Pretty cool. I don't like that I have to wait for something to fully process before I can send another message. Also I wish you could use a phone calling service for Shelby county through pigeonly.com. But overall it's a neat way to stay in touch with incarcerated loved ones.
I tried to delete my card information and it wouldn't let me. I called to cancel and the phone number was disconnected. Scam
Always use a prepaid debit that will only be used during the time your friend/family will be in need of the services. A couple weeks after I used the services my card started being charged $19.99 every 3 days until I had to report it stolen and get a new card! Preditory service be careful. Bank did refund all unauthorized charges.
So far everything seems to be fine. The phone number assigned to my personal number as well as my son was able to get through. I am waiting on him to call me back to let me know if monetary balance change on his end. I hope I'm not going to be double pain like I have most companies... we'll see. However it was super easy to upload photos and get them sent to him much cheaper than it would be to print them myself and pay for postage separately.

I sent pictures to my brother in may and he's just now receiving them. I reached out to customer support several times within the two months and received the same pre-written message telling me my photos would be going out within the next week. He looked at me as a liar for two months waiting for these pictures.

I have had such a difficult time with this service. When they provide services, it is great, but they have 1.) taken unauthorized payments from my account now TWICE and 2.) charged me for the next month a week early! I paid for a month's worth's of service and they only gave me 3 weeks! SHADY AS HELL. As soon as I can find something that is comparable to the services they provide, I am switching. CROOKS.

Your letters and pictures will EVENTUALLY get to their destination. And they seem to be sent alot faster once the 99¢ trial month is up. Go figure. Alot of what is presented to you at time of purchase is misleading. Will also not let you send mail or pictures until the last one is done and delivered. Well that sometimes takes 17 days. Kinda BS.

Canceled my subscription back in December but a charge comes out of my account now in March. The service rep says an update to the system must have charged me erroneously. Really? She said it will be 3-14 business days before I see a refund. I'm fine with that but question is, how is it that they're still charging me if I canceled my subscription?

It was good service that I could use to keep in touch with my father. Writing letters, sending postcards and sending card was great. He got everything on time but when I was sending pictures they never got sent.
If I could give a lower rating, I would. This is by far the worst system. None of the pictures or the letter I sent to my inmate were sent to him, they sent them to my address instead. The number "they provided me with" never worked. AND ON TOP OF IT ALL, I canceled my subscription three different times now for the past month and I'm still being charged. I was charged three days in a row at this very moment. And this is all after I've spoke to representatives about it, twice now. So be careful. They just keep taking money.

I signed up for 3 months at $34.99. They have charged me $34.99 5 times since August 26. I contacted them 3 times and they told me I was going to get a refund within 14 days and never got it. They don't return my phone calls. I just got charged again on Oct 6th after emailing them and telling them what's going on. They did the same thing to my daughter. I have reported them to my bank as fraud and my money has been returned to me but I had to cancel my debit card that I've had for years. Shame on them for taking advantage of sad people just wanting to connect with loved ones

Pigeons is great for keeping in contact with your friends and family in jail. The regular services provided by the jail is expensive and can burn holes in your pocket. Why has my card been charged again in "error" today, 12/04/2021? This is clear and apparent fraud! This company should be reported for taking advantage of people who are vulnerable and trying to connect with an incarcerated loved one.

I have disputed with pigeonly about services not received as advertised and was granted a refund, but since then pigeonly has been sneaking in charges to my account which I have disputed and again granted refunds. My credit information has been removed from their sight, but somehow again yesterday I noticed that pigeonly has been starting up their sneaky thieving act of charging me again.

This company has took over a $200.00 dollars from me. They will not respond to emails or phone calls. They will keep you on hold for hours and hang up on you. They have took 20 7.99 payments and 3 19.99 and 3 14.99 payments. They are taking money out of my account a couple of time a month. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
I used it one time, did not do a subscription, and they stole from me. I have called on so many occasions in the past two weeks to get my money back, they claimed that they already did it, but it took exactly two weeks for them to tell me that it could be up to 14 business days for me to get it back. No other person said business days. They just keep lying and telling me a different day that I'm going to get it back. They stole it from me in 2 seconds, and can't give me back my money that I didn't give them permission to take. This company is morally corrupt and is placed outside the US.
I signed up for Pigeonly. They would charge my credit card for other charges. When I called they said no that's not on your account. Exactly so why was I charged. They credit me then 2 weeks later credit my card again. Just to see if I would Catch.

Hi I would like to comment on my experience with Pigeonly. Truthfully in the beginning I had my doubts because it seemed to be taking such a long time to have it mailed. I know it read processing for almost a week it seemed like. I was kinda upset cause I know it didnt take probably minutes to process my payment to them but with all that said I apologize for doubting them because my experience has been great. Ok, so i m having some problems with the local number phone that they had provide to me. Honestly, the number only it worked fine for the first time call! Then i ve started to had some problems with it so i could not be able to use it anymore. I tried to contact them for telling them that i was having some problems with the number but they have just stop to replying to my emails!. For 17,99$ WHAT A GREAT SERVICE! Lol Honestly i thought they were different from the other scam sites. But if you say to a customer that the number it will work for one month then that is how it should suppose to be! And not for just one time call! Or you have to refund them!. After this experience i doubt i will ever use any of their service again and i think many of their other angry customers will do the same too!

I love the way this system works, only I'm disappointed because it sais unlimited but it won't let you send the way you would expect to it being unlimited. One order takes more then a week and longer for the other party to receive
