Pretty cool. I don't like that I have to wait for something to fully process before I can send another message. Also I wish you could use a phone calling service for Shelby county through pigeonly.com. But overall it's a neat way to stay in touch with incarcerated loved ones.
I tried to delete my card information and it wouldn't let me. I called to cancel and the phone number was disconnected. Scam
Easy to use but a little overpriced. Not sure how long it takes for person to get letter and couldn't find the info.
Ots a great way to keep intouch with your inmate they feel blessed and we love it so much so thankful for this

I love pigeonly. I wouldn't use any other way 2 write all my people in prison. And it is cheaper than jpay.
The system doesn't work they just take your money and won't respond doesn't matter how you try to get ahold of them

It was ok. It says u will have unlimited minutes with ur own pigeonly number for 7.99. Then later you find out it's a $25 fee to get the the ohine

What we mean by unlimited, is that on your end -there is no cap, your loved one can call you for as long as they are allowed at their location and they have funds on their phones account. Other services like ours have certain minutes that they allow for a specific price. If you have any additional questions please give us a call at (800) 323-9895 M-F 6:00 AM-6:00 PM PST.
I like using this a lot better than Securus. I highly recommend Pigeonly. It is very convenient and really easy to use.

I put my bank card up for a free. 99cent trial with Pigeonly... Biiiig mistake! [[ These criminals! Theives! Took my hard earned dollars with no conscience!]]
I canceled the. 99cent trial immediately when I discovered that Pigeonly has no control over jail phones. I canceled immediately and they sent me a cancelation email but it disappeared from my saved mail. The crooks did not tell me this cancelation email was " time sensitive". But of course not... it hads no reason to be "time sensitive". Its part of their SCAM
PIGEONLY HAD BEEN STEALING $9.98 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT REGULARLY. EACH TIME I COULD SEND FUNDS TO MY INMATE, PIGEONLY WOULD TAKE $ 9.98 ON A SEPARATE TRANSACTION! I DISCOVERED 5 (FIVE) total.
All you theives and crooks at PIGEONLY you will read what you sow. Crime don't pay!
This is truly an amazing thing. For our loved 1s that are out of our reach. Love it, it's so simple.

This site has helped alit with my brother being in jail and money being very tight, we are able to have him check in more often then he would

Pigeonly has same day shipping-meaning it will be printed within 24hrs and sent to the mail office the same day, but delivery can take 3-5 business days to reach inmates, not including screening time.
