In these trying times where visitation is prohibited because of the pandemic, there is always a way to reach out inmates. Sending letters, pics and all other ways to interact so that they dont feel alone while in an entanglement with the law.
I tried to delete my card information and it wouldn't let me. I called to cancel and the phone number was disconnected. Scam

Once again my account has been billed in error. This is the second time I have had to contact Pigeonly for incorrect billing. After being billed for $34.99 too early, I also could not log into the system to verify my billing.
I am requesting a full refund of my $34.99 back to my card IMMEDIATELY.
I signed up for a special offer that was supposed to be $34.99 for a 3 month auto pay. Next billing will be on Sept 23,2022 and I have my recipe which is attached for review.
After I have received my refund I will discontinue your services after my paid 3 month period. This company has on more than one occasion failed to bill my credit card properly which is very suspicious and can be reported as fraud to the proper departments.
I expect to hear from your company no later than 5pm central time today, 07/13/2022 concerning my refund.

I cancelled my subscription in February and have an email from Pigeonly support confirming the cancellation on February 11. I have been billed two months in a row since cancelling the subscription. Clearly, this company has problems. I would not trust them with your credit card number.

So I thought this site was gonna be some bs but turns out this site is really awesome... I love the fact that I no longer have to use a pin and paper or buy stamps. Now I can write him occasionally with all the extra stamps paper etc lol... I'd recommend this site to anyone who's loved one is in prison or jail...

I have not found a better site then this to use to send my husband postcards with. They show up in a timely manner and are of good quality. He loves waiting to hear his name called to see what his post card looks like this time. Easy to use.
Tip for consumers:
The only thing u seen wrong was you have to wait for one to be delivered to do another. So make it a good one.

I think pigeon.ly is great overall, I really do. I think it's pretty cool how it's affordable as well; and there's so many options to choose from.The only thing I would say needs work or should be added is a possible font change, that would really make it pop. One more thing that could be added is keeping memories and track of our letters or photos that we send; and I think it'd be freaking awesome if those features were added.

My friend said the pictures were a very nice quality. And they were received in decent timeframe. I feel like it should have been faster cause i printed and mailed some "after" I ordered them here (wasnt sure if the facility would receive mine) and mine got there faster. But not that much faster and Pigeonly's picture were better he said.

They were great until I noticed I was getting charged multiple times throughout the month. I had my bank stop payment, yet they are still pulling money from my account. I have contacted support( which is located in the Philippines) and they said I would receive my money back. I still have not received it. I also did not receive the confirmation email they promised to send.

I got a confirmation that this was free. Why do I need a credit card on file if it's supposedly free so far I like the service I only sent a postcard once I really don't need anything else. And then when I looked on my account it said that I was given a 3-day trial for $19.99 if I'm already got a plan that's free I don't need that one other than that it's a good app

Bought 1 month at $7.99. Didn't need it after a month, cancelled and thought that was the end of it. Nope. Got charges several more times. Called and had them fix it( on hold forever on the phone!) Got it reimbursed. End of story? No! They started charging again and now charging 3- times a week! Call AGAIN! On hold forever again! They are going to reimburse again.( now it's up to $32.00). I'm waiting to see how long to fix and then watch to see if more charges happen( actually having them blocked with my bank). Service for delivery was horrible. My husband didn't even get his letters till he was home for months! Be very wary of Pigeonly!

The business makes it very convenient to keep in touch with an inmate. Without the hassle of having to purchase writing material paper pens etc. I love the fact that the letter is processed wen done and inmate will receive it sooner and not have to wait the time limit of getting it thru the mail. They are frauds! I ordered services. Web sites, phone, and pictures unlimited! Yeah right! You have to pay $25 to set your phone up and can only send pictures and web information once the previous order is delivered! It takes 2-3 weeks for delivery. How is that unlimited? I called and got refund. Then, they recharged my account. I called and have to wait 3-12 days for refund. Please, do not use this site to send anything! They are scam artists!

Their claiming the monthly service which was 19.99 would allow me to send unlimited greeting cards. So I signed up. Picked a card and dent it. About 5 days later I wanted to send another. Well, when I tried to send it Pigeonly didn't allow it stating I needed to wait for the first card to be shipped before I could send the second card. How is that unlimited. Clearly that is a limit they have set. When I contacted cust Serv they replied with this be. They said the reason is because they don't want the jail to end up returning or reject the cards just in case there are limits as to how many cards, sent separately mind you, an inmate can receive so they are protecting me. That's nonsense. First of all they should know all jail and prison mail regulations. As of today they have not cancelled my service which I requested, and are repeatedly attempting to get payment from my account. This is a bogus service and ate not professional at all

Stay away from this company. They steal money from your account and do not reply to emails. They have taken over $80 in one month and tried to take more money today. My bank is dealing with it as a fraud case. I had to cancel my card in order to stop them stealing money from my account. Stay well away. I'm going to write this on every review page that I can to warn people about this company.

I finally caught onto how many times they've been charging my card since owning the service. Dating back one year they charged my card for $19.99 (11) times, $14.99 (4) times, $7.99 (58) times, and $2.99 (15) times. None of that includes the cost of the service. Almost $800 has been stolen from me by these guys.

Pigeonly does provide you a call service but the additional fee isn't listen until after you have already picked a plan. You have to pay another company a fee for the calls you receive from the inmate. If that was stated at the very beginning, it would be a lot easier on everyone because there would be no hidden fees and no extra costs.
