In these trying times where visitation is prohibited because of the pandemic, there is always a way to reach out inmates. Sending letters, pics and all other ways to interact so that they dont feel alone while in an entanglement with the law.
I tried to delete my card information and it wouldn't let me. I called to cancel and the phone number was disconnected. Scam
Love how cheap it is and easy it is to use! You won't regret it! I will definitely be showing some of my family members who also have incarcerated loved ones in prision so they can use this as well!

I cancelled this service 2 months ago after having it for a few months to try it out. Cancel means cancel, I dont use the service, they dont provide services right? NO... I didnt use the service for the last couple months and woke up this morning to look at my bank statement and there was a charge from them that was DOUBLE what the monthly subscription amount was. WHO DOES THIS! I won't lie down and allow this, I have seen other negative reviews but gave them the benefit of the doubt. That got me nowhere. Also, while I did have the service only half of the items I even ordered got to my loved one. This is a scam and it needs to stop. They have NO customer service skills and the little help they do have is not capable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Going to BBB getting charged twice a month for a service that isn't worth it's while is not right, not to mention I've emailed and asked them to cancel the service a long time ago, and they said they would contact me and never did.

I am TOTALLY irritated. I heard it was fraudulant and people were complaining but that was after I setup an account. The app is supposedly free. It is not! I had to enter cc info why? I didn't finish cc info so when they tried to charge my card it was declined. Weeks later I was miraculously charged. They make it impossible to cancel and get a refund. I called support and was on hold over an hour... no answer. If you request a call back you won't EVER get one. If you cancel through the app you don't get a refund. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE!

Pigeonly is a joke when it comes to Customer Service and/or Relations.
I have been in weekly contact with these people since March 22 of this year in regards to a refund.
At first I was told there are absolutely no refunds.
(Until I the next day when I told them my son was never at the facility I paid for.)
I was "granted" (their word) a FULL REFUND on March 28.
On April 28 I received seven dollars and ninety nine cents out of a forty dollar refund.
I have been told on more than one occasion, by David Claiborne, that it is a glitch in the new computer system.
I call and get left on hold for fifteen minutes only to be hung up on. I call right back and my call is never answered by a representative.
I was told that his schedule is very busy so perhaps using Email would be better. (That is not the case. He never responsed to my email.)
Each time I have spoken with this company I am put off one way or another.
They are kind and very appreciative of my patience, but as in the real world they have taken advantage of my patience by sweeping my request under the rug (so to speak.)

Hidden fees? Yes. Multiple fraudulent charges per month? Yes. No support? Correct. All negative reviews are accurate. If you are thinking about using this company, find another. There are others. Read the positive reviews on here and visit the reviewers' profiles. You will see that many are fakes/bots, and/or paid to write false positive reviews on other scam websites - Usually the same websites, too. Very interesting. Don't feel bad, or think that they are "just a start-up" like you will often see here and there on a Google search. They are stealing your money, hoping to get away with it, and they don't feel bad about it. They continue to charge you, and will take months to refund you the money. I once threatened to go to my bank, and I had the refund the next day. The next time I tried, it didn't phase them, and they took their time. Sadly, you are better off cancelling the card once they have the info. The downside is that this company is significantly cheaper than other inmate services - and they know that, I'm sure. But it's not worth getting your money stolen. So... Thank you, Pigeonly. Next!

Today is May 9th. I sent a letter and photos on March 25th. Sandra hangs up, Faith or whatever is dumber than $#*!. Straight scam. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE. YOU WILL PAY FOR NOTHING! My photos say printed and so does my letter. All they say is "were having problems" so i printed them myself. Sent them and hes already got them for less than a dollar. The photos below were taken today! Stay away from this site!

Yes that is a fee that is automatically charged to Pigeonly accounts depending on your subscription type.The good news is our refund policy is simple so if you were charged incorrectly the appropriate department will correct the issue and refund the charges right away. Have you received any refund as of yet?
The process to receive a refund can be as quick as 3 days but can take as long as 14 days, depending on your bank.
I will be more than happy to locate and refund any charges that were done incorrectly if it has not already been done. Our wait times have been high in the past due to the demand of our services but we have expanded our team since then and wait times are currently very low.
