I have been a customer of pay pal since 2009! I bought something from walmart but then cancelled the transaction. Then pay pal tried to take the amount back and I filed a complaint to my bank. Now, pay pal is saying I OWE them money! Unbelievable! Total fuc**** embezzlement! My bank even said I owe them NOTHING! Their system is messed up! So instead of fixing their damned system, I guess they would rather steal people's money! I wrote the BBB because this is sickening! I have some payments to finish off with them and I am done! DO NOT EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Pay pal is SH*T! I plan to close off my account once I am done with the four payment damn plans I did with them! NEVER AGAIN!

PayPal does not protect the buyer like most company's they are more for the seller so if they sell u something that isnt what u recieved PayPal will still rule against u so beware of what u buy they will not help u

I made a purchase on Ebay and used pay pal to pay for it. I received a tracking number and awaited its arrival. I got the notification that it was delivered but the item was not there. I checked proof of delivery and it said that the package was released by driver and put by the garage. Well there is no garage at the house. I opened a dispute on Pay pal and it was denied even after telling them that the tracking number provided was not in my name or address. After contacting UPS they could not give me a lot of information due to security issues, but they did tell me that the tracking number I was provided was not in my name or my address. Pay pal will not help at all because the tracking number provided when checked says it was delivered. It does say it was delivered but it doesn't give a name or address just the town and state which happens to be my town and state. There is $90.00 I will never get back. I tried to open a dispute with Ebay but they said they can not because there was one opened on Pay pal. Right after I opened the dispute with Pay pal and they reached out to the seller, the seller de registered their account with Ebay. Ebay will not help, Pay pal will not help. Be careful if you use these 2

This company is absolutely dishonest and has total double standards - if your a Chinese seller don't worry paypal will do everything to make sure they keep you, and will try to get in the way of honest people getting their money back from Chinese sellers who rip them off. PayPal will try to coax you to call them so they have no "paper trail" and will do all they can to stop you getting your eligible refund and their Paypal protection in nothing but a fraudulent scam where they change the rules at a the drop of a hat!
My advice make sure everything is in EMAIL format and make their illegal tactics known - PAYPAL NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED FOR WHAT THEY ARE - LIARS CHEATERS AND SCAMMERS!
They are crooks and should be investigated - something needs to change and fast!

1 Star Is Far Too Much

This mob are a pack of thieves relying on your money being in their account to gain interest over time. The moment you get more than $1000 in your account they restrict it and make you jump through all kinds of ridiculous hoops, some of which are impossible. They are criminals and need to be shut down. DO NOT USE PAYPAL IF YOU CAN AVOID IT USE A DIFFERENT WAY TO RECEIVE MONEY. They make you refund buyers who have already received item and have no problem and steal your money. PAYPAL ARE THIEVES and it will be a very long time before you see your money if you see it at all

Not as described - claim
Case ID: PP-D-*******

This experience is a total failure. PayPal's resolution is that I spend $20 to ship an incorrect item back to Hong Kong for $26 Refund? This vendor has admitted to sending me the wrong item. THE VENDOR SHOULD PROVIDE A RETURN PAID SHIPPING LABEL FOR THEIR ERROR. PayPal wants me to pay for the vendors mistake? This is unacceptable. The vendor has admitted to this error and owns the responsibility to correct it. The Vendor should send me a prepaid shipping label for a return of the item, they sent to me in error. Paypal should issue me a full refund for this "bait and switch" scam job that has been executed by the vendor.

I attach photos of my purchase and pictures of the original folding red stool ordered, and picture of the "switched" black folding stool received.

So I found out my account was restricted send in the necessary paperwork talk to a guy on the phone he say he fixed everything when I try to cash out on SundayI still can't they're telling me I have to wait another 24,72 hours it's been a whole week since I did that would never use that service again

Frustration poor service

Dear PayPal Customer Service,

I am writing to express my frustration with the service I have received from PayPal. I have been trying to transfer funds using the "transfer in 1-3 days without fee" option, but the transaction has failed to go through on multiple occasions.

This has caused significant delays and added stress to an already difficult situation. I have followed all of the necessary steps to complete the transfer, including double-checking that all of the information was entered correctly and that the payment method I am using is valid and has sufficient funds.

Despite my efforts, the "transfer in 1-3 days without fee" option has consistently failed to work as advertised. In contrast, the "transfer in minutes" option, which charges a significantly higher fee, has functioned properly with the same payment method.

I am extremely disappointed by this and I expect a higher level of service from your company. I am writing to request immediate assistance in resolving this issue and to request an explanation for why the "transfer in 1-3 days without fee" option is not functioning as it should. I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

When i use exactly the SAME CARD but "paying fees" that works IMMEDIATELY! That is very suspicious.

I've bought products from a company that appeared to be in the U.S. - with a San Francisco address. The products were of such poor quality I would be embarrassed to post photos here. I've contacted seller many times and PayPal as well. Seller would not refund and PayPal closed my case with a simple "PayPal closed your case and not in your favor". Wigs Sales Inc. is out of China - not the U.S.; their website posts photos of high-end products from American companies to lure the buyer. You cannot return the merchandise because of the expensive shipping rates to China. They know this because shipping costs from China are pennies per ounce and returning the parcel to them will cost the American consumer 4 or 5 times the cost of the product. So, you resign yourself to being scammed and you trash the product. The seller got pay a few hundred dollars by PayPal, will change their business name and address to avoid suspicion and continue to deceive the U.S. buyer. Why not, PayPal backs them up - no questions asked. So, their 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back from PayPal is bull! CAUTION. Don't buy wigs and women beauty products unless you are sure they are not from China - specifically refrain from buying from WIGS SALE, INC. They are real scammers.

PayPal is a very horrible place to deal with. They definitely will not be around much longer. If you want to lose your money and not ever see it again just use PayPal. I've had the most horrible terrible experience dealing with them. Their customer service sucks. Their virtual person on their sucks. Don't ever use PayPal unless you never want to see your money again. TRY CALLING THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND YOU WILL SEE WHAT I MEAN. HORRIBLE TERRIBLE I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN PERIOD. I can't believe this so-called "amazing" PayPal is such a trash. They've locked my 10 year old account over A MINOR TRANSACTION of 140 euros. This is a bloody BS.
I WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT WASTE MY TIME WITH PAYPAL ANYMORE.

They just enjoy to believe that when block your account and your money, are doing a excellent job, wow, they feel great, and tell to you, that is for the safety of your money, YES, the money is now TOO SAFE, that even, the owner, can't access it, no Transfer, no expend, no ANYTHING. Let me tell you something, this is and OBSOLETE PROCESS THAT IS MAKING THE PEOPLE GO AWAY FROM YOU, there is a lot more efficient and more customer oriented verification process, like two level verification that MICROSOFT and FACEBOOK, for example, and a lot more SERIOUS and customer oriented enterprises are using, if you don't change with the needs of the people, you will go to ruins

PayPal A Den Of Thieves

We have used PayPal as a payment Option for our small business customers for 8 years. We've literally had millions go thru PayPal with never a problem nor a complaint. We recently advised our customers that we prefer another payment option. Yesterday we found out that PayPal is holding our funds in which we paid them 2.99%. After being on hold for 35 minutes we finally got a live person. We inquired why were funds we usually received in minutes was on hold for 21 business days. We were shocked when we learned that PayPal decided since we were using another preferred payment option for our customers that our company was now considered at risk. In other words PayPal is holding company funds that we paid for (2.99%) and floating hundreds of millions of dollars in their interest bearing account earning millions for PayPal without our knowledge or authorization. It's just a matter of time until someone initiates a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! Needless to say we notified all our customers that PayPal is no longer a viable payment option.

Fraudulent Webpages win with fake shipping

Paypal has no buyer Protection for buyers who are scammed by false webpages. They charge you for item, send a fake tracking number. Since it is marked as delivered PAYPAL refuses dispute.

Worst customer service in the Western Hemisphere. Their system demands documents that don't exist, "Resolution" simply doesn't work: algorithms that don't cover the gamut of problems. If you do get through on the phone--preposterous waiting times--the slaves have neither knowledge nor discretion nor initiative. I am elderly, or rather old.
