Ordered clothes that were "photo" gorgeous online from Light in the Box. When my 2 orders arrived (which took weeks to get and I mean several weeks) the clothes in the packages looked like they were purchased from goodwill and packed up and sent to me! Yucky! The clothes were nothing like the pictures that this company advertises online. Fake and fraudulent company. Buy from companies where you can actually talk to real people and return in a brick and mortar shop!
Shipping was relatively quick, most of the items I purchased were great with only one needing return (which I have yet to do). Definitely pay attention to the size chart and all the reviews really helped.
I read their return policy before I bought from them. The day I received my dress I tried it on and it looked nothing like the picture. I messaged them right away, they gave me the run around and then nothing. So I sent them a message about how I spent 200 on a dress that doesn't look like the picture or fit properly in the boob area way to big and I'm big cheated and they pretty much tried to claim my order was custom, well if that's the case everything you buy from them would be custom. I never sent measurements. They just wanted to give me. 40% credit. No that's not what your policy stated! It said as long as I messaged yal within 14 days and in good condition I would be able to return it. I will never ever buy from them again s. Total frauds, now I'm stuck with a dress that looks like a 5th grader made it. And out 200 dollars for my engagement pictures!

Our family is new to LightInTheBox but our experience so far has been very good. We are delighted with the range of items on sale, the opportunity to purchase items on Flash Sales, and usually the sizing options are good for all family members. Sometimes we find that the size references shown are not quite accurate, which can be a bit frustrating, but overall, we have only had one miss on sizing.
The shipping is very reasonable and arrives very quickly so as soon as you order you will have the joy of receiving your items very quickly. The difficulty is not being able to choose your delivery times and days.
There are colors, sizes, and items for the home, accessories, and travel so you can find pretty much everything you need. I like the choices for work, and casual, and the range for all seasons that are on offer.
I started our orders online but then switched to the App. It is far more convenient and still very easy to use. Try it!
Not only am I happy with my purchases, I received my order quite quickly. (Unlike an issue I'm having with another company that has been going on months now) I would highly recommend LightInTheBox. They have a great selection and awesome prices!
Absolutely awful quality; not as the pics and the reviews per item seems fake! I order 2 items cause I checked the reviews at the items and pics from buyer. When my items arrived was a huge disappointment. NEVER AGAIN! Picture of blue dress looks gold but its yellow bleached, white dress feather print out has gaps.

I ordered a formal dress for my sons wedding. The dress arrived without consideration or space for the neck. It was cut almost straight across from center of shoulders and the fabric had no give so when you put it on it cut into the throat and bunched the rest of the top area. When I contacted them the best they would do was me paying for shipping back, only with USPS, and with a refund of 64%. Shipping was around $40 so it ended up being less than 50% of the cost.
Update: After posting my review the company reached out and offered me a refund. I wish it wasn't so difficult to get decent customer service but I am glad that they decided to help me in the end.

I ordered some stickers - their value was less than £4. I have just received an invoice for £21.39 for customs and duty. I would recommend you read the small print (if there is any) I certainly didn't see anything about this on the purchase page. My item was a few pages of stickers, the costs must be huge for larger items. Also, the customs value is not based on their cost but the value.
The sizing is not based on US standards. The colored buttons bleed onto the fabric around the button hole. I was offered 10% refund. To return it will be very expensive. It has to go to China! Don't bother with anything this company sells!

I bought a union jack duvet set from them, which ironically came from overseas. I was charged £23 duty on top of the £65 I had paid for the item and Light in the box didn't warn me of this payment or refund it.
It is hard to describe what purchases and how much goods I have from you. There is not a single thing that I or my friends do not like. I do advertising for you both at work and in my town and every time I hear positive things when it comes to shopping with you. No matter where I am, whether at home or in the store, I attract many people's attention because the goods from you are "UNIQUE". Attention because if I want something, I buy it. I ordered items for a baby shower, but my order arrived 2 weeks too late and was not able to use them. I would recommend ordering these boxes and organza bays, but place your order 2 months before your event. They are very cute.
I ordered 3 pieces of clothing. None of them fit-way too big. I tried to return them but they wanted me to ship them back to China. It was going to cost me $45.00 to send them back. I spent over $90 on the merchandise and they would return only $40. So I am out the money and stuck with cloths way to big! I will never order from them again

I was wrong about this Company who have offered excellent customer service, good communication and a practical resolution with a full refund for a quality garment that is slightly different in colour to that of photograph. I would now have renewed confidence in them.

I would have left it 0 stars if I could. Have never ordered from a company who would not consider refunding and returning items that I didn't like or that didn't fit. The material on these dresses is cheap. 2 of the sizes were too big. 2 of the items didn't fit well. I spent $146 and I will not get any of it back. All they gave me was 15% or 30% off. I even offered to ship them back with my own money. Nobody would respond to that. I would never recommend these people to anyone. Their customer service is horrible.

DO NOT order from this company if you live in the US! Product ships from China! Paying for expedited shipping makes no difference either! I ordered something for a party and it won't be in as promised on the shipping order! There isn't an actual phone contact # for this company and all communication is done via email. They are slow to communicate and this has become a total hassle! I DO NOT recommend this company!

Took forever for the item to arrive - this cost me £33 and I have been charged £27 tax on top which i'm unable to dispute. When I queried this with light in the box I was told this was my country's problem, not there's.
I said I do not want the item and they are refusing to refund.
Will never ever use again and I would urge anyone else to think twice also, the prices have hidden charges so are not as good as they look.
This site should not be allowed to sell. I ordered and payed for two dresses and also for the delivery. They said the items will arrive in 5-8 days. They took the money and after 7 days they said one of the items is out of stock. They put it's value on the credit. It took me some time to figure out how to transfer this credit back to my account. I payed on 26.02.2017. Now it's 21.03.2017 and nothing. The second item never arrived. Please take care and don't buy from them. Utterly rubbish!

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
