or checkout did it say 3+ weeks for shipping - if it had then I would have not ordered the dress.
Needless to say they have a 24 hour cancellation policy, which I was informed about in a STOCK email message responding to my cancellation.
I am suppose to only get back 50% of my purchase. For all I know they didn't even start making the dresses and it cost them nothing. I think they should post this information more up front or at LEAST provide an estimated ship date when purchasing. Terrible customer service and company. I would never recommend them to anyone.

The 2 cycling jerseys we ordered took much longer to arrive than promised in the website, but we finally received them after nearly 5 weeks. Neither item fit so we contacted the company to inquire about return / refunds. Bizarrely we are told to ship the items back to China. They expressly state there is no guaranty the items will ever be received by them. Then they state that the shipping costs, that we are responsible for, will likely be worth more than the cost of the items (which is true). They suggest we keep the jerseys and either get a 40% credit on my next order (not likely, once bitten, twice shy) or keep them and get 30% refund. I will take the refund and will never deal with this bunch again. The low price proves "you get what you pay for."

The photos are beautiful but, after having paid quite a lot above list price for shipping, I found the item I chose was completely the wrong color, and the wrong size as well. Return is complicated; among other things, I must pay shipping costs to China! I would avoid this site.

I'm always weary of shopping online. Especially for things as important as bridesmaid dresses. Things can go wrong, or you can change your mind, but this company and the supervisors are so willing to help. They will not stop until their customers are satisfied. I am very impressed with this company. They take care of their customers.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever received. I have never had it take OVER a month to get a refund for anything! Not being able to actually speak to a live person is ridiculous. The response time is not acceptable by any means. Will never use this site again. So utterly disappointed. DO NOT USE!

Intrigued by some cycling jerseys, I looked at the site and saw interesting products.
I proceeded with the purchase and after about ten days the goods arrived at my home.
The quality seems good, you have to pay attention to the sizes because they are a little smaller than the European counterparts.

I purchased two watches in one order. One watch arrived with a chipped face and the other watch arrived with its movement just rattling around inside it's case. Went through their sites tedious customer service. Was promised replacements and over a month later have heard nothing. Don't take your chances. Stick with reliable sites.

Half of the clothes are too big or too small. All with the same size? Damage to items inside the Main shipping box were broken and just Throwing inside with NO concern. We are trying to send items back but what a nightmare. Absolutely no help even if they say so. Tain't my thoughts of ordering again.
I was sold a disgusting piece of clothing that looked nothing like what I purchased. It took months and several hours of my time to get my money back. A complete disgrace of a company. They should not exist.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
