In these trying times where visitation is prohibited because of the pandemic, there is always a way to reach out inmates. Sending letters, pics and all other ways to interact so that they dont feel alone while in an entanglement with the law.

For the life of me I have added money Twice and still does not work. Plus no refunds wtf. I do not know why me and friend cannot get this site to work for us. I want to talk to my brother please.

Pigeonly is the easiest and fastest way to communicate with your loved one that is incarcerated. Its so much cheaper than collect calls and so much faster at sending letters. Its amazing!

The representative that I talked to was great and very helpful. This is a great site to use if you want to stay in touch with your inmate. It is very affordable.

I'm writing this because my boyfriend is in jail they can't get no postcards no greetings none of that stuff that I can use on your website only thing I can use is your phone but y'all want to charge people $19 or something that they can't use all of it only thing they can use the phone service and I don't think that's right I try to call talk to people but they can't do nothing about it y'all need to change that y'all can't tell somebody that they have to get the whole set if the place that you loved ones is at can't get everything I don't think that's right I've been with you for two years and I just cancel my service with y'all.

This would be perfect if there was an app for logging in. And there should be a discounted rate for people with several friends and family that's incarcerated

Pasting in the pictures was difficult but I figured it out. It is one of the few services to send cards and pictures to relatives who are incarcerated

I recently got a pigeonly account and immediately regretted it after i read all the reviews here. So i drafted up a letter anyway while i still had my 3 day trial to see if it'd send. After sending it is when i reached out and called them myself that i wanted to close my account and remove my card info due to all the overpricing and "scams" i was reading about (onyl reason i took a star away). The rep did that with no problem, well, i still actually have a login but she did remove my payment method. Which i was happy about. However, to my surprise, my husband got my letter a week later. As much as i want to write another one, with all the scam reviews, im still skeptical about it and dont wanna think of myself as the "lucky one" here to not have issues. YET. I will write another review if i do happy to add my payment method back and try it for a 2nd time. But my overall first experience wasnt bad at all. Got the trial, was able to send a "test" letter out free of charge, and it got delivered.

Everything started off great. Then went downhill. I canceled then They took 35 bucks a month later. And here I am 4 months later still haven't been refunded.

I just used pigeonly for the first time and was super impressed at how easy it was to navigate! Upload photos and they send them for you! Omg that's the best part! Super affordable as well

I have to say I have used this company for probably 2 years and for a while they were real genuine, I could always get ahold of them if I had a problem. I could use the website and send whatever I needed. Now I randomly get charged all the time from them, EVEN SINCE I CANCELED THEIR SERVICE FINALLY IN JANUARY AND STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE STUPID LITTLE REFUNDS. How are they going to charge me AFTER I cancel? Then I call to complain and the only way I can get through is if I hit 1 saying I'm a new customer, hell if the wait is about 5 minutes they give an option for a call back with your position in line and EVERYTHING. However for existing customers you cant even get through pressing 2. There is definitely no call back option either. And when I have talked with them after pressing 1 they always promise someone from billing will call me back and I swear it's the same 2 female voices everytime! Dont waste your time!

Hello Brittney, When signing up for our services whether online or by calling in there are terms and conditions that must be agreed to before signing up. These terms and conditions state that services are reoccurring meaning each month on the same date. There is also a reminder at checkout that the services are reoccurring. So billing goes on until the services are canceled. Deleting a card from a users end does not turn off the reoccurring billing or delete the card from future billing. Sometimes are hold times are high due to the demand of our services, since then we have expanded the team to handle all call volumes resulting in much lower hold times. Please keep in mind that our hours are on PST so when we are closed there are no live chat options available. Our chat hours are also listed. Our call center is open from 6 am - 6 pm PST.

Really all in all I am totally confused don't know what I paid for what I got charge for there is no really good information at all on this app or site only way I'm gonna be able to find out is through my checking for my bank account other than that don't know how to write this not too happy only happy I got to send a letter after paying whatever now I'm waiting for the reply don't know how it works really don't know what I paid for and what I paid for what you get for what you pay for just totally confused could've been better that's all.

Very good... The best service I have used... My inmate is always allowed to call never got a drop call... I done use several different services and this is the best and also have great deals.

I was dreading figuring how to do this, but the interface is so well designed, and easy to use for the first time. One time usage is pricey, but the monthly plans are very, very reasonable.

The first month is 99 cents but with the phone they give uvrates based on a 15min call but what they dont mention is they also charge $25 for there servuce and that dorsnt count the cost fron tge company that the calls go threw

I canceled in April 2021 The charged June July aug skipped sept and now it oct2021 and they hit my account 10 time just in a few day and with a total of 21 transactions in few months Be aware and customer service is hard to get ahold of and said they would refund the account but would not give any reference number or etc to confirm

Love Photo Pigon it has helped me stay in contact with my Feonce well he is incarcerated. Sometimes life gets so busy and all I have to just pictures from my phone and it is very cheep to do also
