I ordered stuff for my girlfriend that she wanted off this they took forever then I got only half the items and out of those items so far nothing is what it looked like in the pictures horrible customer service too
I ordered 8 pair of heels and was charged 32.99 Shipping & handling. Well when my shoes arrive 3 of my shoes did not come with a box. I guess its really not a big deal but if your like me and like to keep the boxes so you can store your shoes so much better then it becomes a problem.
I ordered my stuff June 29 and awaited the email saying it had been shipped and never got one so I have emailed twice since July 1st asking about it and I have yet to get a reply. Seems really unprofessional and wished I had of listened to the bad reviews before giving them money.
If I don't get an email by July 10, I'll be calling and if there is no response still, I'll be talking to my bank and the business bureau. Absolute BS that you don't answer people's message after you have their money. I'm highly disappointed and pissed off.
Everytime I called to check on my order the lady was very rude told me my daughters shies were already shipped she lied she hung up on me 3 times had me on hold for over an hour now I'm waiting for my refund let's see how ling that will take. I'm so up set I'm calling the better business bureau.
Very unprofessional they sent no confirmation email I have no idea where my package is or how to track it! I've been calling customer service that apparently is fake because it doesn't work and I labeled you all as fraud to my bank
I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I paid $80 for next-day shipping to be able to receive a Christmas sweater by the next day (as the website had promised), and I received it in the mail three days later.
I was not clearly made aware of how long the order would take to process and ship- I am sure it says it somewhere on the site but it was not noticeable enough for me to acknowledge. I never received any confirmation email- I called and they said they would send another one- NEVER got that either. Still haven't received items so no clue how the quality is yet- but judging by the site and customer service experiences- I am not expecting much. Would not shop again,
My first time ordering from the site was fine however I did have to email the support group to get a tracking number. The second order I had to email about the same thing, no tracking number however there was no response. So I tried calling both numbers provided by them and one does not work and the other was always busy. Finally after calling more then enough times and waiting, the person says that they are having problems with the tracking numbers and cannot obtain them. I was fine with the company until this situation so now they will no longer receive my business and I'm sure plenty others.
I ordered 2 pair of shoes that were not true to size. I called customer service and was on hold 40 minutes before being told that I had to request the return online and an email will come in 24 hours. The email still hasn't come and it's been 4 days. I will NEVER order from Lollicouture again
My order took forever to show up (15 days). I think it left the warehouse late, then had a problem with the postal service. Not entirely sure whose fault it was, but the experience was less than optimal. When I got my order, it was missing one of the items. On the packing slip was a hand-written X with "refund" written next to it. Still haven't received the refund, or a notification that I will be receiving it. As for the items, the swimsuit I ordered for my wife was great. Seems to be very nice. The shirts were made of a very thin material. Overall, I am not likely to order from them again, but their prices were great so that might sway me.
They show you pics of really cute well made clothing and the stuff you receive is cheap and poorly constructed. They sent me an email stating all my items shipped then I get the box and handwritten next to my missing items they wrote "on back order". When you call their "office" there is not even a supervisor there, they are a joke!
I understand I ordered special items. Which I think should be labeled on the item when selecting and not in your information section. You're asking me to do a review on items I haven't even received. It's been 9 days and I would think by now the order should've been shipped but it hasn't. I'm not happy right now. As quick as you all deducted the funds from my account I would think the service would be a little faster.
Items arrived in time but shipping was ridiculously expensive. Sandal styles were okay but sizes were completely off. Sizes printed on top side of shoe didn't match sizes on sole side. Some shoes even had makeshift sticker sizes stuck on them to hide the sizes underneath! Time is against me else I would've returned the entire batch so I've had to sit and match the sizes to proper US sizes myself. Poor quality control.
From start to finish the experience was fantastic. Items arrived on time, boots were comfortable and stylish and best of all the price was right! I ordered them in dark brown and in a lighter camel color... luv 'um!
I give them 3 star cos some their shoes are really small for size 10. I ordered 4 pairs all size 10,2 pairs did feet well and the other 2 were so tight. Putting them made me feel like they were size 9 and not 10 as the label said. Overall the shipping is fast
I am not new to online ordering, in fact I've been doing it for years on multiple sites. I have never had an issue like this before. First, I am provided with incorrect tracking information. Then, my order is finally delivered after 2 weeks and only 2 of the 5 items I ordered were included. I did, however, receive an invoice stating 2 of my items were "refunded" and the other was "back-ordered". Mind you, when I originally placed the order, this was NEVER marked and I was never made aware prior to receiving my order. Completely unprofessional and I will never order from this company again.
I placed an order on 2/14. After order was placed funds for purchase were deducted from my account within 24-49 hrs. I have yet to receive tracking information. This is my first purchase from your company and my hope is that I am satisfied with the merchandise because the customer service has been sub standard..

Emailed with no answer and called and was put on hold forever and nobody pickup.
Have a dispute wanting a full refund for an item that was never ship.

This company is fraudulent... The same person always answer the phone and gave me another to the so call Hold Department which nobody answers because it's a cellular phone! I will be filling a fraudulent claim against this company that stole over $100 from my bank account and never sent my order!
I placed the order for two bathing suits on 09/25. The only thing that I received was PayPal confirmation that the money was taken out of my account. I have yet to receive order confirmation, shipping notification, or a response from the email that I sent to customer service regarding this very issue. I will wait 1 more week for response until I file claim with PayPal to refund my money. This is not how an online retail company should function.
I was so excited to finally find the red heels I've been looking for and they were on sale for $8.99. I was able to save an additional 10-15% discount which was awesome. I was very satisfied with my whole experience. I will be ordering thru Lollicouture again. ☺
Well I was given the option of shipping in 2-days. One week later I finally received my order. Had I known it would take that long I probably would not have bothered placing my order. I understand that my item was shipping from far away. And I'm fine with waiting a few extra days. However, I needed it in a rush as I was leaving out of the state for a week. Too bad the order didn't release this bit of information beforehand. :(
Refused to cancel my order before it even shipped, then lied THREE times about the delivery date! Was guaranteed expedited shipping and they did not come through. Good luck with customer service! You MIGHT get a halfway decent response via email. Be prepared to hold for 20 minutes if you call in! Will NEVER order from this pathetic company again!
Aside from not being happy with the dress I purchased, the company has horrible customer service. I waited 15 minutes for someone to respond my phone call(never did). Shipping took extremely long as well as a response through email to when my item would arrive. The first email said I would receive another email when my order was shipped. Never got one. To top of off the material of the dress was see through. Overall not a good experience.
The biggest problem I have with your cite, is that every time I purchase through you guys, you always take a unfortunate amount of time "Processing the Order". After waiting nearly a week on on order I finally got in touch with one of your Reps, and they said that for each new customer it takes a certain amount of processing days etc. Except I am not a new customer and every time I order I have to go through some horrible run around after paying pretty much more then my order on shipping alone. I think you guys can speed that up in some way shape or form.
Poor customer service, and misleading advertising..."free shipping over $50" means only if you don't take advantage of other offers on our site... if you're going to do that, have the honesty to say that up front. After holding for 15 minutes for a rep to tell me that and offer no apology for the misleading advertising... makes for a ticked off customer..
