Their shipping platform is going downhill
Less options of USPS services; no way to get tracking number after printing a label
No way to finding shipping sub-site from main site
When you call in, the majority of the reps don't even know about shipping features or who to send one to with questions

I called PayPal to cancel a transaction and was scammed out of 300.00. They told me they were going to refund my banking account but they deducted 300.00. I was then told I needed to go to a Walmart because my account was hacked. They were going to take all my money. First I believed it was someone claiming to be with PayPal but after trying to report it and doing research and finding out there are many more like me I realized I was scammed by PayPal! Research PayPal they are SCAMMERS and the buyer protection is LAUGHABLE

Paypal, once was a decent company I have been a member for over a decade then I noticed paypal allowing theft to occur not just to me but others. One such case is a site called Newfrog.com, there are complaint of fraud, and fake items being sold to the public for over 5 years and Paypal still allows them to steal funds. The company is fake, the information is fake as well as the items they sell. Paypal just lets it happen. Want to report fraud? Nope Paypal has no system to investigate at all they say file a claim, meanwhile for 5 years Newfrog.com as an example uses then to cash in. DO NOT TRUST PAY PAL, THEY OPENLY ALLOW SCAMS, AND DO NOTHING TO ADDRESS THESE PROBLEMS!

I clicked on wrong image of my sister (same name) and money was sent to them. I had to resend my sister the same amount in correction. PAYPAL would not see my mistake and this POS women(who I facebooked her many times would not refund my money after requesting through PAYPAL). Black and White mistake credit card would noy correct this mistake. Find another way to send money.

Account was being hacked. All I got was "help" to let it be. Stay away from PayPal. When your account is being hacked, all you get is "help" from FAQ which does not actually help. STAY AWAY FROM PAYPAL. Need an option for zero stars.

Apparently when the customer deliberately ask for the wrong thing and file a complaint for the product to be not as describe, paypal still sides with them, this company has an IQ of a tapeworm.

If you don't receive an item that you purchased using your paypal account, contact your credit card company and they will professionally address the issue. Paypal resolution center is useless.

I purchased some lights from beautifulhalo.com (DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY) and almost a month later I still have no product but keep getting emails from PAYPAL AFTER I disputing nd cancelling the order, sarong it is being shipped. PayPal refuses to refund my payment on a product I cancelled prior to shipping. This is NOT the forest time PayPal had done this but it will be the last time they do it to me. Don't let PayPal cheat you as well.

We used PayPal for get pay for one of my Projects to my business and this is the wors Experiencia in my life. I do not use PayPal anymore. PayPal get your money and they do not want to give to you, do not mind what do you send or do. Costumers service has the wors service on the world.

I can't conduct business because of these idiots. There site says there is a problem with my credit card. So I enter a new one and set it as preferred. However when I go to the merchants checkout it goes to paypal and tries to use the old card. So then I try to delete the old card AND IT WON't LET ME DO IT.

Then of course you go to contact us and they ask if you want to use there message system, BUT IT Isn't A LIVE PERSON. They are absolutely horrific.
