In these trying times where visitation is prohibited because of the pandemic, there is always a way to reach out inmates. Sending letters, pics and all other ways to interact so that they dont feel alone while in an entanglement with the law.
I tried to delete my card information and it wouldn't let me. I called to cancel and the phone number was disconnected. Scam
Cancelled my subscription in October of 2020 and they charged my credit card in March of 2021. FRAUD!

Like many others I keep getting charge 34.99 I have had pigonly without my consent charge my card a total of 11 times in 30 days I have contact them via email and phone and just keep be feed a bunch of bs I spoke to a supervisor 2 days ago and was promised that my card wouldn't be chard again but here I am with another pending charge of 34.99!update as of 3/30 after weeks of talking to supervisors I was promised once again that they would refund my card and I was told that they would refund me the charges that I received from them stealing money from me cuz that's what it was I got charged $25 every time they charge my card and it over withdrawal. Well by the time we got to that point I had been charged 10 times they refunded me nine I did not get my 10th refund I was also told that they would give me three free months of service which they didn't and I never got refunded the $25 every time stole money from me so that ends up being $250 plus the last charge of $39.99 making the grand total of $289.99 that I lost by using their service. Plus a lot of time wasted If anybody out there is looking to use some type of service to send pictures to an incarcerated loved one I just used a service called Pelipost they have different options as far as what type of quality photo you want sent but if you just want the basic picture sent you just pay for shipping and handling I just sent 10 pictures it was a little bit under $5 but the peace of mind of knowing that I don't have to sign up for a service that's going to charge my card monthly or every 3 months. So Even if this place cost more it fine by me. That website once again is Pelipost. Anyone going to still use pigonly be careful I have seen 100 of complaints similar to mine

Unless you have money to throw away for a lifetime DO NOT SIGN UP DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION! Theres no place to delete your card information which they will use for no matter how long you have not had an active acount for! I wonder if its even a real person you speak to over email for customer service. They will charge you randomely whenever they feel sometimes more than monthly and when they say youll get a refund and theyll delete your information so it doesnt happen again they still charge doing nothing about the matter. Theifs. Id find a different way to make things cheaper and more convenient unless you have cash to literally throw away forever! Beyond upset! This site shouldnt even be a thing! Been charged $52 in two weeks and havent even had an active account for TWO YEARS! Tell us all why nobody has the option to be in charge of their own debit/credit cards on this site?! SCAM! Bet you wont allow this up either. I wouldnt even give this a one star but looks like you have to.

Pigeonly has same day shipping-meaning it will be printed within 24hrs and sent to the mail office the same day, but delivery can take 3-5 business days to reach inmates, and this does not include screening time.
