In these trying times where visitation is prohibited because of the pandemic, there is always a way to reach out inmates. Sending letters, pics and all other ways to interact so that they dont feel alone while in an entanglement with the law.
I tried to delete my card information and it wouldn't let me. I called to cancel and the phone number was disconnected. Scam

I don't even know where to start. It seems like Pigeonly doesn't care about you being in contact with your loved one. They just want your money. I was stupid enough to prepay knowing the date my husband was coming home. My husband kept on having issues after issues using the number they provided. I called multiple times to complain because what's the point of having their number where my husband is calling my direct out of state number and paying 21 cents a minute? They kept on telling me that the number is working and they don't see why he is having issues. After 2 weeks of having the issues where occasionally he was able to use the number and 90% of the time he could not I had had enough. I told them to refind my money and cancel the account or fix the issues. The lady on the phone told me I will get someone to look into the problem and see what can be done. One week later - no call. I received an email today that my account was closed. What?! Where is my money? I called again and talked to Angel who promised to take care of the issue and see what can be done. She did tell me that the company has been doing some work on the system for the last few weeks and that's why my husband has been having issues. NOBODY TOLD ME THAT! After 45 mins on the phone she asked if she can call back and still promised to fix the issue. We agreed on the time she will call back - nothing. No call. What kind of company is this?
Absolutely terrible! They say they care that you stay in touch with your loved ones? How? By taking the money and cancelling my account? Please learn from me - run while you can. Terrible terrible company.

I have a lot of friends it made some bad choices and ended up in a bad situation that got sent away for a while. I pride myself on being a good friend and not forgetting about people because they have been sent away- especially when they are some of my best friends... Ihey tried to write them all letters but then if they call on the phone the letters seem like old news because I already spoke to them and told them everything that was in the letter or I end up just throwing it away because it's old news by the time that I remember to stamp it and mail it. It seems that if I'm not out of envelopes I'm out of stamps if I'm not out of stamps I'm out of paper if I'm not out of paper I have no pens I can't seem to get it together with writing and mailing a letter so I end up sending them nothing at all even though I think about them all day long. I found this app today and for only $0.99 yes that is a special but it's normally only $4.99 right on my phone I can write them a letter right on their app and hit send and they get it to my friend that is sent away for a while. No stamps no envelopes don't even have to get off the couch lol... The The scene goes for photos for $4.99 a month I can send as many photos as I want to them right off my cell phone don't have to get them developed don't have to send them in the mail nothing. The only downside I see so far is it I sent one letter and then I tried to send another one a few hours later and it said I had to wait because my first one was still being processed so even though the letters are unlimited I'm not sure how much time you have to wait in between to send more than one other than that life just got a lot easier!

I sincerely apologize for the confusion the reason you are only able to send only one of each product at a time is that we don't want the facility to throw out any of your important mail in case they have a restriction as to how many mail orders of the same product can be received in one day.
I'm so grateful that yall or doing such a thing for the images I get to send pics for little to nothing to my son...

I paid for the first month (March 2019), then canceled their service (April 2019). Three months after I closed my account, July 2019, Pigeonly started drafting money ($7.99) from my bank account 14 different transactions! When I realized it, I called them and they apologized and refunded my bank for 5 of those transactions. I've been calling them since November 2019 about the remainder of the money they owe me. It's now April 2020, and I've been given every excuse in the world as to why they haven't refunded the total amount yet. After asking for my new bank account info bc I had to change cards so they couldn't steal more money from my account, they say... since it's been more than 90 days, they can't refund it to my bank (not sure why the whole amount wasn't refunded in the beginning). Then they said they'll mail a check & I should get it in 30 days (February 7) I call back to see where the check is, then they say I have to fill out a form, and billing will email a form to me. They have 2 emails on file. I've never received a form or anything from them. I've asked them to email it while on the phone with me, but they say they cannot do that, only billing can and they'll do it within 24 hours, but never do. I've also been in contact with 2 different customer service ppl via email, same lies and run around. I've never experienced a company stealing money from my bank account several after their service had been discontinued. I don't understand why they won't give the money back they stole from me. I've called them NO LESS than 75 times regarding this. I made a claim with the BBB - Pigeonly replied several times stating they'd call me, but never have.
I suggest NOT to use their service! If you do, check your bank statements daily, and order a brand new bank card after you cancel your service with them to keep them from stealing your money later on. Google Pigeonly claims, I'm not the only one! They're definitely known for stealing people's money from their bank account.

I made a payment for 3 months subscription for $57.99 but ended up canceling the same day because of misunderstanding on what it was I was getting. I made the purchase on the 8th of may was told 7-10 business days for me to see it back in my account. Called on the 20th of May and spoke with the representative named Shane and she said she would expedite my refund, To top that she told me that they don't refund? That it's final sale which I was NEVER TOLD THAT, then she puts me on hold and comes back to tell me that she will expedite my request. No email in regards to confirmation on me going to receive my request and still no refund after more days have past. I've worked in customer service for many years and never treated a customer the way I have been treated. I have a loved one who is incarcerated and the prison he is at do things differently so therefore there was no use for me using this subscription. All I want is my refund I shouldn't have to wait this long omg. ANOTHER UPDATE! 5/30/2021. I called yet AGAIN and asked to speak to a supervisor & was told that one will call me in an hour I NEVER received a call back as promised and a damn email! Why reply back and just tell me they need to work on training? Where is my refund? It's been long over due IM SO SICK OF THE LIES FROM THIS COMPANY! I talked to how many different reps already and they all say the same bull$#*!
