Pretty cool. I don't like that I have to wait for something to fully process before I can send another message. Also I wish you could use a phone calling service for Shelby county through pigeonly.com. But overall it's a neat way to stay in touch with incarcerated loved ones.

I've been charged for months from this lousy $#*! company for services I never used and ever had no idea my car info was saved to the site because I never saved my info when I went back to the site to see what was going and try to delete my card in kept saying error please call the 800 number but when I call no answer or I'm on hold for long periods of times went back to the website to try again to delete my card info only for it to be deleted already tried to start a chat with a representative so I can voice my concern but OHhhhh they are not online tried to call again with no answer never signed up for no damn auto pay because there's no auto pay option and who the $#*! would sign up for auto pay to send pictures nobody is sending that many pictures when it take damn near three weeks for your loved one to get the pictures and you can't send anymore until the receive the first batch but it's suppose to be unlimited Decided to do some research on the company and it was started by a guy who was in jail not saying all people who do time are trying to scam people buy this one here most def is. I'm currently trying to contact the BBB because I want my money back and this company shut down and conviently they comment section is closed on they website STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY not all are bad but this one IS

Hello Faydra R. When signing up for our services whether online or by calling in there are terms and conditions that must be agreed to before signing up. These terms and conditions state that services are reoccurring meaning each month on the same date. There is also a reminder at checkout that the services are reoccurring. So billing goes on until the services are canceled. Deleting a card from a users end does not turn off the reoccurring billing or delete the card from future billing. Sometimes are hold times are high due to the demand of our services, since then we have expanded the team to handle all call volumes resulting in much lower hold times. Please keep in mind that our hours are on PST so when we are closed there are no live chat options available. Our chat hours are also listed. Our call center is open from 6 am - 6 pm PST. Due to the Erebus of prisons mail policy and in order for Pigeonly to be in compliance, there had to be a policy set so that inmates are not receiving more mail per day than they are allowed. Our customers voiced their opinions about the pictures being sent back because they received to many at a time so with that being an issue as well, guidelines were put into place. Yes the owner was incarcerated which is why we are so passionate about the needs and being able to help other incarcerated families. Also if you were having any issues that were because of Pigeonly we have a 100% money back guarantee so I'm happy to issue any refund. I will also issue you a refund if you were displeased with your services. Once again we apologize that you were not happy with our services. Please give us a call and use reference code 8236. I think I had an overall good experience with this site and I recommend it's easy and cheap and I can connect with my boyfriend

This is as much as scam as gtl and I for one am not letting this go, as an attorney I find this deplorable, at best. Shame on you for pulling a GTL.

Like many others I keep getting charge 34.99 I have had pigonly without my consent charge my card a total of 11 times in 30 days I have contact them via email and phone and just keep be feed a bunch of bs I spoke to a supervisor 2 days ago and was promised that my card wouldn't be chard again but here I am with another pending charge of 34.99!update as of 3/30 after weeks of talking to supervisors I was promised once again that they would refund my card and I was told that they would refund me the charges that I received from them stealing money from me cuz that's what it was I got charged $25 every time they charge my card and it over withdrawal. Well by the time we got to that point I had been charged 10 times they refunded me nine I did not get my 10th refund I was also told that they would give me three free months of service which they didn't and I never got refunded the $25 every time stole money from me so that ends up being $250 plus the last charge of $39.99 making the grand total of $289.99 that I lost by using their service. Plus a lot of time wasted If anybody out there is looking to use some type of service to send pictures to an incarcerated loved one I just used a service called Pelipost they have different options as far as what type of quality photo you want sent but if you just want the basic picture sent you just pay for shipping and handling I just sent 10 pictures it was a little bit under $5 but the peace of mind of knowing that I don't have to sign up for a service that's going to charge my card monthly or every 3 months. So Even if this place cost more it fine by me. That website once again is Pelipost. Anyone going to still use pigonly be careful I have seen 100 of complaints similar to mine

Don't do it they will rip you off

Phoney is the best nice word I can use. I lost money and no refund. Stay away or get ripped off!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I CANCELLED IN AUGUST AND HAVE BEEN CHARGED 4 TIMES AFTER AND THEY WONT STOP.

Unless you have money to throw away for a lifetime DO NOT SIGN UP DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION! Theres no place to delete your card information which they will use for no matter how long you have not had an active acount for! I wonder if its even a real person you speak to over email for customer service. They will charge you randomely whenever they feel sometimes more than monthly and when they say youll get a refund and theyll delete your information so it doesnt happen again they still charge doing nothing about the matter. Theifs. Id find a different way to make things cheaper and more convenient unless you have cash to literally throw away forever! Beyond upset! This site shouldnt even be a thing! Been charged $52 in two weeks and havent even had an active account for TWO YEARS! Tell us all why nobody has the option to be in charge of their own debit/credit cards on this site?! SCAM! Bet you wont allow this up either. I wouldnt even give this a one star but looks like you have to.
