In these trying times where visitation is prohibited because of the pandemic, there is always a way to reach out inmates. Sending letters, pics and all other ways to interact so that they dont feel alone while in an entanglement with the law.

It was alot easier to sign up then I thought it would be. I sent a pic already with my pigeonly number on it. Not sure if she received it or not. I haven't received a call from her so not sure If the jail relayed the pigeonly number to her otlr not.

I was continuously charge for 3 months and my pictures were never sent they actually we're returned to Sender 2 months in a row and I was again charged the monthly fee I guess they attempted to resend them without success but still charge me

A refund of me 3 months subscription.

Its is difficult because of the different number the inmate has to call. You have to get the number to them b4 they can call it which can be hard to.it does have photos u can send of urself ajd family to the inmate is nice.

I signed up for this service and it was GREAT while I needed it. I cancelled in April of 2019 and I'm STILL getting charged for services. I don't want to cancel my debit card number b/c it's linked to everything.

So far I'm out around $150 and now they are telling me that they'll have to mail me a CHECK in 3-4 WEEKS! Absolutely ridiculous.

Pigeonly lets you connect with your loved one without spending a fortune. My husband has received everything I've sent on the day pigeonly said it would arrive. It's fast easy and reliable.

This service does save money to talk with inmate although I had many times where the calls didn't go through for a couple days. And the monthly fee went up from 4.99 to 19.99

I had many extra transactions taken out of my account for various amounts, I am getting a refund hopefully the new transaction from yesterday will be refunded

Tip for consumers:
They charged my account multiple times, i received emails saying I will be refunded in a couple days. After I closed my account continued to charge me almost double multiple times a week even after I had to call twice and I have been charged at least $200 from them since September and keep getting told they are working on it.I made them aware of the problem December 22 and have had $100 taken out of my account since then despite calling twice, charged again after refund emails and 2 call

I sent pictures to my loved on and he got it in a couple days. Next month I will try the postcard service, at $2.99 you cant beat that price! Thank u pigeonly

Pigeonly helped me get in contact with my loved one that was incarcerated. Made phone call cheaper for us to talk. And I can send unlimited letters to them. Thank it's was an awesome find.

My experiences were nothing, but positive. During my husband's transfer, pigeonly offered us a temporary local number while in transition. Then again upon arrival at new location.

Pigeonly could at least let inmates know when money has been deposited into their account. And the money they provide that says "on us" i have yet to see.

I can send letters and receive super cheap phone calls because of the service pigeonly offers. They are amazing and it's so easy to keep in touch with my husband who is incarcerated.

This is a terrible company.my brother was released October 2018. I cancelled sub 4 times they refunded $21 had contact bank to finally have them blocked Do Not trust this company. Thieves

I signed up for a "forever free" plan and was charged $34.99 back to back a month later. Don't buy into this scam, choose another company or send your loved one physical mail.

I was able to send my son pictures of his children 3 and 5 year old. They don't understand where their Dad is and thought it would give him the incentive to do right.

Easy sign up and directions were clear. Worked fast. Would suggest a better receipt or view on orders though. It will say processing but doesn't say if I finished on my part.

I don't trust Pigeonly. It is supposed to be a communications system but I had an email from them that looked like some kind of dodgey investment / pyramid scheme. Be very wary.
