It is not the first online shop I have used. But I was surprised by the shipping methods selection including preferred one which was very reliable and fast. I could track my parcel all the way from the warehouse until picking it up.
Product quality is worth its price and the price is reasonable. I think I will make shopping there in the future.
Liked the dresses I received. Very good quality indeed. However, the metallic beads were too small. I specifically ordered them 5 mm. I got them 3mm which is just way smaller than I wanted. Then there is the long time for delivery arrival which made me think about how awfully long it would take to request an exchange for larger ones.
I ordered a dress for my son's wedding according to their size chart and my measurements and didn't like the way it fit. I requested a return and refund, I was told I would have to pay the shipping cost, I agree to this grudgingly. Then I was told that I could not return the dress because it was a custom order, which it was not, I just ordered a size. Do NOT order from this company. I also got hit with an 86.00 customs charge on top of the 260.00 that I paid for a dress advertised as 208.00. Very bad business
This has now been resolved after writing this review a supervisor(Rebecca) from LightInTheBox got back to me and with further discussion I have received a full refund and don't have to return the item. This is why I have changed it from 1 Star to 3 Stars.
1920s Flapper Dress arrived to small even though I followed their size guide lines. Due to this being ‘cosplay' no returns not great when they send the incorrect size. They wanted me to take a 20% money back or 30% towards another item and keep the dress I think they misunderstood me as I wanted a return/refund would have to pay myself to return the item(not happy due to being their fault) said I pay then they changed tactics say no return of goods. Be very weary of this company buy at your peril.

Do not order from this site! The quality of the tops I purchased were very poor. Very cheap thin fabric and one of the necklines was totally off center. When I try to request a return/refund they ask me to send them a picture of the issue. How can I send a picture of poor thin cheap fabric? They don't make it easy to get a refund. I paid extra to have the tops here in a few days and it took a week and a half. $80 bucks down the drain!

I promised the customer service representative to upgrade my review after receiving a refund. The company cares about a good reputation and promptly resolved my issue after posting my review. I just wish the company did it right away without so much hassle. They have some good products, the business would be much better for them if people didn't have to worry about whether or not they get a refund.
I have been trying to return 2 pairs of dance shoes that do not fit well and I don't seem to be able to receive a shipping sticker. I asked the customer service rep several times what are the steps after receiving my ticket ID and nobody would answer this question. Very frustrating. Also, the shoes advertised as leather were pure synthetic and very poor quality.
... unless you are 100% certain that you will love the item and that it will fit. It arrived from China and did not fit well. The material was nothing like the photo and the sleeves of the dress were uneven. I cannot return, must keep but they will give me a 40% credit (no thanks, not ordering from here again), or a 30% credit on my cc. How ridiculous. And yes, I did read the Returns policy prior to purchase. Never again.

I guess this will be my last time of ordering from here. The bra I ordered was totally a waste of money, not the same size written on it. I ordered cup b which should be a perfect fit, but I bet the bra cant even fit a baby. So small.

I should've read the reviews first I thought they were from the USA paid postage for 2 to 3 day shipping and I have not gotten any packages from them and I called the number and they just say they're the packaging place and I can't do anything about it... why can't they take them off of the web... after reading all of these reviews stupid me...

I ordered twice from this company. First, I ordered a men's blazer and when it arrived, I was shocked by the horrible quality. The material is cheap and flimsy. The lining on the sleeves protrudes out of the cuffs. The button holes look like they were cut by a child with dull scissors. Still, however; I stupidly gave them a second chance and ordered some men's boots. They are equally horrible quality. They are so narrow that I am unable to wear them at all and I always wear a size 10 with no issues. Never again. I learned my lesson. Don't be fooled by the nice pictures. The clothes look NOTHING like the pictures. The quality is atrocious! Be warned!
I ordered, after reading reviews, 2 sizes of a maxi-dress. On purpose! Hoping one would fit perfect and one to make more skirt. More material: also because of reading in the reviews that the material is very thin. It did turn out exactly as expected: I am 1.86 meter long. Length is perfect for me (XL). The XXL: using for extra skirt. I am very happy with it.

I bought two duvet covers and I am satisfied with the products, they are as I had seen from the photos and the value for money is good. Customer support is also excellent, they replied the next day and they solved a small shipping problem, sometimes we are too impatient to receive the goods! Awful shop. I bought a phone there Xiaomi mi4c that was listed as new. I got a refurbished phone of terrible quality. All IMEI (on phone, on label and box was different, not new screen). I opened the dispute via PayPal and pay shipping cost to send it back. After all they add me to black list, so i cant buy any more. If you like lying and cheating - its your shop!
This website is a scam and you would do yourself a favor staying away from it.
After 2 minutes of buying an item and shipping it to the wrong address i have asked to first change the address and then to cancel the order completely (so i can re-order).
After a few hours i noticed it was marked as shipped (surprisingly fast... less than the minimum processing time. Strange, right?) and received a message saying my order could not be canceled since it already on its way.
In addition, the warn me that the return cost can be high and that i should examine the item and consider keeping it.

Everything is great quality, great prices, with lots and lots of different items to choose from! I came to the website looking for an IPad cord and haven't stopped shopping since! Was shopping here 3 times. It was clothes for man such as T-shirts,shorts,for woman hoodie and T-shirt,bag for travel,wig and Volcanic matting roller for face. The quality of clothes really very good and same as on picture,size little less as they indicated on table,so it would be good if you will order one size next than your in table. When I first placed order, I was quite skeptical as to whether this was a legit company or not. But I found their prints compelling to take the risk. Since placing the order, they provided regular update on shipment and I received material earlier than promised. Though the print is as shown in the photos, their polyester fabric looks cheap and I doubt I will wear that shirt order more. But their linen-cotton material is ok. Fit is good. And I expect to buy more in the future.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
