In these trying times where visitation is prohibited because of the pandemic, there is always a way to reach out inmates. Sending letters, pics and all other ways to interact so that they dont feel alone while in an entanglement with the law.
I tried to delete my card information and it wouldn't let me. I called to cancel and the phone number was disconnected. Scam

The only thing I wish it had was video visits, I don't live in NC so it's hard for me to have transportation, besides that its wonderful.

Loving it it allows to keep track of your letters and postcards you send them. Once they deliver it they post it on the app.
