I've been scam... I should've read the reviews first I thought they were from the USA paid postage for 2 to 3 day shipping and I have not gotten any packages from them and I called the number and they just say they're the packaging place and I can't do anything about it... why can't they take them off of the web... after reading all of these reviews stupid me...
I ordered twice from this company. First, I ordered a men's blazer and when it arrived, I was shocked by the horrible quality. The material is cheap and flimsy. The lining on the sleeves protrudes out of the cuffs. The button holes look like they were cut by a child with dull scissors. Still, however; I stupidly gave them a second chance and ordered some men's boots. They are equally horrible quality. They are so narrow that I am unable to wear them at all and I always wear a size 10 with no issues. Never again. I learned my lesson. Don't be fooled by the nice pictures. The clothes look NOTHING like the pictures. The quality is atrocious! Be warned!
I ordered, after reading reviews, 2 sizes of a maxi-dress. On purpose! Hoping one would fit perfect and one to make more skirt. More material: also because of reading in the reviews that the material is very thin. It did turn out exactly as expected: I am 1.86 meter long. Length is perfect for me (XL). The XXL: using for extra skirt. I am very happy with it.

I bought two duvet covers and I am satisfied with the products, they are as I had seen from the photos and the value for money is good. Customer support is also excellent, they replied the next day and they solved a small shipping problem, sometimes we are too impatient to receive the goods! Awful shop. I bought a phone there Xiaomi mi4c that was listed as new. I got a refurbished phone of terrible quality. All IMEI (on phone, on label and box was different, not new screen). I opened the dispute via PayPal and pay shipping cost to send it back. After all they add me to black list, so i cant buy any more. If you like lying and cheating - its your shop!
This website is a scam and you would do yourself a favor staying away from it.
After 2 minutes of buying an item and shipping it to the wrong address i have asked to first change the address and then to cancel the order completely (so i can re-order).
After a few hours i noticed it was marked as shipped (surprisingly fast... less than the minimum processing time. Strange, right?) and received a message saying my order could not be canceled since it already on its way.
In addition, the warn me that the return cost can be high and that i should examine the item and consider keeping it.

Everything is great quality, great prices, with lots and lots of different items to choose from! I came to the website looking for an IPad cord and haven't stopped shopping since! They give great rewards for buying and even give out a free wheel of cash and free gifts depending on how much money you spend. I think it's a top quality website and I highly recommend it to anyone!
Was shopping here 3 times. It was clothes for man such as T-shirts,shorts,for woman hoodie and T-shirt,bag for travel,wig and Volcanic matting roller for face. The quality of clothes really very good and same as on picture,size little less as they indicated on table,so it would be good if you will order one size next than your in table. Bag came perfect,I m very glad. I m not satisfied only by wig. It was not same as on picture absolutely,so I don't recommend to buy wigs without real pictures. In other situations such as clothes,bags,rollers for face I recommend! Shipping is faster than another trading platforms was all 3 times. Also I think if you have a doubt to buy for example wig, write letter to seller that he will send real pictures how it looks like in reality, because wigs on another trading platforms I met really better not only because of price or variety, because there lot of real pictures of this.

When I first placed order, I was quite skeptical as to whether this was a legit company or not. But I found their prints compelling to take the risk. Since placing the order, they provided regular update on shipment and I received material earlier than promised. Though the print is as shown in the photos, their polyester fabric looks cheap and I doubt I will wear that shirt order more. But their linen-cotton material is ok. Fit is good. And I expect to buy more in the future.
Misleading advertising. All of the items that I ordered showed "ships in 24 hours". My order was placed several days ago, and the items still haven't shipped. Customer service agents keep giving me apologies and lines suggesting that my order is being processed and will ship soon.
The expected shipping date, shown after I placed the order, was 4 days after ordering. So much for "ships in 24 hours" and paying extra for expedited shipping. :(

I have ordered twice from this site and each time the order is extremely late. They claim 11 to 18 days delivery when in fact is close to 40 days.
I am enclosing here so people know what the real delivery time is. It is 3 times more than what they claim.

Sometimes the shipping time isnt very stable. Ordered some goods on 30th March, supposed to be 10 days! Still nothing by end April, so chased, we were out when post office delivered, only to have a form saying we needed to pay £13.69 tax? Nothing was stated on the original order- if it was a must have been very small print. Advised that if I rejected the order I would only get a refund of £24.00 - paid £34.00
So we will pay the tax and keep the goods, just hope they are up to scratch!

When ordered I took a size up to make alternations if needed. So I fit in M, but I ordered L.
Guess what... I cannot push the zipper, because it's to small.
At firs I was frustrated, but... it pushed me for a diet and real commitment and I have already results.
The measurement should be more presided, because it shouldn't matter if you are from Europe, America or Asia, to get fit. Centimeters are the same all over the world!
The other side of the story - on the picture dress looks amazing! In reality, not that great. You got what you pay for! Not that bad, but picture is much better, for sure the girl on the picture has a model body, that makes a different, and the dress is not crumpled being taken from a small bag. It can be iron.
All in all - after my first shock and frustration - I give you 4 out of 5*, and think that's fair.

Actually I bought one court from lightinthebox, when they advertisement that price is showing less, when i going to buy slowly it get increase the price.
They delivered product after one and half month.there is no return policies, if i warn them i m going bad reviews about the retail company, they remove the whole purchase details from my account, it's showing nothing I bought from the retail website. I keeping that court simply in home.

You tell me that you did not have the size I ordered so it had to be made and that is why it is a "made to order" dress. How are you able to word around that? All that means is you should post "out of stock" on the sizes that you do not have available. It seems you use this expression as a way to get out of ever giving a refund. My worst online shopping experience so far in my life.
Ordered a phone and paid for it. They did not process my order even after 2 WEEKS. I asked for cancelling my order. After 2 weeks of emailing them every day, they are still sending me template emails that we are facing some technical problems.

I ordered a sweatshirt, following their size guide. It is too big so I tried to exchange it for a smaller size. They told me it was my fault and that it would cost me the price of the item to return it. They told me to keep it and have 10% off my next order. Why would I want to keep an item that doesn't fit me? This is the second time I have had problems with them so I won't purchase from them ever again! Their returns policy sucks!

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
