In these trying times where visitation is prohibited because of the pandemic, there is always a way to reach out inmates. Sending letters, pics and all other ways to interact so that they dont feel alone while in an entanglement with the law.
I tried to delete my card information and it wouldn't let me. I called to cancel and the phone number was disconnected. Scam

To pay 19$ a month to send pics and letters sounded like a convenient and good idea but it takes about a week sometimes longer then that for pigeonly to even print and then takes a couple more days to mail your pics. I can go and get my pics printed and mail them myself alot faster and alot cheaper. The letters also take the same amount of time. Also the phone funding extra 26$ on top of the 19$ a month... I put money on and they take it out of your bank instantly but it takes 3 days! For it to hit the account so your loved one can call you! Unacceptable! Any other company like icsolutions etc it's instant. The wait time to even speak to someone is long, and when you do speak to someone they tell you they fixed the issue when they do not. I was on hold for a total of an hour yesterday, spoke to 4 different people about my phone funds and all 4 people told me they would put the funds into the account so my fiance could call me and it never got done! I put it in about 5pm on Monday. Called all day Tues to ask what was going on, and then wens at 1030am the money was finally put in. Will never use this service again!

Our operations may have been affected due to the overwhelming response and current volume as our services are unlimited. Normally it will only take 3 to 5 business days to deliver the orders via regular mail but rest assured it will be delivered to your loved one location. You will automatically receive a text message as well as an email notification when your order is delivered to your loved one’s facility. We have been doing the best that we can to provide the best customer service we can on the phones and adding phone time but there has been a limit and restriction on manpower.
