In these trying times where visitation is prohibited because of the pandemic, there is always a way to reach out inmates. Sending letters, pics and all other ways to interact so that they dont feel alone while in an entanglement with the law.
I tried to delete my card information and it wouldn't let me. I called to cancel and the phone number was disconnected. Scam
I have needed to get in touch with a loved one. I set up the account, paid for the number and paid for the initial $25.00 deposit. That was Friday. Today is Sunday. My loved one has been trying to call me 6 times today and each time I have been directed to put in my card number due to low funds. I called them this morning and asked why can't I use the service I paid for. Their answer:
Your payment won't be processed until Monday.
MONDAY?!?!
So, let me get this straight, I pay for a service, I pay to load funds & because I don't have multiple cards to use, the card used to initially fund and purchase the plan, I can't use because it's being processed?
What the actual hell?
I'm sure they realize how much pain, anxiety & frustration that they are causing to not only the inmate, but their families and loved ones. The biggest problem? They don't care. They are awarded a contact performing services that are desperately needed, and even the representative on the phone agreed with me when I said that they are causing additional and unnecessary stress, leaving me basically "$#*! out of luck" until it's processed.
This company has absolutely no respect for families, no integrity and no compassion. I'm absolutely livid right now because he has called me twice while writing this and both times my card was rejected by the company. Not my bank, but pigeonly. The owner, CEO & Executives should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. This is completely unacceptable and immoral.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THE ARE THIEVES. I cancelled a free trial almost immediately after I signed up and gave my bank card info. BECAUSE they could not tell me when he would be able to makes calls but that it would be more than a week and trial started that day! Now over a month later they are siphoning money out of my bank account. 3 times in less than week! They are lower than the belly of a snake THIEVES!

Saves so much time with having to go get photos printed and hand write letters and go to the post office and pay more put to mail it over and that takes however long as far as I no it's pretty instant once I have sent my letters or photos that's all I have tried at the moment but I'm sure the test is just as easy

It was the best way to keep in touch with lived ones and the prices were good as well. What i liked most was the personal service during my last call where i needed help.

I have been using pigeonly for years with no problems. This year, however, I have been charged multiple times per month for ONE inmate and was charged SEVEN times in JULY. When I called them to dispute the charges, the call was dropped in the middle of me filing a dispute, then when I called back, a "manager" with a dog cough answered saying there was a power outage, but was still somehow able to pull up my file and again, call was dropped. I was unable to get through again. So, I DO NOT recommend you use this service!

S so I have another app that I would use kissing my love one money and have video visits but I wanted an app did I could do more with and after of hours searching I found pigeonly. Now I can send cards letters and customize them the way I want to I really like this app I give it two thumbs up and I'll be using it to send Danny Maldonado lots of love.

Absolutely amazing website for sending letters and pictures. Saves you the time of having to physically write the letters i have arthritis so its hard on my hands to write typing is much easier.

This service has caused me SUCH a headache as multiple charges have been coming out of my bank account nonstop for MONTHS now! I had just ONE order of pictures that were to be sent to a loved one (which was NEVER received) & after that, they had all my bank information and continued to charge my card 2,3, sometimes 4 times a month! I've called multiple times to get things straight, they only refunded a few of the fraudulent charges, & at this point I'm just gonna get a lawyer as well as the BBB involved. Freaking ridiculous! Please BEWARE FOLKS! Don't lose your hard earned money on SCAMMERS!

This is a joke!;! Signed up for monthly service on 6/20. By the 25th it still had not sent my letter, card, postcard or photos. It was a 7 day trial but they scam you. It says they are sent right away for their 19.95 monthly fee but all they do is take your money! NOW WHY WOULD ANYONE PAY FOR THE MONTHLY IF NOTHING WAS SENT DURING TRIAL?

Never use the company, they suck and will charge your credit card with out your permission. It took them 30 days to get a letter to the prison facility.

Took advantage of photo offer free for 3 days- after reading reviews i went rigtht on line to delete my subscription. Low and behold i was debited on the same day $4.98 twice... i was warned by reviews that this would happen. I have emailed the company- you are put on hold with c.
