Pretty cool. I don't like that I have to wait for something to fully process before I can send another message. Also I wish you could use a phone calling service for Shelby county through pigeonly.com. But overall it's a neat way to stay in touch with incarcerated loved ones.
I tried to delete my card information and it wouldn't let me. I called to cancel and the phone number was disconnected. Scam
This site is awesome fast easy nd great priced. Also so much easier to send photos right away instead of going through the hassle of going and having them printed
Very useful online tool to write, send pictures and communicate with my husband. Hasn't processed fully yet, however it is the weekend. I would recommend to family and friends.
I love this site because I can't physically visit my loved one and it helps me keep in contact. Its very easy to navigate through and not that expensive.

Pigeonly is a company that cares about individuals who utilize their services I had an issue with charges that were not made by me the issue was immediately resolved
I wish my friends and family knew about this awesome website when I was in prison! My husband is currently incarcerated and I miss him terribly! I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TRYING TO MAKE SURE MY HUSBAND FEELS LOVED AND MISSED VERY MUCH! I cannot wait to get some feedback from my husband about this website and services! Tip for consumers:
I suggest that you select and enroll in every subscription so that you can try all of them to find out what you like or dislike! They have a great 1st month promo! It’s too good to pass up! I have yet to find any other company that offers such flexibility with adding and removing subscription services while getting to know the website and company all together!

Honestly i have had alot of corresponding with love ones, friends, and even have been on the other side receiving. I wont say im impressed with phone services because i never could see my phone account balance and i paid for a service twice in like 5 day period of 26$... Two different times and it wasnt necessary. But phone money seemed to last about the same amount of calls as putting it on from jail directly. But i can say that this offers new things like postcards... and pics to your inmate that is cool and something new for them to look forward to receiving. I think if a few things were fixed with webpage access and if the inmates could recieve pics at a faster pace it would be the best rounte to go but as os right now im not to impressed with what is being delt with. Its definitely something new to try though!

Website easy enough to use. I do wish you had more information on how the inmate knows information or if we need to call to tell them. An app would be pretty cool.

Send 40 pics to inmate postcards w videos and letters easy and cheap. Brighten your incarcerated loved ones day letting them know someone is thinking about them.
If it ends up where you cannot use their service at all they still take the money out of your bank account. Make up excuse after excuse not to refund money even if inmate near no longer there

Everything was easy to use. I haven't got a confirmation yet or had my LO try to call to see if there was a difference but the website itself is very well laid out and self explanatory.
I absolutely love the ease of this system and being able to keep in touch with loved ones. The price is great and offers so many specials to help you stay connected.

Very easy to set up account and user-friendly. Only thing I didn't like was when I added the phone line it takes a while to verify other than not it's very good

Pigeonly is amazing, I was honestly amazed by the 1st month fee being charged 99cent for the first month, it helped me sooo much, because adding funds to the phone is a lot of money I don't have at times but Pigeonly has a line set up for phone calls am starting at A PENNY a minute, I can send postcards, greeting cards, pictures and letters, all through this amazing app, it hasn't froze, kicked me off my app, nothing, it has been very secure, fast, and convenient for me too use! I'm so glad I've found this website, after the first month the fee does go up to like 28$ a month, but it's definitely worth it! Thank you lots Pigeonly, you definitely make communication easier and faster plus you give us more time to communicate because of the low fees!

Confusing set up but had good technical help with solving issues after calling the contact phone number. Overall its a good service and I am satisfied with the final result so far.

I am so pleased with pigeonly for the ability to communicate with my son and send him pics. My son's incarceration is hard enough and pigeonly makes our time away from one another a little easier.
