After days of searching multiple websites like this one... And no one confirming my relative facility... I came across pigeonly and in moments they found him confirmed it and got me connected to them. It was a good sent.

So far I've only used the photo part of Pigeonly which was great! Customer service explained the other services that they have to use also and they all sound amazing! Looking forward to trying out their phone service next!

A great easy efficient way to send your loved ones in jail letters or postcards that are homemade with pictures on them also a great way to put money on your phone and send commissary oh in the one-stop-shop website easy to understand anyone can do it... Pic included is an example of a postcard I personally made n sent within minutes!

I found that using Pigeonly was so easy to use unlike other sites like theirs I have used before! It offers many different services all in one place and have been very prompt in getting the letters and pictures that I have submitted processed and sent out with no delays or issues! I look forward to using their site much more due to the pleasant experiences that they have currently provided!

I love the fact that I can stay connected with my loved ones. Without all the extra. Everyone knows sometimes life gets hectic and pigeonly allows me to send love all in one place. And honestly at a great price!

With pigeonly I was able to send photos to my husband super easily. I tried sending photos to him through regular mail only to have them arrive back go me. Close to a month later. It turns out that they don't accept photos at his facility sent directly from family. What a happy day for me to discover Pigeonly. It has made it possible for my husband to feel like he was there with us as we made new memories.

Only thing I'd like to change is the delivery of mail and having to wait to send. Due to the fact that the post office is slow delivering and the jail staff goes thru it it's 5 plus days until something else can be sent. I like to send more often due to processing time so my inmate can get mail 2 x a week. Can't do that with this service.

Having a lot of trouble getting the processing on the pigeonly premium plan. Have not been able to talk to my inmate after purchasing the bundle plan n everytime he calls me to the given phone line it says it has no funds when I just purchased funds. How long does it take to be able to go through? Starting to feel like its a scam n waste of my money. Also happening with my photo purchases. Takes my money but says processing. Getting frustrated

This is a great way to communicate with your love ones that are in jail. They offer many services such as unlimited letters, phone call options and funding that allows for easier conversation between you and your loved ones that are, let's face it, are probably not in their best state of mind. It also keeps you updated on your loved ones case.

This company is decent if you provide photos for you love one, however the phone number they provide you, does not work most of the time, i contact them already multiple times, i funded the account as well, and my inmate still has issues using the phone number as the calls don't come in at all. But if you need it to send photos without a limit, this app is good for the photos, and greeting cards.

I found pigeonly unexpectedly the great things that this company has made happen Is unbelievable! I've been sending pictures to my children's father nonstop they've been getting there very fast in great condition customer service is great I just love the app!

It's so awesome to use this. It makes it easier to write letters and to stay connected with your family members who are in jail. Its way better than the other facilities that dont have pigeonly. I believe this is the best way to go. Thanks so much. You guys are a life saver.

New at this but I do feel Pigeonly makes it easier. Web site has very good information. You can do Emails, phone calls, Photos, postcards, letters and more. Love this program it's great to be able to stay in touch with a loved one

Can't say how much I appreciate this service. Makes it so easy to stay in touch & the rates are more than reasonable. Really a blessing when you have a loved one needing regular consistent contact with the outside world.

A wonderfully pleasant experience all the way around. Loving all of the products we've tried thus far which has been photos and phone calls. They are so correct in calling the customer service department heroes I spoke with them on two occasions and was throughly impressed coming from a call center background myself! Often not processing until 2 weeks. While the others already delivered. I've been experiencing the annual fee cut my credit card every 2 or 3 days until 7 times. Both case after I call already solved. But I need keep an eyes on my account in pigeonly. I wish I can trust pigeonly process so I don't have see order history back and forth to make sure all going good. Thank you.

This makes talking to inmates much easier. My nephew is incarcerated right now and our family really don't talk to us so all we have is each other. And it just gets hard taking care of life out here and supporting him in there.

I was not able to understand how to do the phone portion on the site, or fund the commissary at that location. I wish everyone was on board to be able to send funds. Tomorrow I will try to handle setting up the phone.
I was also deeply moved that an inmate recognized the need to create this website, and turned a negative circumstance, into a positive site that helps so many people. It gives me hope that my daughter may some day do the same. Recognize the situation that she is currently in, and turn a negative into a positive that can help other women in similar situations.

I came across this website by chance and im happy to say my curiosity paid off for once lol. Jk but seriously the amount of time and money im saving not including convenience, is pretty unbelievable. Granted this is my first time dealing with a loved one doing time, pigeonly has made communication so much easier.

This company is very helpful for people on budget and trying to keep in touch with a love one who's away! I can send letters pictures view the web and they do the printing and sending them to your live one. So far it's been good!

Very affordable option for sending photos and I'm very thankful for the discounted trial month so I have a chance to fully see how the service works. Easy account setup and registration. The entire process was very user-friendly. This was my first order so I can't yet rate the shipping/delivery speed, quality, etc. Hopefully everything goes smooth and they are delivered on Monday (today is Friday) I will try to write another review once delivery has been made. The one thing I would like to see is an app for the service to use on mobile devices.

I was actually looking for a way to send money, but discovered that they also offered convenient ways to get in contact with my loved one. The ordering process is seamless and easy and not too expensive and there is a variety of nice things to choose from. I chose the letter writing service and a phone line. I like that i can write a long letter without running out of space.
