In these trying times where visitation is prohibited because of the pandemic, there is always a way to reach out inmates. Sending letters, pics and all other ways to interact so that they dont feel alone while in an entanglement with the law.
I tried to delete my card information and it wouldn't let me. I called to cancel and the phone number was disconnected. Scam
This site is awesome fast easy nd great priced. Also so much easier to send photos right away instead of going through the hassle of going and having them printed

I wish my friends and family knew about this awesome website when I was in prison! My husband is currently incarcerated and I miss him terribly! I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TRYING TO MAKE SURE MY HUSBAND FEELS LOVED AND MISSED VERY MUCH! I cannot wait to get some feedback from my husband about this website and services! I suggest that you select and enroll in every subscription so that you can try all of them to find out what you like or dislike! They have a great 1st month promo! It’s too good to pass up! I have yet to find any other company that offers such flexibility with adding and removing subscription services while getting to know the website and company all together!

Honestly i have had alot of corresponding with love ones, friends, and even have been on the other side receiving. I wont say im impressed with phone services because i never could see my phone account balance and i paid for a service twice in like 5 day period of 26$... Two different times and it wasnt necessary. But phone money seemed to last about the same amount of calls as putting it on from jail directly. But i can say that this offers new things like postcards... and pics to your inmate that is cool and something new for them to look forward to receiving. I think if a few things were fixed with webpage access and if the inmates could recieve pics at a faster pace it would be the best rounte to go but as os right now im not to impressed with what is being delt with. Its definitely something new to try though!

If it ends up where you cannot use their service at all they still take the money out of your bank account. Make up excuse after excuse not to refund money even if inmate near no longer there

Pigeonly is amazing, I was honestly amazed by the 1st month fee being charged 99cent for the first month, it helped me sooo much, because adding funds to the phone is a lot of money I don't have at times but Pigeonly has a line set up for phone calls am starting at A PENNY a minute, I can send postcards, greeting cards, pictures and letters, all through this amazing app, it hasn't froze, kicked me off my app, nothing, it has been very secure, fast, and convenient for me too use! I'm so glad I've found this website, after the first month the fee does go up to like 28$ a month, but it's definitely worth it! Thank you lots Pigeonly, you definitely make communication easier and faster plus you give us more time to communicate because of the low fees!
