I noticed a post that stated it was from PayPal & they said 'it does not appear to us that Rosewe or RoseGal is an International site... BEWARE THEN; because I have personally ordered from Rosegal/Rosewe & they INDEED are an INTERNATIONAL COMPANY. They ship from China & no items I ordered from them matched what I received... Not Even Close. I would Not order from them again, As I said clothes did not match what I ordered, the material was VERY cheap & all items were poorly made & Far, Far to small, more like a fit for a child, oh & one of the shirts I ordered was white & it had a Big Coffee Stain on it! They change their name from time to time so really do your research before you even Think about ordering from them. Also there are fake reviews left on many sites that just happen to say WONDERFUL things about the clothes, company or customer service... these are a lie to simply get you to buy!

The monopole of internet payment in the hands of a Mafia,
They will blvok your account and keep the funds for years, they do not reinburse you, they dont pay taxes in Luxembourg and they ripped off people account per 100 000...
The monopole in the hands of thiefes.
I contacted the Police of Luxembourg they have a special office for paypal there.
People do the same thing, call the cops in Luxembourg to report these jerks,.

I always thought that my money would be protected if I paid using PayPal, how wrong could I be.
I placed an order on what I believed to be a German website only to find that it was in fact another Chinese scam, I ordered 3 blouses, after a whole month the order hadn't been shipped, I contacted the merchant who asked me to be patient because of Covid19, several weeks later I received an email from the merchant saying my order had been delivered, I hadn't received anything and the tracking number didn't work. I launched a claim with Paypal and it took them over 2 months to decide in the merchant's favour! I have since asked my bank but because the purchase was more than 90 days ago they cannot do anything, shame on you PayPal

Release my funds!
I received my items from the seller, it was damaged so I asked for a refund from her, but she hasn't even received the payment as yet paypal has the moment on hold and she cant give me a refund. You took your fee so what on earth are you holding MY money for? How much interest does Paypal get for holding MY money anyway? I feel it's unacceptable to hold money when the items have been sent out and PayPal took their slice. I'm not buying things for fun, I'm buying things because I need it to work as described, and it came damaged like on the 11th of march already,? Furious. What a scam the seller cant give me a refund because paypal is holding the money and the item has arrived damaged. So can paypal give me my 36 dollars because it's frustrating that u holding my money I made a YOUTUBE VIDEO ON THE DAMAGED ITEMS and paypal

Ticket fulfillment is a scam that paypal supports!

I purchased 2 John Mellencamp tickets on 9/30/22 for a show in feb23. The seller said tickets would be sent when they became available. I have not recieved the tickets yet and my credit card was billed 700.92 cent for tickets that have a 125 dollar face value. Cancelation was never honored and paypal dispute was rejected. Contacted bbb complaints and my bank for a refund but have not received one yet. Buyer beware ticket fulfillment service is a scam that is supported by paypal.

Email of a scammer.

This is either a scam or a hacker they were rude tried to get my IP address and info of my cards and told me I was acting like a ten year old because I was not giving out info also they got in to my phone and tried to get into my stuff which I have all secured my only mistake was thinking they were part of PayPal til I called PayPal customer service and was told by ron that this not them. Please be aware of this email if you do get them.

I wanted to transfer money from my PayPal account to my bank account. Instead, through xoom, which popped up on the PayPal app as the only way to do this, debited money OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. Their customer service telephone number says no one is available to take my call, but doesn't bother stating what the opening hours are. I say SCAM and stay away.

JUST MADE A PURCHASE AT PAYPAL LIKE SO MANY OTHERS OVER THE LAST 5 YEARS. LATER LOOKING AT MY BALANCE I NOTICED A ONE DOLLAR CHARGE OUT AS A DONATION. WELL THEY HAVE A LONG BLAH BLAH DISCLAIMER THAT NO ONE READS THRU AND AT THE END THEY ASK IF YOU WANT TO DONATE A DOLLAR TO SOME LAME CAUSE AND THEY PREFILL THE CHECK BOX WITH A YES I CONTACTED PAYPAL ABOUT THIS AND REQUESTED THEY REVERSE THIS DONATION AND THEY SAID " TO BAD YOU SHOULD HAVE READ THE ENTIRE SUMMIT PAGE". WELL I AM NOT GOING TO USE PAYPAL FOR THREE MONTHS TO PUNISH THEM FOR THEIR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. ONE DOLLAR MEANS NOTHING TO ME BUT A PRINCIPLE DOES.

Money stolen by PayPal
October 30, 2019

While on vacation in South Carolina, my wife and I purchased a prepaid PayPal card and added $470 to pay for our hotel room. Setup the card with all my wife's information. Try to use the card and they market it fraudulent leaving is with no way to pay for our hotel room. We have spent two days trying to release our funds sending social, address/ proof of address etc. absolute nightmare. PAYPAL HAS OFFICIALLY STOLEN OUR $$$$$$$$

Stole my money
August 26, 2022

I asked paypal for a refund for a purchase I have not receive for over 18 months. Paypal declined a refund due to transaction over 180 days. I contacted the vender "Boost Surf" and they refund my purchse amount of $508.00 back to paypal. Paypal says they refunded $508.00 back to Boost Surf not to my credit card. Thay refuse to correct their mistake and offered my $100.00 credit as a token of good faith. IDIOTS! Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH paypal! They are shady, and will not correct their mistakes. Now I am out $508.00 because of the PayPal service. THEY SUCK! (On website & tele. Hold for hours)

I have NEVER had a problem with Paypal in my entire EBAY, and Credit Card business dealings. It is safe, easy to use and takes a load off when paying for things online as you don't have to give more people your credit info - paypal covers you.

Absolutely horrible! I use PayPal to Credit card sales at my business and the amount is nothing to sneeze at, and I get emails stating different reasons why they can not do a PPP for me? I have schedule C, I have ID, I have absolutely everything needed to approve a small PPP, I have had 2 PayPal working capital loans and they were paid and I can't get a government backed PPP to help my business. I realize they are using loanbuilder to do these loans but Paypal needs to get involved and see what a nightmare they are creating for businesses that use PayPal merchant services, cause if we aren't in business then your going to lose money! And if I can't get any help I will be happy to take my business elsewhere! All my documents are in order no reason I should not be approved! Period

I hate Paypal! Twice they've confused me with another user and both times they froze all the money in the account! Of course they wait until you sell something on ebay before they freeze the money, amazing how that works right? If they weren't the only payment option for eBay I'd never use them. I bought something from China on ebay for $10 that arrived broken. I told Paypal and they said mail it back. Shipping to China was $7.65! I told him I couldn't, it wasn't worth my time to pack it up and drive it to the post office to make $2. Paypal wouldn't refund the money and the seller kept it.

THEY FROZE MY ACCOUNT AND CAN'T EXPLAIN WHY AND KEPT ALL MY MONEY WHICH THEY CAN SUPPOSEDLY KEEP FOR SIX MONTHS AND NOT PAY INTEREST EITHER!

THEY ARE NOT A BANK AND DO WHATEVER THEY WANT. STAFF IS RUDE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THINK IT'S ALL A BIG JOKE!

AVOID PAYPAL NO MATTER WHAT, TERRIBLE SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Unfortunately, after many years of working with PayPal I am completely disappointed in their services. It is not PayPal it was anymore. Now it is just a money machine for their owners that works on its own and does not want to be bothered by us with our problems.

In good times, making purchases online, I only trusted the seller if the payments could be made with PayPal. Now as my experience shows, PayPal works even with scam companies and does not listen to the client that reports this company.

I had very bad experience opening a case with PayPal. I needed a refund for items that were not sent to me. The scam Chinese company made a partial shipment and sent just one fake item but took my money for all three. We had a conversation with that company through PayPal where the seller accidentally admitted that two items were not sent. But PayPal sent me a strange email requiring me to open a case with a police. I had to spend a lot of time talking trough their horrible answering machines and wait forever for a call back from PayPal several times to finally get a refund for those two items. So, they don't even read a conversation between you and the seller. Plus, they made a refund from their pocket not from the scam company account because, I guess, it is easier for them (they have enough money to afford it). So, that scam Chinese company continues to fool Americans. Very sad!

So, PayPal is not my choice of company anymore.

NOT SAFE to use PayPal
September 5, 2023

Purchased a pair of sneakers from DSW, an online shoe retailer, paying with PayPal.
A few hours later I received an email from PayPal informing me that I have been charged a second time for the same purchase. PayPal charged my account without my authorization!
Called DSW, they admitted the error and promised to remove the second charge. That didn't happen.
Opened a dispute through PayPal and PayPal denied my case! Unbelievable!
First, charged my account without my authorization and later denied the obvious error done by retailer and didn't resolve the case!
Stay AWAY from PayPal!
NOT SAFE TO USE! NO PROTECTION AT ALL!

Ripped off
May 2, 2020

I placed 2 orders 1 one them completely disappeared & I can't get reimbursed without the transaction number that disappeared along with everything else on that purchase, the other one i placed and seller won't respond PayPal says they see it and to file a dispute which i can't because it won't put up on my end so I can't select that option cause it doesn't show, I have almost $60 worth of purchases and can't get reimbursed, im never using PayPal again, thats it, never experienced this in the past but I've had enough.
