Pretty cool. I don't like that I have to wait for something to fully process before I can send another message. Also I wish you could use a phone calling service for Shelby county through pigeonly.com. But overall it's a neat way to stay in touch with incarcerated loved ones.
I tried to delete my card information and it wouldn't let me. I called to cancel and the phone number was disconnected. Scam

So far, so good. I'm actually really great full for the site and the way I'm able to connect with my inmate for as cheap as it is.

Loving it it allows to keep track of your letters and postcards you send them. Once they deliver it they post it on the app.

Took forever to get my letter mailed but overall it does what it says it'll do. But lengthy in my opinion

There website was great the only thing is they need to update there jail addresses but other then that there website was easy and simple to use.

Easy to use but limited to different counties which makes it harder to access communication with inmate

Sucks because says 99 cent first month but still have to pay almost 30 for talk so why say 99 cents also for talk first month

The 25 dollars goes straight to the phone provider of the facility and we handle that transaction as a courtesy only (you have the option of making your customized payment to the provider for use of our low rate number.)
