Pretty cool. I don't like that I have to wait for something to fully process before I can send another message. Also I wish you could use a phone calling service for Shelby county through pigeonly.com. But overall it's a neat way to stay in touch with incarcerated loved ones.
I tried to delete my card information and it wouldn't let me. I called to cancel and the phone number was disconnected. Scam

Really great business and things they offer on their site. Especially that you can send inmates pictures and don't have to leave your house.
So far the app seems super easy to use I am currently still waiting for a response from my inmate does take awhile to process

Using this app is very convenient and it's easy to use. You can send your loved ones letters. Photos, money and all in one.

Crooks keep drawing out of my account. On hold over an hour for two days still no one live picks up. Do not do business with them!
Love the fact that I can send articles, post cards for cheaper then it costs for me to ship them. An customer service is great.

Very simple to use. Just doesn't accept prepaid debit cards for putting money on people's books. Great plan choices for contacting an inmate.
