In these trying times where visitation is prohibited because of the pandemic, there is always a way to reach out inmates. Sending letters, pics and all other ways to interact so that they dont feel alone while in an entanglement with the law.
I tried to delete my card information and it wouldn't let me. I called to cancel and the phone number was disconnected. Scam
I was so surprised with their service. I didn't even know that this was possible. I was able to send pics to my loved one so they had a part of their family with them. Thanks pigeonly!

I was freaking out because my I haven't heard anything from my other half since I last seen him in the back of a police truck. I've worried every since because I couldn't give him my number to call me. They told me about Pigeonly and it gave me comfort knowing he'll have my number soon so he can call me and put me on his visitation. And To reassure him that IM STILL RIDING SHOTGUN AND HOW MUCH I LOVE AND MISS HIM

Funny that I hired this company to contact my ******* who is in jail for cc fraud and this company fraudulently charged my cc. Had to cancel my cc... save yourself the trouble!

This is not worth your money at all. It takes a long time for the mail and pictures to arrive. And I canceled with them 9 MONTHS AGO and was charged 2 days ago. Called to get it sorted out AND WAS CHARGED AGAIN.

THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MONTHS DOWN THE ROAD. SAID THEY WOULD GET RID OF MY CARD INFORMATION AND CHARGED ME AGAIN

Just an FYI - I had them blocked by my bank so they couldn't continue to debit my card and they used a different business name to get around that, so they were able to take money out again this month. I am going to have to cancel my current card and have a new one issued because they will not stop debiting my account. It's bull$#*! really. And then their customer service team wants to respond to this saying to call and they will take care of it. I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT ON MARCH 4. Since then, they tried to debit my account for March, April, and May, after telling me that my account was cancelled and I would NOT be charged again.

They took money several times double and even triple times for nothing. Even a year after cancelling the account they still charged me $20 out of no where for nothing. Dont trust this comoany!
