I do not recommend buying products from "Lightinthebox" I found to men's winter coats and paid for them. When they finally arrived, the large size would not fit as they were more like a childs large vs a mans large. I am 5' 6" 170. Their website is not user friendly probably so you cannot return or get a refund. When I reached out to them they suggested that I keep them and find someone that can wear them vs. sending them back to china warehouse due to the prohibitive costs involved. So i have two winter coats that I cannot use and no children to donate them to. I truly feel cheated by this company
The delivery was on time, and the items were of good quality. I got a short winter jacket, two shirts and a winter hat. None of them had any defects, which I was pleasantly surprised.
My friend had her order delayed and she had to wait another 15 days, but the items were fine for her as well. Coming from China, the customs were also problematic in this delay.
Overall I am satisfied, the zippers, linings and quality of material are good, and after wearing it for a while everyday last winter, I was happy there was no wear and tear.
I have ordered a number of different items and have generally been very pleased. It would be nice if the items descriptions provided information on what materials/fabrics are used. Also the delays from the time of order to when an item will be shipped should be provided. Currently all that is shown for status is "Processing" and you don't know if that means it will take one day, one week or one month.
But I think the variety of items and their quality have been excellent
Sent non dimmable globes. Cost us a fortune to install. Wanted us to deinstall and send back which would have cost 4 times the value of the item. After mediation they agreed to refund in exchange for an updated review.

This is very good company to deal with. Initially I was not comfortable to spend over 1000/= dollars on international online site. Therefore I split into two and tried one order; all worked ok. Then tried next order, now I am very comfortable with this website.
They all came as described and very easy to contact the customer service and resolved any issue. Only issue is shipping time; some times it takes up to two weeks to ship.
My wife purchased items from this company. When they arrived they were the wrong size and did not match the images online. They were returned as per their specific instructions 6 weeks ago. Still no refund. This is a scam

Let's start from the order. Everything in time as described! When I received the product I was impressed of the detail of packing. As it's not an expensive saxophone I was ready for acceptable packing but that was beyond my expectations. Even small pieces of foam between the pads for safe transportation. My daughter, the saxophone was her birthday present, says that it sounds great and it is far more than what she needs for her studies. I'm really happy I decided to purchase this item! Definitely I would recommend it to people who would like a saxophone for learning or spend some time with.
My order has been processing for the past month. They keep telling me I've been made a priority shipment... But 8 days later, still processing... I would ask for a refund but apparently you wait even longer... I've always had better service with Shein... I made an order at the same time with shein, my order came within 2 weeks. And it was a large order... So I will choose Shein over light in the box any day.

I followed the chart the posted on their site and I even went one size up. The two cardigans were so small my arms did not go in. I left a review and I was contacted to jump all these hoops so they can help me. The photos they asked for did not even download on their site. The whole process is a nightmare. I would stay away from this site if yiu are not sure about their sizes. 75 dollars down the drain.

Because you considered the size chart my colleague requested to send us photos as evidence. This problem could have been easily proven with measuring tape, and allow a refund without the need of returning the product back! I feel sorry that this procedure gave you the wrong impression. I ordered a custom mother of the bride dress for my mother who is petite (4'10") and has had a shoulder replacement, so very hard to fit. The dress was fabulous, well made and looked just like the picture. Only minor tailoring was needed, which would be expected from a dress made sight unseen! My seamstress was awed at the price. Would definitely order dresses from them again. Mom almost stole the show for me at the wedding!
I'm very happy with these bands. I haven't had them long so there is no way to tell their durability. However, in regards to comfort, I'm very happy. The last time I purchased new bands for my fitbit they were very stiff (like when I original bought it) which is always a bit uncomfortable, but these are perfect. The price is also very good. A great purchase!

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
