I contacted our warehouse immediately and confirmed we don't spray anything on the fabric. This is because of the air-tight plastic packaging exuded its smell under different temperatures while in transit. This smell will go away in just a few days and is harmless to your pet. You may put it outside in an open-air area, under the sun, or use an odor-neutralizer spray.

Just so you know, you are responsible for the costs of returning the item back to us. It is necessary that all packages that are sent to us are provided with a track & trace number.
Otherwise, it is very hard to ensure the package will arrive, regarding the current chaotic situation at the postal services.
Because we can all use some extra help to save you from the hassle of returning and return shipping costs can be expensive, I would like to offer you something special. We can issue a partial refund where you can keep the product. We will refund you 15% of the amount from your total purchase since you are not 100% satisfied, and you are able to keep your order. The only reason that i chose one star is because I couldn't choose zero stars…
I bought the product on 1/26/23. After unsuccessfully trying to track the package several times, it arrived 0n 2/14/23. They had delayed the order with the lame excuse that the carrier had "lost" the package. I had already sent 5-6 emails to by that time telling them to cancel the order. I kept getting "circular" emails that sent me back to the same email address over and over.
It arrived and I immediately asked for return instructions and got the same circular runaround several times before I got return instructions. Even though the product was shipped to me from a New Jersey address, the instructions said to return it to a Chinese address. When I got estimates for the shipping costs, they were well in excess of the price if the product. Even though it was a matter of principle by thi point i chose to not t return it for a refund.
Their tactics are obvious…stall shipment, stall return instruction response, ask you to ship to China, and by that time, the return window has closed and they would likely deny the return due ti time elapsed.
UNLESS YOU LOVE FRUSTRATION AND DEALING WITH A VERY DISHONEST AND SHADY COMPANY, RUN AWAY FROM ANY OFFERING THEY HAVE.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. They still do not offer to refund/exchange a DEFECTIVE BED. They ADMIT THAT THE RETURN IS TO CHINA and is very expensive. You will be very unsatisfied and if you have a problem they will not refund, exchange or take a return...even for DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. SCAM/DISHONEST
AVOID THIS COMPANY! THIS COMPANY IS 100% BASED IN CHINA AND IS AS DISHONEST AS THEY CAN BE. First, the quality of the beds are very inconsitent, I bought two and one was severely overfilled so my dog would roll off instead of sink in, and it had a horrible musty odor that would not go away even after one week. I tried to return the bed and was given a return address IN CHINA...the cost to return was twice as much as I paid for the bed. They did offer a 15% discount and also said that I could donate the bed (but no exchange or refund) but never addressed the real problem that the bed was defective and stank. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...VERY DISHONEST CHINA BASED BUSINESS.
