Pretty cool. I don't like that I have to wait for something to fully process before I can send another message. Also I wish you could use a phone calling service for Shelby county through pigeonly.com. But overall it's a neat way to stay in touch with incarcerated loved ones.
I tried to delete my card information and it wouldn't let me. I called to cancel and the phone number was disconnected. Scam

USELESS THEY BREAK THE GUIDELINES SO INMATES DONT EVEN GET THE MAIL OR PHOTOS THEN SAY THEY CANT REFUND YOU BECAUSE ITS BEEN SENT ALREADY SO THEY RESEND IT ONLY FOR IT TO BE REJECTED DUE TO THWIR RUL BREAKING AGAIN.

I started using this company in Nov 2019 only to send photos the price was $4.99 a month. This SCAMMING company charged me 3,4 and 5 times a month maxing out my credit card. They were charging me $19.99 each time they only charged me $4.99 2 times. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have done my research first. Once my card was maxed out I saw the declining payment of $19.99 and that's when I called my credit card company and they told me how many times a month they charged my card and how many time I was so up set... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I called the 800 number and I was on hold for over 1 hour u till I just hung up... I did DISPUTE all FRAUDULENTLY charges with my bank and ready to FILE CHARGES FOR THEFT with this company. I found out everything Feb 2020...
Well i have found it very easy to use. I do prefer jailatm because the messages come thru as a text right away and i dont have to wait for it to proccess and ship.

Signed up for the free trial only on Oct. 7th. Cancelled on Oct. 12th before free trial was to expire because my husband was released. Prison. Their customer service representative assured me that it was cancelled and I would not be charged anything. I received many phone calls from them on oct 12th & 13th wanting to know why I cancelled & offering me a "deal" for $39.99. I went on to explain to them that they shouldn't be calling me offering me anything because i cancelled because i dont need this service because my husband is no longer in prison. On Oct. 14th my card was charged $14.99 and on Nov. 14th they took $39.99 and another $14.99 on the same day all within an hour! I'm so upset and disappointed and I just want my money back. They are a total RIP off and very bad business and this is $80.00 I feel they stole from my special needs son, money that I was saving to order his cap & gown and senior ring for his graduation in May if his health improves. Now what am i suppose to tell him? I'm a single parent doing this on my own and this company lied to me and stole from me! Please be very aware when dealing w/this company. I would not want anybody else to go thru the hell thru are putting me thru.
